This software is best for software as compared to the other software, but its consumerization price is very low at the market rate. It gives the very bad internet connection provider so we can't deal with the costumer with the better way and create the error of our system software. Bullhorn is the best ATS in the business. Having used three others, I can say Bullhorn does the best for ATS and tying into back office.

It can be a bit clunky in the "candidate may be in your system already". Often pulls up names that are very different with email being very different, too.

Much faster candidate tracking.

I have used Bullhorn in the past with three different recruiting companies. I used it twice with Physician Recruiting companies and once with an insurance staffing firm. It has been by far my favorite ATS I have used. I love that it incorporates email into it as well. My favorite aspect of Bullhorn was the ability to create tearsheets. I created tearsheets to use as call lists, and since they were static, they wouldn't change unless I removed them from the list. This allowed me more time on the phones calling prospective candidates as opposed to running searches over and over. When used correctly by all recruiters, it was very easy to see where candidates were in the process with notes it allowed you to create. When I used it in Insurance staffing from 2010-2012, we even had Careerbuilder and Monster incorporated into bullhorn, which allowed us to search those career sites within bullhorn and easily add those candidates quickly into the ATS.

On occasion, Bullhorn would go down, but it would usually be back up pretty quickly. This is probably an issue anyone faces from time to time though as issues come up.

When using Bullhorn, it had so many capabilities from having saved queries, which were dynamic, to tearsheets, which were static, it allowed us to have numerous types of call lists for whatever position we were trying to fill, and it helped to streamline our process where we were able to continuously be on the phone calling prospective candidates.

I love that Bullhorn integrates with our other systems that we use daily. I appreciate the fact that I can access it on the go as well.

I don't dislike anything. It helps us a great deal.

That it is a very easy application to use

you cannot hit the interview button and add another interview for the same candidate. You have to go select an action, click on add an appointment, and that might not let you link it to the job req. Not to mention to many steps in my opinion

Our company partnered with Bullhorn about 6 years ago. I like that Bullhorn is continuously improving the product with enhancements and with the help of their partners.

I wish there were more standard reports and that Canvas training was more extensive. I also wish that there was stronger support and development for Bullhorn Back Office that we cannot use.

It takes some times for posted appointments to refresh. Most of the time this is when appointments are posted for the same day or in a certain frame of time.
