I love how easy it is to use day to day!
I wish there were Instagram messages linked and a way to use multiple project modes

the best option of Tidio is the chatbot interface becouse is helpfully and easy to understand it
more than dislike if is posible to include one option in the chat for know the number in de line. example: you are the number 4 in de line and when we finish de fist one change to number three
to much, also we can understand what kind of issues have in our app and automate some regular questions

Support. It would have been nice to be able to pick up the phone and just make a call to a live person. Sometimes support can take a little long.

Better offer for complex service. More usable service less product tie-in (the e-mail marketing plan is not usable without a good subscription lead) pushing me to a chatbot subscription. Maybe I'll be canceling the e-mail marketing plan

Tidio is a great starting software for support. Allows for automated chat bots on the website, with a link and support tickets. I did not have any major problems with the software.
Nothing in particular, but I feel as if there is room for more features to be added. Maybe a chatbot for Instagram, tickets through instagram and facebook could be an interesting avenue to explore.
SUPPORT! As always customer satisfaction is the most important, as a start-up it wasn't easy managing all customers and support tickets but Tidio made it easier by allowing some tickets to go through automation instead of manual answers.
I like how there are many options of templates for different chatbox scenarios. There are quite a few to choose from that show the different ways to apply chatbots to your site.
The missing thing for me is the lack of integration with WordPress. I wish it easily linked to WordPress sites, especially for the abandoned cart chatbox scenario. I feel like there could be improvements there.
I am in the process of trying to solve abandoned carts from customers and converting those back into sales. Other than that, I haven't noticed many benefits for my situation.

Customer service was fast. Clean look and seems to have many functions and templates. Just not the one I was looking for. Simple is not always easy when it comes to program so I can understand there might be others issues behind why this
Find it hard to navigate and understand the interface and templates when starting out, feels like it could be made simpler with more UX focus. I will still need a programmer in order to change the chat icon image.
I want patients to be greeted by a more human chat to avoid people feeling they're are talking to bots. Tons of benefits once you go deep on the product but for this set up I found it problematic to solve.

The way we communicate with our clients. Sometimes it is hard for just one person to help them and answer their questions, but with Tidio, all of our staff can help them quickly.
The best part was its easyness. I literally have no basic knowledge in the subject but the colorful "boxes and arrows" interface helped me get started super quickly. The basic chatbots blueprints are a bit too basic, but they still are a good place to start.
The fact that there are no included chatabots in the free plan makes it completely unuseful to 90% to small businesses. Tidio in itself doesnt have many problems (even tho I had a couple troubled times getting logged in for some reason) but i haven't seen any bugs.
We needed a chatbot on our website hoping that this would ease some weight from our emails and telefones. For now its a good way of experimenting but it sucks that there will be no free bots included.

Pricing - they have made many previously free features PAID and almost double the price of the previously paid features. Making it very very expensive to expand. Also there isn't much of new feature brought in last couple of years
