Easy user interface. Effective features. Delivers what they promise.
The one thing I am not the biggest fan of about WPForms is their pricing and pricing policy. The price more than doubled without notice in 2022. They also do not have a feature for automatically sending invoices via e-mail. But they do have a feature to charge us automatically on the credit card.
WPForms helps me receive customer feedback, inquiries from my website, and tech support e-mails forwarded to the correct department. It absolutely helps with our workflow.
WPForms offers a complete package when it comes to creating forms in WordPress. You can create all types of forms starting from Contact forms to Order forms and Multi-page forms to Offline forms. Also, this plugin comes with pre-built templates that helps create forms quickly. On top of that WPForms is super easy to use and built to make the form creation process easier for beginners.
The thing about WPForms that might be a little turn off is its pricing. The lower tier plans do not offer much and in case you don't own multiple sites then upper tier plans can be costly. However, if you are going to use it on multiple site then you wouldn't feel the price pinch.
So we are using WPForms in multiple places. Contact form, Opt-in and Order forms on landing pages are created using it. And the thing we like the best is, it is super easy to use . With just a click we can make changes to the form or add functionality and more
I tried many form builder plugins till I'm satisfied with WPForms. I have been using it since 2018 because it is powerful tool and the only plugin need to build form. As photographer, I need automation processes for contracts to gather information. The reasons why I like WPForm in the followings: 1- Integrations 3rd party plugins 2- Drag and drop and no coding knowledge needed 3- Professional support team 4- Easy to use and and friendly 5- Easy configurations 6- Introducing new and more advanced features regularly 7- Smart Conditional Logic
As a photographer, some functions are hard to customize and not full support for the United Arab Emirates especailly for small business size. The reasons why I dislike WPForm in the followings: 1- The features of calendars/dates/times are limited for example pay 2- The payment getway is still limited 3- The price is a bit pricey, and I did not see discount offer for renewal. 1- The features of calendars/dates/times are limited for example pay 2- The payment getway is still limited 3- The price is a bit pricey, and I did not see discount offer for renewal.
I'm using 3rd party ApproveMe eSignature for autmation proccess of photography contracts and Survey
Ho collegato molto facilmente WPForms a Stripe e PayPal. Tutto funziona sempre in modo ottimale. Inoltre mi arrivano costantemente via email i video tutorial delle nuove funzioni. Supporto eccellente.
How lightweight it from a page load standpoint. I am focused on creating a lightning quick blog that builds leads... and this is it.
The pricing structure is deceptive: first year is "50% off" then they charge you double the price the next year. Usually you're rewarded for your loyalty, yet here they are gouging you. Not cool.
Quick wordpress blog.
WPForms has an incredibly low learning curve, imo, especially if you've ever used another form builder with drag-and-drop capabilities. But I feel it is even slicker than others I've used. There are all the options you'd ever need, they are easy to set up, and it looks great right out of the box. Fabulous.
Putting fields into columns is slightly non-intuitive, but once you learn how to do it, it's also not horribly difficult. I'd rather have that as part of the drag-and-drop - drag a field to the end of a previous field and it will automatically create a second column for it.
We needed a cost-effective solution to run staff evaluation and community surveys. We chose to use WPForms so we could do that AND do all the different contact forms on our school website.
Good basic product to get forms done. Particularly like the layered conditional form ability
The absolute rip-off of being charged over $250 more for the renewal - Just makes you look at the competitors and realise they do the same product for less.
Its just a form publisher and has lowered my bank balance more than expected
The forms have lots of options and are easy to customize without tons of shortcodes or confusion. After using Contact Form 7 for many years this has been a welcomed change.
I dislike the pricing structure and how expensive it is for what I consider to be pretty basic features. However, if you need these things and want an easy way to implement it the cost might be worth it for you. I would like the structure much more as a one time fee but what can you do.
It's just much easier to customize and format than contact form 7 or most other form makers I have used for WP.
