Message center could be more clear. To many options at all for me. When Login failed (any user) account is blocked, but no information how long. There is only the message: Wait a little bit and try again.

The user guidance and the structure of the tabs is very clear and logical. It is very nice that almost every change in the settings is displayed directly.If you do need help, it is very quickly provided by the very good tutorials, the chat or the direct personal contact.
We are only testing very intensively for a week. However, we have not found any weaknesses or shortcomings in this time. I assume that it will stay that way.

We've only been using it for a week or so, we found it very simple to get started. Most of the default options worked well and we've tweaked a few things - it was easy to find the various settings we needed to change the auto-response messages. We have also looked at a competitor's product and much prefer Userlike - the ways of setting up auto-response when operators are offline is much simpler with Userlike. We weren't sure how many customers would choose to use it, but we've had a number of enquiries each day so will look to add more agents and keep improving our setup.
The alerts being in the browser/Windows notification system means they are getting lost in amongst others. There's a useful article on the help page about different alerts though and we'll look into these options.
We're allowing customers to contact us via chat for the first time, this will almost certainly be a good option for those on a mobile, as well as some from laptops. Hopefully we've extended the number of customers who can easily reach us.

The solution we wanted was for customers to speak to us without email or telephone calls, but the benefits are its actually a lead generating machine!
