The ease with which the entire onboarding was handled was very good. In addition, every time I have any doubts or questions regarding any administrative processes, the Remote staff is extremely helpful and patient.

I am waiting for my work permit to arrive in Belgium. In the meantime, my company hired Remote to handle the payroll and other legal procedures in my home country (India) so that I could immediately start working even before my visa arrived. This has been the greatest asset for both me and my company, and Remote has been immensely helpful throughout.
There are many upsides of using remote: 1- being able to hire globally 2- easy to use platform, through which you can manage all of your HR needs (payroll, holidays, expenses, etc.) 3- super helpful customer support when you have queries

It allowed a foreign company to hire me following the legislation of my country.
I kindly requested them to add one family member on my national health insurance in the country that I live in. They discussed internally to solve the matter and promptly reverted to me with the documents needed and then the family member was added and the request was completed on the 30 th ofDecember (the last Friday of the year). I was really impressed that they really lokked into the matter and solved it so promptly even though it was in between the holidays and it wasn't a hurry at all.
Nothing that I could think of. I currently could not identify any issues or improvement areas.
As I mentioned, I am hired through Remote and most recently they managed to add one family mamber to my ational health insurance even thought there were no Romanian employees that I could speak of at remote and I thought they might not understand the Romanian policies but they solved the matter in record time even though it was not any urgency.

You can tell when you're getting a response from customer support that is just a blanket statement and the person probably didn't actually read your question - that never happens for me with Remote. It's like each person takes time to focus on what I'm asking and respond in a thoughtful, relevant way. It saves me time, prevents frustration and makes me more eager to use the system in the future.
Everything isn't always intuitive for me. I have found myself clicking tabs trying to figure out how to do something, but I can't find the right buttons. But their support always answers me quickly and directs me to the right easy to use article to figure out what I need to do.
We don't have time to research all the laws and requirements for countries that we want to employ or contract people from. Remote handles all the legal stuff for us and tells us when we need to do something so we can focus on growing the company!

I have received quick answer for my questions. The following of the incidents created have been good. It is a good Human Resource external office experience, in my case, Remote.com has been following the Mexican rules for the employees.
Commonly the gap for the software consultants is the hole to handle an automatic payment increase because the inflationaty adjustment. It could be great if Remote.com help us to provide support in order to manage this inflationary adjustment in order to be sure that the MX$ 100.00 today will have the same value 3 years after. As you know, MX$ 100.00 today will have minor value at 3 years after according to the inflation in the country, so for instance, maybe the value will be MX$ 90.00 ... and from our side we need to start a procedure to get an increase of our payment. I think that the request to increase our payment according our performance should be different to the automatic payment increase based on the inflationary adjustment.

I think Remote really makes it easier for employees to deal with work-related business. It's an easy and intuitive platform, very clear and transparent about employee conditions, and the customer support makes it feel like we have a place to ask all our questions about bureaucracies and logistics, always ensuring we feel well-informed.
Nothing big to point out. Just a small thing – maybe make the half-day selection (morning or afternoon) for vacation days easier, without so many extra steps editing the hours. Also, it would be great to have a multi-selection of days in the actual calendar for taking days off

The easy way to get money from your contractor. I use it frequently. I can use this anytime, anywhere. The team is always there to help you. Everything in it is easy to implement. The team is supportive and always there to guide and follow up if you have difficulty.
It is smooth and I haven't found anything to dislike about it.
I was getting my payments late from my contractor. I contacted one of the supportive team members and they immediately followed up on my request and the money was transferred. I loved its transparency.
I love that they always have a response for me. If I have any questions regarding anything I'm confident that I'll get a response within an hour and if it wasn't what I was expecting we can always resolve it together. Also, their onboarding process was the fastest I've ever experienced and time tracking, requesting PTO, and using my benefits is very easy with them. I only need to log in once every week to make sure everything is in order.
I don't really dislike anything about Remote, but as a growing company, I see that they are still developing some areas of their dashboard. I'm really excited about all the benefits that their new sections will bring to the users.
