It is easy to keep track of the number of calls, duration, and I love that I can go back and listen to the phone calls in case I missed something.

There is really nothing I can think of at the moment, I believe it is a very well rounded tool.

I was surprised by how user-friendly and easy to use. Also very impressed with the call quality. CloudTalk is the way to go.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

I'm not too fond of the Pause Recording Feature - A Button instead of code entry would be great. The Call History is confusing - which could be an internal learning curve.

The auto-dialler makes it so I can walk around to talk for long periods of time.

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

It's quick, efficient and so simple to use. We have used it for over a year now and it's so much better than the previous system we used. Makes working with the phones so much easier.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

The only downside is that to stop recording we have to type in a code, if there was a button just to pause the recording and then go back to it then that would be perfect.

Has the voicemail option so that I personally don't have to stay on the phone all day and can listen back to the crystal clear voicemails and call the student back easily
