It's simple to install and use. The chat box is not intrusive to your visitors and they can initial a conversation at their own convenience. I also like that this client has an app so when you're not able to stay behind a desk, you aren't worried about missing a conversation from a prospect or client.
The badging can't be removed unless you purchase the subscription.

Pure Chat makes me accessible to customers even when I'm not in the office which is very handy with our international customers. Its always day time somewhere and Pur Chat gives us the opportunity to speak with those clients from the comfort of our own homes. I love that it keeps a record of all transcripts and that they are readily accessible.
I dont like that all of the options that are available on the website aren't available in the app for mobile. Being able to export transcripts from pure chat to infusionsoft via mobile would be amazing. I would also like to see more scheduling options.

Aside form excellent pricing among competitors, we can appreciate the clean and well organized UI on the front-end. We've used other and Pure Chat seems to hit the sweet spot. In addition, the settings menu allows you customize many elements of the chat and even shows you in real-time what the changes will look like on either Desktop or Mobile.
Right now Pure Chat does not have a Desktop App. Browser tabs can build up quickly and thee tab for Pure Chat can easily get lost in the mix.
We are an online retailer who sells highly technical products, so Pure Chat allows our visitors to contact a representative while on our store site to help answer any and all inquires without leaving the store.

The notification features could be improved. At times, we will miss incoming chats due to not receiving a more obvious notification.
We deal in IT support for customers who purchase our products. PureChat offers us the benefit of being able to work to resolve issues customers are experiencing in a timely manner apart from a typical phone call.
We really like the ability to chat in real time with our clients and help them with designs. It's also so helpful to be able to see what pages they're on to better serve them. We like that we are able to see daily what our chat statistics are, and it's a great way to keep our team members engaged and competitive.
Sometimes the website crashes (understandable) but it's usually up quickly. Also, in the reports section, the search doesn't always work properly -- i.e. it doesn't find the email or name you're searching for, even though they did chat with you.
It's another great tool for us to communicate with our clients. It gives us another channel, besides phone calls or emails, that is fast and easy to use. We like being able to offer clients as many ways to contact us as possible and Pure Chat has allowed us to seamlessly talk to our clients. We are able to talk to over 100 clients per day through the Pure Chat system!
Love that PureChat is user friendly and makes our customer service with our online customers fast and easy.
Dislike not being able to view FAQ's or canned responses in the same screen as the chat message. it takes time away form the customer having to maneuver through multiple windows

I do not dislike anything about Pure Chat yet.
We are getting great data such as errors in our shopping cart and finding out real reasons as to why customers are moving away from a particular webpage.
That you can view other chats and view records of previous chats
That you have to have the website open of the app open to use the automated log on function.
Solving increased phone volume
The instant connectivity that the chat allows between the customer and ourselves in order to customize the customer's experience with our products, asking specific questions, etc.
The style of the chat boxes isn't customizable. I would like to be able to change the look of the chat box as it appears on our website in order to flow into the design of the website better.
People are more likely to want to chat with us than they are to call to ask questions, which has improved the website traffic.
