I love the user-friendly platform with the addition of fabulous customer service from people like Josue!

So far, I haven't come across anything I dislike with the platform.

Email marketing, subscriber list building, and automation. This makes things passive for me which give me more time to work on my business.

Migrated away from another popular newsletter platform, and found MailerLite far superior. It even imported my subscriber list from the old platform seemlessly! Had one small issue but received some excellent and efficient support from Abby, very shortly after submitting a help ticket.

I like the clean layout of the dashboard that allows me to efficiently finish what I need to get done.

I can't think of any off the top of my head!

I need to be able to connect with my audience in writing and MailerLite makes that easy for me to do.

Fast, efficient, and clear customer service. Laura (based in Lisbon) has just held my hand through an issue I had, and she was fantastic.

The issue of unique subscribers - it's been explained to me but honestly, it doesn't make a lot of sense.

I'm a nervous user, so having good customer reps is important. Just been helped by Laura who was so helpful - very clear in her explanations.

I switched from Mailchimp since it was getting too expensive for my growing audience. MailerLite has been excellent so far, particularly their highly-responsive customer service.

The one negative I've encountered so far is that it's not possible to edit the automatic welcome email that goes out to subscribers unless you temporarily disable it.

More affordable, less overwhelming.

Pricing, and the ability to connect your custom domain so you can build your sending reputation. I also like their form templates but I think they need more work.

I wasnt able to add custom fonts on my forms so if they could allow me to simply fetch fonts from google that would have been great. plus, they dont connect with any site builders, so your only option is to embed their form

It's absolutely free to use for 1000 subscribers with all. Essential features required for email marketing.

The number of emails in free version could be a little more than the competitors as well as tye number of subscribers.

It is quite easy to use with a lot of resources that will help beginners to get familiar with the platform. You can start creating campaigns on day 1 itself.

I am new to MailerLite, but found the setup simple to perform, the staff was quick to reply to chat messages, gave clear direction, and was willing to test issues with me. Aside from that, building out campaigns, triggers, and landing pages was an intuitive process, and I was able to quickly make my first campaign.

As I am still new to MailerLite I'm not sure of the downsides yet, but perhaps the amount of options available (guess that's a good thing) makes navigating a little difficult, but nothing that has held me back from quickly doing what I need to and moving on with my day.

MailerLite is being used for email marketing campaigns, landing page building, and to deliver targetted, periodic emails to my site's mailing list and the groups of customers we serve.

Nothing! It's a 10/10 from me. If anything I would love more time to truly use and enjoy ALL the features it offers!

Creating and sending campaigns is very easy and intuitive.

Honestly, there isn't anything I dislike about the service. It does exactly what I need it to.

It is extremely easy to send weekly campaigns to customer lists without having to recreate the wheel every week.

I like the support team the most! They are so responsive and friendly. As a new user, I believe this is a super important part of helping me get used to the system quickly and then benefit my work!

I think it's the guideline on their website is still a bit confusing and hard to search by myself. But lucky me, the customer team is really supportive and responsive.

I'm using Mailerlite to send the news to my subscribers. Mailerlite has almost basic features for one who is in a small team like me at a really affordable price and an excellent customer support team!
