I liked the easy setup. Extremely intuitive, especially regarding the ability to send multiple emails. With the hidden fields feature, I can impress my clients since I can now capture the user and page data by capitalizing on the part.

The price of the pro version would be perfect for Local SEO but my clients don't have the funds to upgrade. So if WPForms helped by adding it to the Pluss account (Geofencing etc..), that would be perfect! Basically Pro at the Plus price. And you will have more clients. Please think about your users WPForms like my clients, local business owners. I also dn't like the fact that I had to pay for the protocol to send email.

Wp forms have a very easy user interface and is very intuitive. It also has the ability to create complex dynamic forms, which we have used to great effect. We had tried a competitor plugin which could not quite do what we needed and therefore chose WPforms.

There is nothing that we dislike; when we needed help with some complex forms, we contacted support, who were very helpful and pointed us in the right direction.

We have a subscription platform, and with their forms we are able to create a dynamic form that tailors a specific subscription product based on the choices are customer make.

I was using Contact Form 7 but found it maddeningly complicated and non-intuitive. WPForms is so much easier!

It works great out of the box but for any major configuration, you need to know a solid amount of code. The good news is a lot of configurations are on their website or elsewhere.

We have over 100 forms for our agents. Those forms push information to other systems, shoot out emails, create modify and extend databases. It's simple for our agents to use and for me to make.

It is essential to personalize several automatic emails in different situations. I also like to show some other fields when some field is chosen.

The advanced features that I am able to add to my forms is an integral part of how I receive my client inquiries.

Every once in awhile, the form is submitted and I can see it in the database, but it doesn't come through to my email... even when I try to resend

It saves a lot of back and forth with initial clients because I'm able to add rules to certain questions and have image uploads

Lo uso su tutti i siti dei miei clienti perché è semplicemente il più produttivo. Perfetto per i pagamenti tramite Stripe e PayPal, perfetto per qualsiasi landing page, perfetto per un semplice contatto, messaggio o sondaggio. La sua versatilità è evidente. Una nota di merito anche all'integrazione con WP Mail SMTP Pro. Altrimenti non avrei mai investito nell'abbonamento più costoso.

Io non ho trovato nessuno svantaggio. Gli addons funzionano tutti perfettamente e il plugin riceve costanti aggiornamenti. Uso poco la logica condizionale ma solo per una questione legata al fatto che non è una funzione che mi occorre particolarmente, non perché non sia utile. Inoltre è perfettamente tradotto nella mia lingua, l'italiano. Faccio davvero fatica a trovare qualcosa che non mi piace. L'abbonamento Elite è un po' costoso ma posso capire che la qualità si paga. Sarebbe carino poter avere uno sconto col rinnovo annuale.

Mi ha risolto tutti i problemi di raccolta e conservazione dei dati, dell'impostazione corretta della privacy e dello spam e, soprattutto, i problemi legati ai pagamenti online. Ho collegato molto facilmente WPForms a Stripe e PayPal. Tutto funziona sempre in modo ottimale. Inoltre mi arrivano costantemente via email i video tutorial delle nuove funzioni. Supporto eccellente.

it's a year I used the WP-Addons, I'm very satisfied as it's enough secured and mangable and very easy to use, the most important is their great support team, they reply very quiqly and do their best to solve your problem. I used other similar addon but right now all of my websites are using WP. thank you guys!

I have not faced with anything that I don't like it

It is so easy and intuitive to use. Just add what you want and the rest runs easily.

I wish that the basic version allowed my clients to save their work. It is the only feature in the next level that I'd use and so I won't pay the extra for it.

My clients can answer a long series of questions about themselves that help me write their perfect ceremony.

Very easy to use. The drag and drop UI makes any user able to setup any kind of form. The way it can be connectd with Google Recatcha, and Stripe makes it a powerfull tool, not only for simple contact forms but for more complicated needs. We use it for all our clients and for our company internal needs. 10/10 Bravo!

The Elite pack (we currently have) could be cheaper. Also we some time need to be able to have a form to alter / change a previous entry, which is a feature that doesnt exist. Also we dont like that some features can only be implemented through Zappier, whick is expensive too!

I can´t say anything bad about WPForms, my only optimization would be more options, but that's rather picky than really a problem.

I mean, everyone starting with a website without programming experience would struggle with contact forms and newsletters. WPForms made it easy for my colleagues with less expertise.

WPForms is one of the best plugin I use to grow my business and you have to do too. If you need to collect information and convert leads into clients, this is the ideal choice. Really, don't spend your time testing other plugins, but choose this one, and watch your online business grow day after day.

I have no complaints about WPForms, it is very stable and performing, it is also continuously updated. I have nothing to report.
