More brands should be added to the platform for us to choose

The fact I can go to any page on Walmart.com or BestBuy.com, pick an item, paste the link and, copy it to link different things makes creating links and listing items intuitive, fast and easy. It also ensures we list the correct item.

I don't particularly appreciate that the products page lacks items, causing me to solely rely upon copy and paste from Walmart.com or BestBuy.com to create links.

Too many people are monomaniacal when shopping for a specific category of a product like, for example, earbuds. Everyone loves wireless earbuds because it allows them to listen to music on the go, but only if it's the Apple AirPods. Impact gives me the incentive to want to review different brands of earbuds because all I need to do to make money selling those items is use Impact to create links to them.

Lot many options. It helps us to take decision quickly.

User Interface and User Experience. It can be better

I can control and add all my affiliate links from one dashboard

1. There is no guide or video or even a document that explains the feature of the platform. 2. The discount coupon section is not clear how it works, and sometime when I create a coupon it doesen't work 3. When you add more that affiliate program, we can't recognise the source of money of each source. I know the total amount of money, but doens't know how much X source brought me, compared to Y source 4. The platform refuses to add social media account as a source of traffic. As a social media influencer, many of follower are from social platforms , not my main website, so please reconsider giving us option whether to add a website or social medial link platform

The site is user friendly and can self navigate with minimal direction.

The only issues are understanding the contracts. I know me and my colleagues have the biggest issues with that.

Last click attribution is an outdated tracking technology. Publishers higher in the funnel should be compensated for any lower funnel conversions by another publisher.

We are a publisher, so it is easy to partner with several different advertisers quickly.

I like that I can find a lot of partners that I'm not able to find anywhere else

Impact.com has built relationships with highly recognizable brands that draw shoppers' attention. Getting links to advertisers is easy. Compared to competitors, Impact.com has a great dashboard that summarizes everything I need to see. I am most interested in transactions that have occurred, rather than new merchants, and Impact.com focuses on showing traffic first.

Searching for new brands is a little buried. Also, our company has created dynamic links where we capture a user's username and embed it into a sub-field. It was challenging to know which report to pull where this value was shown, so maybe a description of each report would be helpful.

It is quite difficult to build a direct relationship with a big brand merchant. Our platform allows you to shop at participating merchants and generate a donation to your charity of choice. Without Impact.com, our participating merchant list would not be as impressive.

There are too many parts that I don't understand how to use.

I am a new affiliate marketer.I am trying to get more commissions.

Impact does a great job being intuitive, fast, an easy to gather info from.

I dislike the navigation around advertisers. I wish that when I navigated to an advertiser I could also see reporting for that advertiers and their category. It would be great if their latest promotions were within their dashboard and not part of separate links section. I want advertiser contact info so I can email myself or a email type service in impact where I can see past communications with advertisers. Many advertisers simply don't respond to my messages. It feels like I'm screaming into the void.

Having fun and making money. ;) We use impact to get commissions which are the lifeblood of our company.

They ahve the best dashboard that gives you every information you want

The stadistics are pretty simple to use as well the create link feature which is one of the most important thing for affiliate programs

I dont dislike this but i would love more in deep stadistics

Great for working with partners

It's an easy to use platform, with many resources and features that make managing an affiliate network a very easy task.

The only improvement point I would add is regarding to some affiliates going to blocked lists. This makes the onboarding process more unpleasant for the partner.

We are managing a network of 500+ affiliates with very smooth operations. Impact is built in such way that managing 10, 500 or 1000 affiliates will give the Affiliate Manager the same work.

1. Snapshot in homepage which reduces my effort to download the overall data and then you analyse.

There is no option of selecting partner on the homepage, where I can bifurcate the data accoding as per the partner.

Realtime tracking is what we have solved using Impact radius. Postback works superb & I can rely on the data as it is fully automated. There is no email trail that I need to create for sharing the data or raise complaints as everything is available inside the panel.

The interface is so easy. The dashboard is helpful. And hundreds of advertisers from the big company in the world
