It's easy to use but there a lot of errors in the program.
Notification & support issues. Logs off a lot.

I dislike the fact that I cannot insert photos into the chat.

It's efficient at finding people in depts, like if you aren't sure who to reach out to but know the dept you need to speak to.
Notifications are almost non existent and you have to literally have the screenopen to see them.
