I like all the different features that are available such as: automated chatbots that create efficiency, workflows, email campaigns, etc. Also the Customer Service is on point. They respond immediately, always help, and provide me with anything I need.
From the few years I have been using it I really haven't found anything I disliked if I'm being honest.
We are solving EFFICIENCY is the biggest one. Working in the industry we do (the health and wellness space) people have a million questions. The workflows provided by Tidio make it 10x easier to have those automated questions answered. So that our staff can focus on other things. We love the statistics as well because it allows us to understand what works and what does not work.
It's extremely well designed so it can be integrated into most digital products without negatively affecting the brand experience. It probably enhances it by adding a valuable feeling that you are there to support your users. Also, it's 1 line of code to embed and does not affect the speed of your site or application in a big way. I almost forgot to mention the mobile app which is really handy for quickly reply’s ing to a customer if no one is in the office.
There's almost nothing I don't like about it so far. As an agency, we've used this in websites and apps and it's worked almost flawlessly every time.
It enhances the customer experience by giving users an extremely easy way to offload an issue they are having immediately and feel like it has been logged. On the service providers' side, you get the assurance that customers feel supported without the stress of having to reply immediately every time. All requests for support or questions are logged and you can automate responses that let users know you will get back to them.

It doesn't offer language translation for a multilingual web app, I have to manually configure it base on the languages I think the website users might be using

The Look of Tidio and Sound is so reliable. Even, I also like the Chatbot feature with the Templates they give. I have no words to tell about their Support. Really
Tidio doesn't have a feature to clear the history of old visitors. The previous chat is always visible to him/her. That's what I only don't like about Tidio. Thanks

I have not found a down side yet and I have been using this app for over a year.
I can see what pages my customers visited and where they bounced. This helps me optimize the pages that are not holding attention. And as I previously stated, I can talk to my customers in real time. Answer questions, offer a discount etc.
It is so fast and it works incredibly. I love using it for my business and I recommend it for everyone running their own business

I have used tidio for over 2 years and I am more than satisfied. Before upgrading my account to get Pro features I used it without any issue. They have Android, Windows and iOS app

Tidio gives me statistics of my visitors and wich pages they are browsing. Customers are able to chat instantly and I can answer wherever I am because of the mobile application
By far the best chat support platform out there. I've been using Tidio for days now and the only thing I can say is that I've never has any issues. Within the first few days, I got more leads than I did in the previous month. In addition to all I've said, at first, I was worried that Tidio might impact negatively on my site's speed because it uses JavaScript integration but I was completely wrong because my site's speed wasn't affected a bit
I don't think there's anything to "dislike" about Tidio. At least not for now. My experience has been nothing but great

Easy to set up. Easy to add to website. Notifications are instant and there are plenty of app features available on to stay in contact with customers. Very customizable too.
Free features could allow for instantly knowing when visitors are on the website. As it is not very affordable for young entrepreneurs just starting. Better functioning for multiple languages would help.
Being able to contact customers right from the website skips the emailing part of it and creates and immediate connection. Also as an entrepreneur I can add these great features to my customers sites.
