I don't have any dislikes, overall I really the platform.
I had an issue forwarding the call; however, I found and got it to work. The benefit is having the appearance of a larger company.
I tried originally setting up thru Comcast/local companies, but they made it horrible. So I went to 800.com and got the domain we wanted quickly and easily. Easy to log in and navigate, get bills & set up payment systems. 10/10

Wish they would come down on the price a little bit or come up with a TXT-only plan. We really only use this service for texting customers anyways since in this day in age not many people check their voicemails.
Clients rarly answer unknown numbers or check voicemails. We got around this by using the TXT feature 800.com provides. Now our customers see our txt about an upcoming appointment they have and will call back our office quickly.

I was able to find a phone number with their database very quickly where as other solutions kept giving me options that were nothing like what I was searching for. I also like the online database which shows us how many times someone has called the number. This allows us to see and track which phone numbers our clients are using.
Getting the texting side of things setup was a bit challenging, the team was there to help though. I found that we are actually not able to have texts received to the number we purchased. We can text but it comes from a shortened version of our phone number, not a real phone number.
