Even on the free plan, you get access to everything you need for an awesome newsletter experience. I've created landing pages for new signups, a website popup form, plenty of emails, and automation that lets me send new and existing subscribers through a series of emails automatically. When I reach the level of subscribers where I have to upgrade to a paid plan, I already feel like I'll be getting my money's worth.

I can't think of any downsides. MailerLite has it all.

As an author, I'm aware that having a captive audience of readers is one of the best marketing tools I can use. MailerLite makes it easy to connect with readers and gives me plenty of options for engaging with them.

I can't find any major faults with Mailerlite. I've not had to use their Support so I can't comment on it. Pricing is fair.

I like the level of customization I can create and how easy it is to build really great templates. I use shopify, so being able to easily integrate both systems has created a marked difference in conversion. I switched from Podia, and my open rate went from 18-20 % to 38-40%.

I don't like that I can save content blocks that I can reuse. I can create a template and edit it, but if I'm making a brand new type of email, I don't have the ability to just pull and edited header, footer or content block I've already created.

We've seen increased open rates, improvement in click-through rates, and sales. The emails I'm building now feel more authentic and connected to the brand and our ethos.

MailerLite is the ideal email marketing software for individuals on a tight budget but nevertheless requires a tool that can do more than just send out newsletters. Automation workflows, contact tagging and segmentation, and a landing page builder are all included, allowing even complex campaigns to be handled.

While this isn't necessarily a bad thing if it maintains their deliverability rates high, it may be a bit much for some users who just want to get started. The review process seems to be very tough.

Nothing, really. I mean, I'm NL dumb. I think it'd be cool if there were more tutorials for authors who are NL dumb. Automations and Landing pages really confuse me, but overall, ML is really the best and more affordable NL serices.

I use ML for my author newsletter. They're more affordable than MailChimp.

We can view information about new contacts and get in touch with them as soon as we like. We can also target specific contacts to receive specific emails. It's a smart email system that works better than average for its price level.

Email deliveries can be inconsistent. It takes some experimentation to figure out issues that cause certain emails to get bounced. MailerLite support can be helpful when those problems arise, but not always.

The new version is coming soon, and I'm excited to test it out. I would say if the UX was a bit more modern, it'd be a more enjoyable experience (which I think they're building!) I wish you could save and duplicate templates across accounts, since I'm replicating the same style of email for all of my clients.

I'm an agency able to manage my small business clients' needs easily and affordably. I love the creative options they offer for blocks within the email to really set yourself apart and be fun - and have emails people actually want to open.

I had several questions regarding the different Mailerlite subscriptions and contacted support. I quickly got a reply with a clear explanation, after which I explained that I had paid for the wrong package and if there was a way to switch to the correct option. There was a quick response, and Customer Support immediately sorted the issue and changed me to the correct subscription. Excellent service. Thank you.

Nothing that I dislike about Mailerlite. This survey however, is way too long for the review I was willing to give and that I then need to fill something in for dislike that has a specified length is weird. The amount of questions is overwhelming and almost made me not leave the review.

MailerLite has wonderful support, something so important in learning how to create the look you want. I've learned so much with step-by-step graphics and patient explanations. The pricing is great and the service worth a million!

Maybe....I would like even more graphic flexibility, like putting things side by side...but maybe that's possible, and I just haven't learned it yet!

As a "solopreneur", I have to be quite selective with what products I choose. MailerLite works beautifully with my other software, my website, and is very user-friendly and intuitive. In addition, any time I have needed help, the support team has come through really quickly and efficiently. In addition, the forum feature and "community" are excellent sources of info! As a remote project manager and admin, I recommend it to all my clients!

Nothing, that I've found. There is a learning curve, like all software, and it would be nice if you could just import landing pages from other services, but their drag and drop builder makes it easy, and 9 times out of ten, the end result is much better in MailerLite.

I love Mailerlite and there is no other better way to put it. Starting from highly intuitive ux to efficient analytics even for free accounts, Mailerlite has an awesome place in our marketing stack.

They could be easy on integrations. Nevertheless they are awesome. There is nothing that doesn't work out at Mailerlite. There are no improvement I would suggest in Mailerlite.

Mailerlite is a fantastic email marketing platform that I use for both my author list and business clients. It's easy enough to set up automated services, send out broadcasts emails, or create different interest groups based on what subscribers do in your funnel - giving you more control over how they're reached! You can also create websites and landing pages using the platform.

What I don't like about Mailerlite is that it lacks the SEO abilities to make your website or landing page stand out. There are some options, but they're not as in depth for indepth work with mails being delivered erratically by sometimes ending up promotional inboxes instead our main ones where we want them most! This isn't really anything bad though since subscribers can always put higher importance on emails which ensure they go on the primary inbox. You'll be able to get your message across without too many issues anyways :)

Mailerlite is a game-changer for my business. I can now reach many more people with the same amount of time and money spent on marketing before, which has been one if not the best return on investment that we have had when it comes to acquiring new clients or customers overall!

Wanted to create a series of RSS automation for mailing list subscribers and found it super straightforward to do this. The interface for designing the emails and templates provides easy control of layout and elements and immediate on-screen preview.

I don't particularly appreciate that sometimes the editor doesn't always do what I tell it to do. For example, is when I change the font or add a line, sometimes it won't appear. Adding the ability to save reusable blocks would be great.

I am solving the issue of connecting with customers directly. I love my mailing list because even if everyone doesn't open it, another company is not suppressing my message via its algorithm. Frequently, Facebook & Instagram will not show all of my followers what I am offering. My mailing list is mine, and they want to be there.
