The statistics from WebinarGeek are mind-blowing. They are very detailed and help me understand my audience better. The help center that they have is useful and the people at the support desk are helpful as well
There is no a downside to WebinarGeek. I wish the advanced plan would be affordable for smaller companies so that I could start with RTMP-streaming and upgrading my home studio
It's much easier to reach out to my customers and tell a bigger audience about my services. Besides that, it helps me to gather information about the attendees.
Webinargeek is een fijn systeem om mee te werken. Gemakkelijk in gebruik en als je vragen hebt, kun je die gemakkelijk in de chat stellen. Hier krijg je altijd een snelle reactie. Daarnaast is het mogelijk om een eigen presentatie in te voegen en zijn de koppelingen met mailblue bijvoorbeeld erg fijn!
Eigenlijk zijn er geen dingen die ik niet goed vind.
Ik kan gemakkelijk webinars geven zonder hier zelf dure programma's voor aan te schaffen. Win-win situatie lijkt mij!
It's really easy to organize online classes like this. The follow-up e-mails can also be made in the same software.

Really good: - Delegate experience (browser only, NO audio or video feeds from delegates), - easy 'director' management of video feeds, sharing and slide presentation, - APIary connection to receive bookings from external ticketing programs (CognitoForms via Integromat) - replay possibilities
Minor: - Unable to deliver 2 video feeds simultaneously (eg interviewer and interviewee) - finding broadcast ID to include in API JSON call (doesn't seem to be available from webinargeek dashboard, so have had to craft a special APIary call - dashboard showing OLDEST subscribers first - I'd like to see LATEST subscribers first
Have replaced MS Teams with webinargeek, to - avoid audience interruption (via camera OR audio) - give much easier directorial control

The best thing is that it is easy to set up your (first) webinar. The interface let's you set it up step by step. Secondly, the team is customer oriented and feels like a group of (highly professional) friends.
I would like to have the option to customize the registration page a bit more. However, this is easily solved by using the embed code on my website.

A week before my training I found WebinarGeek while googling. - It's super easy to set up - You can keep track of registrations - The helpdesk is available all day to answer your questions, but many questions have already been explained on the platform, so you don't always have to switch with someone. - You can apply your own house style colors (at least with the second package). - You can upload slides, so you can easily share slides during your presentation. You could do this by going through your entire slide deck, but you can also pick out a few slides without having to press a 'share screen' button each time. Works very well! - You can set the program so that your training is automatically recorded. Some trainers sometimes forget to record the training from the start. With this function you no longer have to think about this.
I miss two things in the program: - You can send emails to viewers and non-viewers. Unfortunately, you cannot see who ultimately opened the mail. - You can build these e-mails in your own house style. Only the format is fairly fixed. It is not possible to add extra text boxes or buttons. But these are of course points that do not weigh up against the functionality that the program offers during the webinar.
I used to give webinars on a different platform. Since my training registrations grew to over 50, I wanted a platform where people couldn't see each other, but only see me.

I use webinargeek for on demand webinars and live webinars. This gives me more information and e-mailasdresses than if i would do this on Facebook.
Easy access, quick setup, the tool is easy to use, great support via online help center and live chat. Fast and effective response, always friendly and patient. Good value for money. Tool is in Dutch which I can appreciate a lot.
Missing break-out rooms and some features might get some extra possibility as it comes to easy setup. Sometimes just a little too basic.
Viewers were sometimes complaining about the poor quality of the sound. WebinarGeek helped me a lot with this and now everything is solved with full satisfaction.

WebinarGeek is een heel fijn systeem. Gebruiksvriendelijk, veel mogelijkheden en opties, verschillende integraties.
Dat er geen optie is om je facturen in op te maken (behalve Moneybird) maar als je niet bent aangesloten bij Moneybird zou dat fijn zijn voor betaalde webinars en masterclasses.
Tijd besparen, meer sales, meer connectie met onze volgers door de interactie aan te gaan.
Wij werken binnen de organisatie veel met WebinarGeek, het is een toevoeging binnen onze organisatie voor het ontwikkelen en geven van online trainingen. Het was gemakkelijk om gebruik te gaan maken van Webinar Geek voor onze medewerkers. We hebben een on borading training gekregen en hierdoor was meteen duidelijk. Ook bij het inrichten van de Software was webinar geek goed te breiken voor vragen. Zelf nu na enkele maanden gebruiken krijg ik nog mails of ik vragen heb en word ik regelmatig geupdate over de nieuwe functies.
Er zitten zoveel Features in de software dat wij wel enige tijd nodig hadden om alles goed in te richten. Het is even een klus om alles te ontdekken maar wanneer je er eenmaal bent dan gaat het prima.

We want to share more knowledge about our product using webinars and WebinarGeek helps us with exactly that. We also pre-record all of our webinars and WebinarGeek can easily facilitate that, which is great.
The flow of setting up a webinar is easy and you can link your own registration page. Than you can adjust it to the target audience. Also the insights that webinargeek provides allowed us to analyse our little project even better.
Some funcationalities in webinargeek weren't customizable. This could be improved. Also I would like to have a download as CSV or PDF of the insights that webinargeek provides.
To reach a larger part of our target audience in the Netherlands. This way we can help more children in the Netherlands to grow.

Webinargeek is set up easily and logically and because of that is easy to use. Next to that, via chat we always received an answer to questions very quickly. Another positive aspect is that you can arrange per department and it is structured.
We did not experience any difficulties with Webinargeek
