WPForms makes communication with our website visitors simple and easy to share with our team. WPForms is always improving the plugin and adding new features, showing that they care about innovation and a quality product. The plugin is also very user-friendly and I can make changes easily without having to mess with a bunch of coding.

My only recommendation for WPForms would be to advance the reporting and exporting features. I would like the option to be able to export all entries from all forms into one document rather than having to export individual entry lists from each type of form. Reports on fields would also be helpful. For example, how many entries selected this service versus this service within this timeframe.

With WPForms, we have access to all of our consumer inquiries and questions while also giving them a platform to share feedback, ideas, and request appointments. WPForms has helped our communication center better organize and manage patient requests while also scaling back and better handling incoming calls.

I like fasion form page by Conversational Forms and Form Pages Addon, there is no need html coding technology, such great!

What I like most about WPForms is that the interface is straightforward to use. The drag-and-drop feature is perfect for building out forms with many options.

More of a feature request, but it would be nice to edit the form outside of the backend editor, maybe on a page, to see how it looks on your site.

I find that WPForms allows me to save time on having to code my own WP forms manually. It would take several hours for me to code all the options needed.

WPForms helps you create forms for all needs from product orders to online registrations. It is easy to use and functions well. They offer amazing service as well, always quick to respond if you have a question or need.

I wish there were easier ways to change the design of the form, but since it functions so well this is only a minor problem for me.

Always room for improvement with conditional forms - the ability to improve in/then statements within the form builder. It is pretty good but could be better.

Forms allow you to grab specific information from users and conditional feedback. This is ideal where email falls short. You can ask for feedback in email but often the substance is lacking.

I've been using multiple choice questions and conditional logic to build interactive sales scripts. It's been very easy - the most difficult thing was working out the progress before I created the questions!

I'd love to be able to trigger another document to open based on conditional logic, but I think that might be a function in the higher level of WPForms that I don't have.

I needed to create an interactive sales script. Other options that were available to me were much more complicated. WPForms has been easy to use, with helpful online manuals.

In my experience, WPForms is by far the best forms plugin I have ever seen for WordPress...and we have tried quite a few. We have found a quite a few use cases of different types of forms to use, both internally and externally data collection. The knowledge base is great and the support team has been wonderful.

My company has been using WPForms for a few years now, and one of the things that stands out to me is how easy it is to customize forms for your specific needs. We use multiple forms for different business cases, and the flexibility of not being stuck with one specific form type is very helpful. It's also easy to create the form you need from scratch, and WPForms made sure that their solution can do a lot - more than what we even specifically need. The plugin is updated regularly, which means more customizations are added all the time. We'll keep using WP Forms for the forseeable future.

Getting form messages sent via email was initially tricky, but if you follow the documentation you'll get it.

Our website gets a lot of messages and we needed something that would easily manage them and would allow for multiple types of messages. WPForms does that for us.

Some issues with CSS layout classes that have been irritating - seems to be a clash with theme.

Issues solved: 1. saving entries! Yay. 2. brilliant conditional form functionality to create forms that show fields to the right person only. 3. Easy set up.

Easy to integrate into existing WP webpage. Several pre-formated form types but also very customizable. The plug-in is constantly in development with new and improved features. Geolocation and entry logging are our top favorite features.

There really isn't anything to dislike - it does everything it needs to do.

We have setup various form types on our website template for users to ask questions or request information. We set up another form to sign-up for newsletters (but without the automated list integration feature. Submissions are sent to our target email address within moments. Spam submissions are decreased compared to previous forms we tried, which is a great benefit to not have to filter through too many. I also have fewer customer complaints about a form not submitting due to any number of factors.
