What do you like best about 800.com?

Customization of the online dashboard of features such as voicemail, forwarding, and phone log reports.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

I don't have any dislikes, overall I really the platform.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

I had an issue forwarding the call; however, I found and got it to work. The benefit is having the appearance of a larger company.

What do you like best about 800.com?

I tried originally setting up thru Comcast/local companies, but they made it horrible. So I went to 800.com and got the domain we wanted quickly and easily. Easy to log in and navigate, get bills & set up payment systems. 10/10

Nothing really, it's quick and easy to use. very painless

What do you like best about 800.com?

Our company has been using this for a while now. No complaints. Service does exactly what we need it to.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

Wish they would come down on the price a little bit or come up with a TXT-only plan. We really only use this service for texting customers anyways since in this day in age not many people check their voicemails.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Clients rarly answer unknown numbers or check voicemails. We got around this by using the TXT feature 800.com provides. Now our customers see our txt about an upcoming appointment they have and will call back our office quickly.

Notifications! Receiving a text, Phone call, and email when someone contacts us.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

Not able to delete calls, voicemails, or text messages. Unless, we don't know how to do it.

Capturing all phone calls without hiring someone to answer calls.

How easy it is to buy a number and forward it to you. The reports are simple and basic to use.

I have tried to do annual billing with support, and they are unable to. I received an email from billing stating completed, but it was not.

I like the tracking metrics provided. It allowed us to gauge whether we needed additional resources to staff the line.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

It wasn't seamless to add additional staff to the account. It could have been our spam filter blocking the invites.

The need for a dedicated line to staff COVID-19 related inquires to our practice. It allowed us to see patient volumes on a particular issue.

There really was no downside with my experience. Made the purchase of a vanity phone number and our IT department implemented it easily.

What do you like best about 800.com?

We love using 800.com! Super easy, user-friendly, their customer support is always ready to help. Highly recommend for any company. I was able to find a phone number with their database very quickly where as other solutions kept giving me options that were nothing like what I was searching for. I also like the online database which shows us how many times someone has called the number. This allows us to see and track which phone numbers our clients are using.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

Getting the texting side of things setup was a bit challenging, the team was there to help though. I found that we are actually not able to have texts received to the number we purchased. We can text but it comes from a shortened version of our phone number, not a real phone number.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

We love having a customized phone number. It allows for better branding and gives us options in marketing. For example: on our company trucks we are now able to have an easily recognizable and easy to remember phone number which allows potentially clients to call quickly.

My only regret is that I did not find them sooer.

I was able to secure my vanity number exactly how I wanted it to appear. The monthly plan is a little more than my previous provider however 800.com offers a lot more options to customize greetings, voicemails and etc

Cost was a bit more than competitors. However securing my vanity # is worth it.
