Activate was easy to learn and navigate.

Reporting is limited, I would like to be able to create my own custom reports- I cannot view invoices for vendors withing activate- would like to be able to view them in the same way i can for sales orders.

Extensive influencer profiles available and a continued focus on improving influencer audience data. Easy to onboard new influencers in to the platform, and a great reputation for highly secure platform that pays on time, so influencers feel comfortable being added to the system. Full service support team who is available and accessible all the time.

Messaging tool (which they're working on rebuilding) needs an upgrade

We're currently using Activate to manage our programs from start to finish. Having previously used an in-house tool, Activate has allowed us to manage programs completely in one system without having to utilize extensive tech resources to manage a platform.

So far I have only filled out the application and it was incredibly simple and straight forward. I loved the ease of flow and completion.

I haven't seen enough to find anything I don't like.

I hope Impact.com will help connect me with great offers that I can promote.

There is not much to dislike. Maybe the user profile section could be enhanced a bit more.

I've known Impact for a year, and it is undoubtedly one of the best sites for developing partnership networks. It is straightforward to gain access to all of the top suppliers of products and services, as well as a wealth of helpful advice for the site and information whenever you require it via the platform. Impact also offers superior reporting capabilities, versatility, and flexibility in tracking and attribution.

In third-world countries, using a visa, MasterCard, or another payment method is limited, making it difficult to take action. Because affiliate programs are based on customer action through impact.com, generating revenue through partnership affiliate program referrals is difficult.

Through impact.com, I learned about affiliate link tracking technology, how to generate tracking links, how to identify and use every feature for generating and accessing reports, partnership development skills, and various product updating skills, all of which have benefited me.

We chose Impact as our affiliate network because of its superior reporting capabilities and the versatility and flexibility it offers in terms of tracking and attribution. Impact is also able to support pretty much any size of advertiser and smaller merchants can scale their programs effectively.

The Insights reporting is not always intuitive and their help docs could use more frequent updating to align with changes made to the platform.

We previously had a lot of reporting issues and lacked transparency as to where our revenue was being generated. Impact has helped us solve this. In addition to tracking through an affiliate link, we've been able to track our offline channels because of their unique domains tracking.

Everything about Impact.com is fantastic. They have many affiliate programs on their platform from big brands, and I love it the best. They have multiple payment methods, and I like that too.

What I dislike about the platform is that most affiliate programs have set this auto disapproval for specific locations and disapprove my account without checking my website. And they have a fixed $12 fee when using Bank Transfer for withdrawal which I don't like. If they could lower that fee, then it would be great. And sometimes, the application is just ignored, and some of my applications are still pending for months.

Impact Radius (impact.com) has greatly helped me since I started using it. It has helped me join affiliate programs of different brands and also provided me with creatives to promote those brands on my website and social media.

Impact.com has few high quality programm like Canva, Hubspot, buzzsumo... but too few challengers solutions to promote. As an affiliate, it is easy to use, and the reporting is clear, and really easy of use. Unlike others plateforms partners stacks, it is hard to create your own links (ex: link to a specific page)

Is is lacking of high quality partners. It is very limited if you want to promote lots of brands.

What I like the most about Impact Radius is that the dashboard is quite modern and elegant. Most affiliate dashboards look boring and dull. Impact Radius also has almost all of the best affiliate programs out there which makes it easy for me to find new affiliates.

Sometimes I can't find few affiliate programs, if Imapct Radius could bring on more programs, it would be amazing.

I write blogs on personal finance and productivity. I can help people by recommeding products/services while making some money myself. Impact also makes searching for affiliates and banners easy in a modern look which makes work easy.

I like you can earn based on sales, that aspect is nice

I dont like that some of the brands will not set up affiliate codes specific to the user. This realllllly helps drive traffic even without a special link. I also don't like when a brand proposes a collaboration you cannot see any information about the brand or ask them if they are willing to set up affiliate codes before accepting

I like being able to offer affiliate codes that match my social media handles it really helps drive more sales on my end

I wish I could easily find where partners posted, if there was somewhere I could see their actual page/post besides. Perhaps there is a way I just haven't found it.

Building brand awareness and higher traffic without conventional advertising. I love it!

I enjoy the Reporting/Insights portion - the automated reports are super helpful in highlighting dormant partners to give a nudge to, the Marketplace/Discover is a great tool to identify new potential partners, and payments are easy to make. I mainly love how receptive the team is to new ideas and getting visibility into the product roadmap.

I dislike the bugs that occurs sometimes when trying to use filters or when you do not know whether a payment successfully has transferred after bulk uploading. Another thing is that we rely heavily on Group tags to filter through partners based on their partner type, who owns the account/communication from our team, etc. Would love more robust CRM capabilities. Also inconsistencies in how you can use reports; some of the reports have different fields and it is difficult or impossible to few different things at once without having to download separate files and use vlookup to aggregate data manually via Excel. For instance, one report may be able to pull in Impact IDs and Joined Dates, whereas another similar report may not have that available which doesn't seem intuitive. I also wish when you send messages you could get a receipt via email so it doesn't just get sent into the abyss.

Solving issues with onboarding partners who then do not drive any traffic/revenue for us. I realized they are looking to work with partners, like MediaRails, to expand the toolset, and are improving their Insights features.

- Impact as a platform seems to be on the cutting edge of what it provides for affiliate partners. The look and feel of the dashboard is extremely pleasing while still being extremely practical. Typically affiliate platforms are rough and disjointed but Impact has a very fluid user experience. - Links are very easy to access and seem to always be up-to-date which is typically not the case with affiliate platforms. - Brand imagery is nice and all of the required brand info is easy to access. However, it is sometimes annoying that to access brand info you have to go to the brands tab and search the brand you're looking for.

- The reports sections can be difficult to navigate at times but this is common with similar platforms. Sometimes loading issues effect the speed that reports load and this seems to make the dashboard time out on rare occasions. - In addition, it would be nice to be able to view ads from a specific set of advertisers in the platform. It seems to be an all-or-one situation. - It seems that often times coupon codes or offers are listed in the text link section when they could simply be formatted correctly in order to make them coupons.

We are sourcing affiliate offers through Impact. We use both links and banners.

The adaptability of the reports is by far the best part of this platform. Being able to adjust the reports that are generated are the best tool available.

Frequently the platform can be slow to load or require reloading in order to pull up information.

Using Impact has allowed us some fluidity in the information we report to our clients.

Interface and reporting. Easy to export reports, pull by partner level, etc.

Impact doesn't assign publishers categories, like Rakuten or CJ does, (i.e. Loyalty, Email, CPA Network) so we have to manually do that
