I'm not too fond of the Pause Recording Feature - A Button instead of code entry would be great. The Call History is confusing - which could be an internal learning curve.

not having to stay glued to my screen to dial is very convenient.
It's quick, efficient and so simple to use. We have used it for over a year now and it's so much better than the previous system we used. Makes working with the phones so much easier.
The only downside is that to stop recording we have to type in a code, if there was a button just to pause the recording and then go back to it then that would be perfect.
Has the voicemail option so that I personally don't have to stay on the phone all day and can listen back to the crystal clear voicemails and call the student back easily
