What do you like best about Userlike?

User like is sImple and intuitive to use, also for new team members. Its the fastest chat tool we used and it can be so smoothly integrated into our other customer related apps.

What do you dislike about Userlike?

there is nothing so far i don't like. i actually recommend userlike to my friends.

What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have visitors with small doubts about our products, with the userlike chat we solve them in seconds and turn them into returning customers.

What do you like best about Userlike?

Easy set up and big range of apps to integrate

What do you dislike about Userlike?

I would prefer it if you could customize it more. E.g., there are 3-4 templates for the background. I want to use one that fits my website. Or an App for iOS, so I get the messages directly on my phone.

What problems is Userlike solving and how is that benefiting you?

Userlike gets me faster into communication with my customers and enables me to deliver an individual and personal UX

The support answers very quickly, onboarding was a pleasant experience.

What do you dislike about Userlike?

There are some parts of the messaging-widget which could be more customizable. Misses a real elementor-integration.

Deutsche Server, einfache Handhabung, attraktives Design, sehr intuitiv.

Teilweise Probleme beim Setup, da die Vorschau nicht richtig angezeigt wurde.

Userlike ist super easy im Umgang und nahezu selbsterklärend Es ist übersichtlich und relativ schnell eingerichtet

Mir fehlt, dass der Chatpartner bereits zu Beginn eine Kategorie für seine Frage wählt, die mir entsprechend angezeigt wird, z.B. Bewerbung/Jobinteresse, etc.

Mit Userlike ermöglichen wir unseren Kunden einen schnelleren Kontakt mit uns. Unkompliziert und einfach kann so mit uns gechattet werden

What do you like best about Userlike?

A good learning curve, despite the large amounts of features and customizability. It is very intuitive to do the things a user/operator has to do.

What do you dislike about Userlike?

I had some difficulty setting up the operator accounts and was stuck with no passwords-reset eMails being sent to the operators. The reasons for my problem were quickly explained and solved by a chat with Userlike support.

We want to interact with our customers on more channels without having to implement multiple solutions,

What do you like best about Userlike?

So far we like all of the settings and uses for Userlike except there is no mobile app. We do a lot of managing the business on weekends from our phones.

What do you dislike about Userlike?

We don't like there is no mobile app for Userlike.

Onboarding takes a while. However, there are a lot of supporting resources, e.g. tutorials, support team etc.

Unkompliziert, schneller Kontakt einfache Bedienung und vor allem seriös was das Thema Datenschutz angeht.

Qualität hat eben seinen Preis. Einstieg für kleinere Unternehmen günstiger machen.

Kunden die auf unserer Seite sind und normal nicht anrufen würden melden sich über Userlike und haben Spaß bei der Art von Kommunikation. Wir können durch Textbausteine und andere Tools professionell antworten und bieten somit gegenüber anderne Unternehmen einen Mehrwert. Den Mitarbeitern macht es auch noch Spaß.

1. Einfache Handhabung für die Mitarbeiter die chatten 2. viele sinnvolle und weitreichende Funktionen die je nach belieben und Situation angepasst werden (bsp. automatische Antwort) 3. sehr leichte Implementierung in die eigene Website (einfügen und direkt los legen)

1. bei manchen Funktionen muss man etwas suchen bis man sie gefunden hat (-> Startschwierigkeiten) 2. mehr Optionen bei der Positionierung des Chat-Buttons

Die Konfigurationsmöglichkeiten für die Anzeige des Chats auf der eigenen Page sind vielseitig. Man kann mehrere Chat-Nutzer aus verschiedenen Bereichen hinzufügen.

What do you dislike about Userlike?

Ich finde es schade, dass man Userlike nicht Mobil nutzen kann. Ich hätte mir gewünscht über eine App zum Beispiel auch von meinem Smartphone aus Nutzerfragen beantworten zu können.

Wir wollten Nutzern, die das erste Mal auf die Seite kommen und sich nicht direkt zurechtfinden, Hilfestellung anbieten. Ziel 1: Steigerung er Signup-Conversion. Jemand der noch nicht überzeugt ist, sich anzumelden, wird durch Hilfestellungen davon überzeugt, dass das Produkt richtig für ihn ist. Ziel 2: Jemand der sich angemeldet hat und noch nicht aktiv geworden ist, weil er zum Beispiel nicht weiß, wie er das Produkt nutzen soll oder eine bestimmte Funktion sucht, kann durch Hilfestellungen im Chat zu einem aktiven Nutzer konvertiert werden.
