"Easy Switch from Constant Contact"
What do you like best about Robly?

I was with Constant Contact for seven years. A Robly rep called me on the phone and told me they could cut my bill in half and guarantee 50% more opens. It sounded too good to be true, but I took a demo anyway. I was very impressed at the value of Robly vs. Constant Contact - not price, but value. They show you an increase in opens after the FIRST SEND, and AI works to continue to increase your opens.

What do you dislike about Robly?

When I look at Robly vs. Constant Contact, the real shortcoming I see is that they don't have events and surveys, but they say it's coming within weeks.

What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use email marketing as a compliment to the rest of our traditional and digital marketing channels. We've used it successfully for many years. In the Robly vs. Constant Contact comparison, there is no contest. Robly wins out every day of the week.

"Definitely Email Marketing's "Best in Breed"!!!"
What do you like best about Robly?

I've used Constant Contact, Mailchimp, and Mad Mimi and Robly stands out as someone who a) gets me to the top of the inbox with OpenGen and Robly A.I., b) has a substantially easier-to-use interface than Constant Contact, c) they made it a completely hassle-free switch, d) they made me a very professional-looking and editable custom template, and e) the follow-on support I have received has been timely and thorough.

What do you dislike about Robly?

Constant Contact had some stock images ... But I can just use Goggle approved for commercial use, the images are better anyway.

What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Robly to reach our audience for bulk emails. They have helped us lift the profile of our brand and get to the top of the inbox.

What do you like best about Robly?

I have no design background and in the past I never thought my template looked good. Robly's professional designers were able to create me a beautiful template that matched my brand. The switch took no effort on my part. My contacts and images were moved over and my template was created before I logged into the system for the first time. The designer taught me how to use the editor and I am now able to quickly build emails on my own. Robly AI is great, I no longer need to question if I am sending an email at the right time.

What do you dislike about Robly?

There is no image library to select images to purchase for use. They don't charge $5 dollars to store more than 5 images though, so that makes up for it.

I use Robly to send out emails to my subscribers

"Ultimate Package - Worth Every Penny!"
What do you like best about Robly?

Robly beats Constant Contact and Mailchimp in every category. Their automation tools to get more opens actually REALLY work, the pricing is very compelling, and the service is top notch. Having a direct line in to James with the Ultimate subscription has been a real help a couple of times. SEO audit was nice, too.

What do you dislike about Robly?

They are light on shopping cart integrations, but Zapier can fill the gap.

What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Ultimate subscription is STILL cheaper than Constant Contact and comes with value and education that none of the entry-level providers even THING about offering.

What do you like best about Robly?

Robly A.I. is such an amazingly clever concept ... I've always struggled with the best time to send to my list. They solved that one for me! Customer service is super friendly, and Damask was a pro with helping me optimize my template. Her pointers on our overall marketing plan were great too. I chose the Ultimate subscription because it was still a bit cheaper than my Constant Contact bill ... Incredible value. In addition to the template optimization call, the 360 degree audit and SEO audit were both super helpful, and I have a direct line to James whenever I need it.

What do you dislike about Robly?

I haven't found much in Robly that I haven't liked so far. The experience has been very smooth.

What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have been hopping around self-service ESP's for a while. Robly stood out to me because during the demo they had these other value-added services that their competitors don't offer ... The Ultimate subscription basically comes with hundreds (maybe thousands) of dollars worth of consulting, and if you have more than 5k contacts, it's less than Constant Contact. Amazing.

What do you like best about Robly?

It couldn't have been easier for me to switch to Robly. Somebody called me and set my expectations high ... They were exceeded by the speed and professionalism with which Robly switched my account over. All my segmented lists got transferred by them. Love the features to get me more opens, love the cost savings, love the human touch! I used several mail services but this one clearly beats them all.

What do you dislike about Robly?

The only small issue I had was I couldn't get my link text right in one of my browsers.

We're using Robly to enhance our email marketing channel. They're doing a great job. Higher Open rates and higher click-through rates.

What do you like best about Robly?

I wear many hats, so I don't always have enough time to devout to email marketing. Robly was very easy to learn and the customer service was unbelievable. The results came in and my open rate and click-through rates were both higher than my previous provider.

They don't have folders for campaigns ... They say it's coming

What do you like best about Robly?

Robly offers an easy to use platform and even provided us a super sharp template. Anytime I e-mail, chat, or call in they are able to help me out instantly with any issue I might be having, and do so with fantastic customer service. Also-- they are offering this superior product for less than half of what I was paying at a competitor.

What do you dislike about Robly?

They don't have RSS-to-email, which some of their competitors have.

From the performance, PRICE (we save over 50%), constant innovations (ROBLY AI!), templates, and insanely good customer service (you can get not the phone with an intelligent and helpful tech who is actually in the ROBLY office, not in a call center), we have found a true email solution. They care as much about our success as we do.

What do you like best about Robly?

Robly is an attractive proposition for email marketing, we've been using it for months and it hasn't given the first problem so far. I love its user interface for how clean and intuitive it is, plus it integrates a wide variety of features and automations that help optimize marketing, among the most striking is that it allows us to send email content to our database, lead funnels, an excellent email editor with a wide variety of resources and much more.

What do you dislike about Robly?

Although it is sufficient for our email marketing needs for the time being, it is important that they add some other functionalities, even more so taking into account its high price.

What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has very interesting use cases and is well loaded with functionalities that help improve email marketing management and get the best out of it to improve the relationship with potential customers, organize customer funnels, store email content to our database to make it reusable, automate various marketing processes and more, there are many benefits it provides to our organization.

The interface is extremely intuitive as it mainly relies on the drag and drop element, which makes it quite simple to use and run, the consumer support is always attentive to the requirements of the problems we present, the open rates increased exponentially since we started using Robly.

Options may be limited for an email marketing tool, competitors offer many more options to take advantage of, some features are likely to require several clicks to use, we would like it to be more convenient, limited form generation capability with external software, could improve in the future.

Their helpful representatives are always ready to answer questions or help with any issues I may have, and their platform's ability to track emails sent through it helps me ensure that messages don't get lost in transit. What's more, there's no need for manual scheduling - thanks to Roblys' AI capabilities, you can set up an email blast once and relax, knowing that your customers will receive it at the exact time you've scheduled it, without being overlooked due to personal circumstances such as weekends or vacation ideas when they're away from their desks.

What do you dislike about Robly?

I dislike that Robly does not allow users to save custom color schemes. Without this feature, users have no choice but to manually enter the hex codes for the colors of each email element every time they design an email - which means they cannot benefit from choosing their own unique palette that would make emails more vibrant and eye-catching.

I benefit from Robly by being able to monitor the success of my email marketing campaigns. The statistics it provides give me insight into how effective each campaign is, allowing me to optimize and tweak strategies for maximum impact in future campaigns.

What do you like best about Robly?

The main feature that positively caught my attention is that Robly allows us to design campaigns with a large number of templates, there are templates for all types and occasions with different designs and very striking colors. I love the reports generated with Robly, you can see the amount of public that each campaign has captured and the public that has not accessed the campaign, all this data is exact and helps analyze the impact of sending the campaign. I like that our campaigns do not go into the spam folder at any time, all our recipients receive the emails in their main inbox, and it helps them to be viewed faster.

What do you dislike about Robly?

The system to generate forms is very poorly optimized, it does not have eye-catching designs for the forms and you cannot see the responses of our clients in the forms in real-time, you must wait a certain amount of time for the responses to be processed.

What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Robly has been key to our development and the development of our sales. It has helped us send campaigns to all our clients directly via email, in addition, it has a certificate filter that helps our campaigns arrive directly to our client's inboxes without any blocking. What do you like best about Robly?

We have an incredible list of templates with help of Robly, templates of all kinds and colors and with a very striking design. In addition, the monitoring system is unique and in real-time, just by accessing the Dashboard, we can see the traffic movement that the campaigns are having, through graphs and information boxes. I also love that my campaigns always arrive in the recipient's main inbox, Robly has a trusted certificate and this helps ensure that campaigns rarely enter the Spam folder of our contacts. The import of contacts is immediate, it does not take any time to process the list of contacts, in addition, in the reports section you can see how much money was spent and how much remuneration was obtained with the campaigns.

What do you dislike about Robly?

I have no complaints about Robly, this system managed to boost our business marketing and we never had any problems during the sending, administration and completion of campaigns, everything has always been successful with Robly, without any kind of failure.

What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Robly we have been able to take the campaigns further, we have been able to send instant campaigns to our social networks without much effort, in addition, the mail campaign system helped us obtain very good quality potential clients, interested in our services. What do you like best about Robly?

Robly is one of the best email marketing platforms available to have the best marketing through emails sending in bulk without any hurdle and slowness in the system. I am a regular user of Robly and have been using this software for quite a long time. The main feature of Robly which I like the most is their email sending system which sends email campaigns in bulk very easily. It is able to send different campaigns and different activities at the same time without any delay in working.

What do you dislike about Robly?

The biggest drawback that I have been facing while using the platform that it does not have a clear dashboard, I have to go to several tabs to reach the required tool after clicking on multiple places. Secondly, it is hard to edit the content in the advertising as it takes the same repetitive steps to actually edit and publish it again which is quite hectic and time taking.

What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is also helping me in the organization while managing the email advertising campaign, it offers many tools to improve advertising strategy, send emails with images quickly and provide templates for creating and editing emails. It is helping me in the company to attract more customers to the web page or website to increase the conversion rate which increases revenue.

What do you like best about Robly?

This is a digital marketing system which allows you to massively send campaigns by emails, it is a very complete system since it allows you to send different campaigns and activities at the same time without any inconvenience, the tools are very simple to configure and manage , for the company it has been favorable for the company, it is for this reason that I like how the functionality of the sending of campaigns has been improved more and more to avoid the loss of emails.

What do you dislike about Robly?

The tools are simple and intuitive, no help is needed for technical support, however we believe that the design system can be improved, the interface is obsolete And new ideas may be needed to incorporate it into the system, such as design and improvement for advertising.

What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?

We managed to mainly solve the traffic problem, which we have increased both on our social networks and on our website, allowing massive growth and visits by new customers.The system allows us to place the link directly on the campaign image so that as soon as they enter they can go directly to the web and observe our page, it seems very fast and intuitive for the user to enter our web page directly and leave a small comment on the campaign displayed in this way we receive comments that allow us to improve.
