Typeform offers an easy interface that allows you to quickly build an on-brand lead generation tool and embed or distribute anywhere. The logic and scoring capabilities have made it indispensable for the growth of our business.
The pricing tiers are a bit high. I'd prefer if a custom url was included at my pricing tier.
I use Typeform to gain information about my audience, add them to my email list, segment them, and build my authority. I Also use it to gather information about problems they are having, create a database of those problems and integrate with Slack to inform me that they need help. Lastly, I help set up clients with Typeform quizzes for lead generation as well.
Very easy and creative way to create forms and get interest from leads and prospects
Text edition in question (colours in text or the possibility of choosind different font types) would be great !
It is a very different way to approach to customers, and very flexible
Very easy to use, the logics are well implemented, looks fancy for the users
pretty much completed, maybe a bit pricey. I would like more analytics features and AB testing
Qualifing hot leads and collecting datas
Easy to use/customizable to our branding.
Surveys are complicated, and I had to do a lot of googling to find best practices/flow. Would be nice if they offered that, or just a little more guidance.
We wanted to write an engaging report, with real-life answers. This helped us to do that easily.
Typeform is fantastic, has an easy to use design and has helped me a lot every time I have surveyed my clientele for honest feedback. It provides us with engaging and interactive questionnaires and forms that make it easy for the user to collect data. Its elegant and adaptable design allows us to build attractive surveys and questionnaires that get better user participation and feedback. I find the support very interesting as it helps me to configure the software correctly. I can do a lot of work with Typeform's features.
Unfortunately, the initial setup of the program is very complicated, but the support is top notch.
By using it regularly, we are able to learn the specific requirements of each user and develop a very formalized and methodical survey procedure. It is a great help to the company's research efforts in general. It's incredible, no doubt about it, and has had a fantastically beneficial effect. Customer relationship management (CRM) systems, marketing automation platforms and other popular applications are just a few of the many with which it is compatible. The forms are top-notch; constant interaction and deconstruction of ongoing survey procedures keep it in its orbit. It's helpful to learn about the wants and needs of your target market.
If you've ever completed a form that was created using Typeform, you would surely remember it. That's because Typeform doesn't create the same boring forms that essentially every other form making company does, but instead creates these dynamic forms that use the entire canvas, swinging from one question to the next like a monkey swings high through the forest.
Well, I suppose as with anything that stands tall above their competitors in a densely populated niche market, Typeform is across the street from the cheapest option. To be honest, if you're looking to collect a lot of responses, it can be downright pricely. But they do allow you to start for free which gives you the chance to build some forms and collect a limited number of responses so you can find out for yourself whether or not you can afford to move ahead with them by your side.
Typeform helps you create gorgeous, professional looking surveys that are not just easy for your participants to complete, but can actually be downright fun to fill out. When was the last time you heard that I suppose one of the greatest compliments one could get is true for Typeform - they create forms so well that whoever fills one out will enjoy it.
I like how slick it is to move through questions. It has great integrations with Zapier allowing us to use typeform on our website and funnel customer comms through to Zendesk.
I think it could be more collaborative when you are creating surveys on there, for example im not too sure how you can have shared typeforms that appear on your personal account to a collaborative account.
It enables our customers to put in requests through our website and because of the seamless integration with zapier and zendesk, it automatically feeds to the right team.
It is super simple to create surveys and campaigns that are branded. The UI is simplistic, easy to use, and robust enough to get the right level and analytics.
Can be quite cost restrictive if you are providing access to large teams.
We use Typeform for a number of uses from Market insights, Data capture and CSAT insights.
Clear and easy information, good customer service
Nothing in particular, would like it to be even easier to connect with other platforms and get good graphs faster.
Rating customer satisfaction over time making us understand their needs so we can continue to improve.
I appreciate TypeForm's innovative approach to data collection. Its intuitive interface, combined with flexibility in form design, truly sets it apart. The ease of creating interactive surveys, forms, or quizzes with varied question types - from multiple choice to drop-down selection, and the use of logic jumps - is particularly impressive. The feature to incorporate media elements like images and videos adds a unique, engaging dimension to forms, promoting higher response rates. Also, TypeForm's seamless integration with our existing CRM, Mailchimp, and Slack systems, offers an enhanced data management process.
My main concern with TypeForm lies in its customization limits. While the tool offers a good degree of adaptability, I've encountered instances where we couldn't mold forms as per our niche requirements. For instance, it lacks complex conditional logic and multi-language capabilities, which hinders the user experience at times.
TypeForm significantly streamlines the data collection process, resolving issues of engagement and completion rates inherent to traditional forms. By facilitating the creation of dynamic, conversational forms, it enhances user engagement. This leads to better quality data and higher completion rates, benefiting my management role by providing more actionable insights. Furthermore, it efficiently integrates with our existing CRM and automation tools, saving time and enhancing productivity.
The elegant designs of Typeform forms are some of the best I've ever seen. When embedded correctly they make an email, a web page or a social media post a work of art, and thats just using their basic templates.
There is a lack of variety when you compare it to Jotform for example, however if you're looking for simple forms with some logic when needed the typeform is perfect. If you need something more complex, there are other options.
i use Typeform for a variety of reasons, the main two though are market research and client onboarding, both f which need an amazing first impression, Typeform delivers this.
The user interface is beautiful, very aesthetic and easy to understand.
Integration with most CRMs is pretty basic, so most of the results obtained couldn't be passed.
Used in email campaigns to interact with potential customers, make them fill out surveys, forms and simulate interviews. It integrated easily with Hubspot so we could get all the info from each lead into the deal.
Very customisable - It has everything I need for a form app. We use it to get client feedback and book interviews with a CTA.
I feel like the transition between questions could be better. The way how the selected option blinks and then there is a shift downwards is not something I like.
We use it to have idea submissions from clients but also feedback on specific features. With the CTA feature we lead users to a calendly link to book interviews.
Quick, responsive and user friendly Multilanguage support should added. Because of not all user well known about english smoothly and they cannot fulfill the required answer even they better know the answer
Nothing all is well suggestion discussed above
Many time I'll be reminded by typeform support.
Step-by-step instructions and each page being numbered.
There was nothing to dislike about the form.
It helps with counting users and record keeping.
I especially like the conditional-jump feature in Typeform based on the answers provided. It adds to the form's customizability, making it feasible to use for various types of target audiences. It also lets one select different questions ranging from ranking, rating, multiple choice, etc., while having options to integrate date, time, payments, etc. Also, the design and layout options available add to the appeal of Typeform and make it aesthetic for a user to interact with. Another positive aspect of Typeform is the summary analysis and insights of the responses, which is easy to integrate with other data analysis tools and gives a quick overview of the results.
The learning curve for Typeform is a bit steep and requires some time to understand and get used to the functionality, which becomes time-consuming and challenging to adapt quickly. For example, the simple and advanced logic creation can get a little complicated at times and keeping track of the question number to which to jump becomes difficult. Every time I revisit Typeform to create a survey, I do have to brush up and re-learn certain branching features as it is not the most intuitive to learn at a glance.
My team and I performed extensive user research and were looking for survey platforms that were less monotonous than those available. Typeform proved to be more engaging, interactive and different from others.
The ability to derive many insights and analytics from all the responses.
The form does not opens faster in mobile version.
Feedback from my customers. To improve my product.
Typeform Logic jump . This allows me to create surveys that respond to the answers of the person answering my surveys , by taking them into a specific direction based on their response option to a previous question. Logic jump has helped to reduce the number of questions that survey participants have to respond to , improved survey completion time and ensured that respondents will only ever see survey questions that are relevant to them, thus reducing the number of questions every of our respondents have to respond to.
The limitations of Typeforms mobile builder. For example, I cannot make use of the logic jump feature when trying to build surveys on mobile device, except when I build surveys from a desktop computer.
Typeform is used as a surveying tool and lead generation tool in my team. Completion rate for our surveys are higher with Typeform, quality of response from respondents have been better than was the case with other tools I have experience using in the past.
Its ability to do exactly what it markets.
I did not like the inability to use advanced UX themes.
I have been using Typeformto create surveys for internal processes.
The Typeform has really helped me and my business to get more reviews and suggestions then ever. It is really easy to add and configure. I can easily update the questions which I want answers for and can simply update it whenever I want to.
Sometimes it takes a longer time to load and it looks like I don't get all the reviews that are submitted by the clients or users. A few of my customer has told me about that, that they have submitted the form, but we didn't receive it.
Firstly, it helped us to gather the reviews of our clients and users. We are selling our product but no one was buying or we have less sale, but after adding the typeform we can easily gather their reviews on our product and can solve their problem and can improve our products as per their requirements, which initially helped us to increase our sales.
