The overall simplicity of the platform is a welcome relief in the world of WordPress forms. Furthermore, you can tinker with your forms as much as you want on a higher level of difficulty, OR you can keep things as simple as 1-2-3!

There is little to nothing that I'm not a fan of when it comes to the WPForms platform.

WpForms is a beginner-friendly WordPress Form Plugin. Just after installing the plugin, the plugin takes us to its page and provides enough resources to create our first form. The form can be completely designed by Drag and Drop builder, which I like the most.

The plugin has been regularly coming up with new Integrations. But, I don't feel its enough. I am expecting more number of integrations with other Email Marketing Services.

My old forms often get spam submissions. After moving to WPForms and installing captcha, I have completely eliminated spam submissions. So, it saves me time.

This is one of the best wordpress plugin to create forms, it is very easy to install and configure, it has several templates to create different types of forms with a great visual style. Its interface is intuitive and pleasant, its operation is automated we do not need to create HTML code to create fields, simply and easily we can drag and drop elements or fields that we need in our forms. It also allows us to integrate it with other marketing tools such as Constant Contact or Mailchimp, and also with payment platforms such as paypal.

The free version is functional but very limited, if we want to explore all its functionalities we must buy the plugin.

WPforms is one of the best plugins to create forms quickly and easily. Unlike other plugins this is very inuitive and easy to use, its interface allows us to drag and drop the fields that we want to include in our form. It also has templates that we can use to improve the visual style of our forms, also allows us to integrate it with email marketing systems such as Constant Contact, Mailchimp and others. This plugin is very easy to configure and we can use it for free but with some limitations.

It's great but I think the free version should have more configuration options, I think it's very limited and only allows the creation of basic forms.

It has helped me a lot because I can create forms for my websites in wordpress in a fast and effective way, without the need to write any line of code.

The ease of use for both administrators and end users. Having it be a builder aligns with the websites we build, which are all built using builders. If we can make the process easy on our users (administrators and web management), make it more engaging for their end users (audience), then everyone wins; from WPForms to our own agency.

Nothing really. The plugins is legit. Maybe make conditionals a little easier. But the plugin is robust enough for our audience and not overly complicated like so many other plugins out there in the forms space.

The hardest aspect of forms is getting end users to complete lengthly forms. WPForms makes it easy admin side (we know that), but Conversational Forms makes it easy for our end users. The ability to easily add payment components is key for things like signups and registrations, and the opportunity to leverage WPForms for marketing campaigns within our chosen platform is mission critical (ConvertKit).

I love how easy it is to create a form. I also love how I can integrate the form with zapier. This allows me to capture information from the forms to input into other applications that I am using.

I am 5 forms deep and creating my 6th form but I'm lost on how to put it together. I was looking for a way to create a quiz and/or assessment like form and having trouble with it. I'm hoping by asking the community I will get a response.

I run a cloud based accounting practice so WPForms has made it so easy to create intake forms and questionnaire that I can get my clients to fill out online.

The interface for WPForms makes it easy to navigate and create new forms with complex functions.

There are short codes you can use to allow more than one field per row, but you have to Google to find the short codes. It would be nice if you could check a box or find this info directly inside the form creator.

It's great to have the ability for lead capture, surveys and polls, online payments, event registrations, etc. all in one handy place.

It is very easy to use, drag and drop and really something that anyone can do quickly. Forms look nice, and do everything I need them to do (including accepting payments).

Wish there were more styles and designs that could be used so that I could decide on one that looks best within my site. Not a big problem though.

Very intuitive form builder. Easily customizable to fit the needed space, create forms to monetize projects, organize a lot of data, professional format and customer facing pages/emails, and this list could go on...

I'd appreciate a more fluid way to go from the form creator to a page or post to embed. Maybe even a way to attach the form to a page from the builder (probably just a specific use case request here)?

Onboarding, contact, registration, polls and surveys. It's quick and looks nice, always playing well with the different themes.

There are so many features to use with WPForms. I could create many different forms to gather information and clients find it easy to fill in their information on. Performance of the plugin is top notch and loads quickly backend and frontend.

It is hard to customize CSS and make it look less basic.

WPForms was the solution to everything, from business contracts, receiving payments without having to do phone calls and having people signup to our newsletter.

I love the conditional features that really make WPForms and advanced option wihc my clients love.

I love everything, if there was one thing I would say easier options for styling. They do have custom css sections and options in settings. But I want more styling options.

I use WPForms for everything from volunteer forms, to donation forms with payment! as well as user registration and post-submission!

I use WPForms on all my websites. It's easy to make great looking contact forms.

I used to be confused how to make it send to the correct email.

When people want to contact myself or my customers I put in WPForms in my wordpress sites to easily have a contact form.

I like its price quote. It offers a version that is sufficient for basic used. And if you want the form to bring new customers to the website and the conversion to be more effective, paid features are needed. And after a few days of using the paid version, I can definitely recommend them. Its support in Czech is also pleasant.

The only thing I would like more is if WPForm also offered its own newsletter solution. Outside of existing third-party services.

It improves the conversion to acquire a new customer on the website.

I am using basic contact forms and subscription forms which give me the best results.

Sometimes I feel it will be helpful if I can use advanced form with limited pay.

Connecting quickly to client forms is an essential part of my site.

Wp Forms is powerful form tool. Gives a ton of cutomization options for any needs. I love that their forms give unique look compared to other form builders and tools. It's also easy to use and was easy to setup wiht our emial accounts. We are currently using it integrated with our word press cutom site.

So far, I hvae not run into any downsides.

Love the format of the email I receive - it's easy to read. The form is easy to set up and implement. Simple yet efficient and doesn't fail.

I can't think of anything I don't like. I do however think it was unethical that, before I purchased, WPForms would tell me I missed lots and lots of form entries. After I purchased however, I only get one or two entries a week or so (which is realistic). I 100% believe they enticed me to purchase their product by exponentially overinflating the number of form entries I was missing. I would have bought anyway, but it's downright dishonest. I've read this same thing from other users as well.

Love that I have a simple, effective way to receive questions or comments on my website. It's highly organized and the emials telling me of new entries show up right away.

I love this product. Extremely user-friends and cranks out clean, professional looking forms in a short amount of time. As a plugin, it intergrated in to my sight in a flash and was easy to connect to other parts of my site. Highly reccomend.

I wish it would just give you an embed code. If it does, I have not been able to find it.

Collecting information for RFB and then allowing only those that fill out the form to dowload the RFB packet.

easy, userfriendly, informative. get the most of what you need by building your own form, obtaining information you require easily and conveniently.

the format of email notifications can be improved.

from printing paper and completing manual form by hand, we have moved completely electronical which means that we print less, use less stationary and saving the environment all at once.
