There are SO many ways that the audience can engage during a webinar. Audience members no longer have to simply sit, listen and watch a presentation. Within the audience console, users can ask the speaker questions in real-time, gain access to related resources, read the speaker's body language while still having visibility of the slide content, follow through CTAs, earn CPE credits and more. Not only does the audience have enhanced engagement abilities, but the speaker console provides a glorious experience on their end with endless opportunities for engagement.
The integration with Salesforce was rocky at first, but the integration support team has been a fantastic help in isolating and resolving the issues we were having.
ON24 provides detailed analytics on webinar engagement that helps our sales team identify new leads and drive up sales. The platform has an engaging audience experience that our clients thoroughly enjoy. We also utilize the available integrations with HubSpot and Salesforce, which provides a seamless experience to track this data across platforms. The ON24 engagement hub also allows us to have a resource library of archive/past webinars available on-demand for users to watch anytime.
The best for me is I can update the session 1 day before (eg) change date and times if applicable and also use the analytics to track engagements and do further reach outs for attendance
There are times of frustration when the slides freeze or the videos cut off, and we have to refresh the screen. Meaning for presenters and producers, happily, this does not happen to the audience as the session is pre-recorded.
Well, you have an excellent support team that assists when I'm unclear, when it's my fault the sessions lag or when the ON24 is having issues. They investigate and are very professional in sending me updates and what I could try to make the sessions better
Elite studio is an amazing tool to use. I love how any presenter or organizer can advance the slides. I also loved the audience engagement tools, and the data analytics are superior.
Setting up the console can be time consuming, but that is only because there are so many ways that the console can be customized to your individual needs.
Great lead generation tools
From a technical standpoint, ON24 is smooth to operate even for beginners (like me) - intuitive operations and straightforward navigation. When it comes to the staff, coming with a last minute request for support, they have addressed it promptly, communicated clearly and helped me approach my event in full confidence. Excellent customer experience!
For the type of event i am running, I haven't come across anything that would prevent me to enjoy a great customer experience.
ON24 help us create a great experience for our own customers when it comes to inviting them to a virtual event.
Sending multiple certificates at one go to the qualified participants. Different reports that can be extracted for the analytics purpose. Easy of chat options in the backend support.
Reactivating any feature to blast the invites or certificate. Sometimes it is not compatible with a browser and we need to clear the cache or switch to an alternate browser. The feature in the backend wherein we cannot move multiple questions at one go.
ON24 has solved problems of mass broadcasting. Using this tool we can easily accommodate over 8000 attendees without any issues. Very few people have audio and streaming issues and that can be resolved using cache clearing or switching to an alternate browser.
I am able to reach more customers globally with ON24 webinars than I could with my salesforce. I can also take the webinars off and add translations and put them back on ON24 to reach non-English speakers too.
ON24 offers a translation component. We tried using it but our content is technical so we opted to do it ourselves. Would be great if one day this service improves.

The Interface and the clear classification on the different roles such as attendee, Producer and so on. Unlike other collaboration tool, on24's poll section is too awesome and simple and i really love playing with it.
Nothing as such, just a suggestion, if you can fix the widget on the audience view. If a user is new to the platform, he kind of gets confused looking at those many widgets

It is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. The UX looks good and is easy to understand how and where to do certain tasks, accessing reports, copy content, etc.
You're not able to download the files that are uploaded to the created webcast (i.e. I have a webcast created with a PowerPoint that I want to recover because I lost the original file on my computer, I'm not able to download that file from Webcast Elite - or at least, I haven't discovered a way to do this) Another downside is once a webcast or webcasts are created, you have to enter each webcast Individually to make any adjustments to content (such as adjusting survey questions) as oppose to being able to select multiple webcasts, and make a singular change to all at once.

We haven't had any issues or hiccups with the platform itself, however, there are small things that we wish it could do after running this platform for a while. We have submitted feature requests and have been surprised with how quickly the team is addressing our request for the small changes!
We h ave been able to pivot to a completely virtual event world with Webcast Elite. The user experience provides comprehensive and time-efficient setups of webinars. We like the customizability of how our webinars will perform and how we can design the audience interface in accordance with our corporate brand.
Uploading videos for recorded webinars sometimes, but not often, have issues in the audio, such as audio quality and syncing. It is something that ON24 can work on, but all the other features of ON24 are beneficial in a sense.

I've been using ON24 Webcast elite at my current job. It is straightforward to use, easy to understand, and very dynamic. You can play with the widgets to make your webcast more attractive. You can set up reminder emails that will be sent to those who will register. You can also avail of support if you are having a hard time understanding the platform.
I honestly like ON24. There is nothing I dislike about it. For most of our webinar campaigns, we course it through the ON24 webcast elite.
As we shifted to digital due to pandemics we have right now, reaching out to our audience can be very difficult. But with the webcast elite, we can do live webinars that our audience can participate in. They can register for the webinars they want to attend. Reaching out to them is difficult, but this platform makes it more accessible.
Great platform for multiple uses. I like being able to customize what is included in the view for each presentation, including speaker bios, resources, and polls.
Took a little training to get up to speed and there are still a few areas that could be easier to use.

Great functionality that is constantly being added to. I particularly like the ability to add additional content in the webinar console and the one-click sign-up to upcoming webinars. The usage analytics are also invaluable in determining the ROI of the tool and of each webinar individually.

The platform is constantly updating and easy to use for techy users and instructors alike. It makes it easy for instructors to connect with little to no support, walks them through running the system. It is also HTML 5 which it quite easy for audience to use because no application is required. This is a huge benefit for us as most platforms do require that.
I wish the platform has a little better knowledge base for more advanced users. I typically prefer to learn myself rather than relying on a training and their knowledge articles leave a little bit to be desired. They are hard to navigate. It also does take a while to output updates to its clients. I am currently still waiting on an update from several months ago. It also is a little frustrating that it does not include the option to connect phones and webcams.
We needed a better platform for webinar delivery and virtual content and this solved the problem. It is easy to use, and HTML5 compliant so no applications required!
The ON24 platform is incredibly easy to use for presenters. Recent updates have made it even more user-friendly, and the dev team is always open to suggestions about how to improve the platform. The integrations with CRM and automated marketing platforms are easily handled when working with their support teams. The insights the platform provides can be leveraged to improve conversations with prospective customers and to improve the quality of your events.
Comparatively, the platform is more costly than some options - though that's if you're considering collaborative platforms that can double as webinar platforms. As far as platforms designed specifically for delivering webinar content, ON24 is similarly priced. It would be nice to see more of the valuable features packaged into a single price rather than as elective add-ons - for ADA compliance, most places should have automated live and on-demand closed captions anyway.
Engaging content is necessary to drive funnel movement for prospects in the higher education space. The consumer looks for opportunities to interact with faculty and get answers to questions that can't be provided by dropping more copy onto a webpage. ON24 provides a great environment to do that, with a wide array of options for branding and customizing that audience experience. Since moving to ON24, we've increased our digital event production 460% YOY and have proven the value of webinars as a channel for engaging with our prospective students.
The professional look and feel of the platform are outstanding. The team always goes above and beyond to satisfy our event needs. ON24 is open to test new tools and innovations that will make the event experience more significant.
The reports dashboard is handy, but an upgrade would be significant—the structure and flexibility of some metrics like the leads, survey questions, and others.
Moving events online can reduce costs and carbon footprints and make attendance accessible to a broader audience. With ON24 Webcast Elite, we can deliver the same number of leads or repeat client engagement as in-person events. We are achieving customer retention, sales, and improved brand recognition.
The reason why on24 is being used the most is that it has evolved to be the best for the market today. i have been using it for many months now, and it has been awsome. it is used to serve online webinars and live sessions. it has good graphics which makes it easy to work . the flexibility of moving the windows as per our comfort is good. The Q&A tab is also cool. we can easily find out the questions that are answered nd focus on the unanswered questions that saves time and effort. We can also publish notifications on high priority. Mostly there is no major dislikes. One suggestion Is that once a question is answered. it should not be able to answered or modified by others.
we cater online webinars and online training support
So many things, but a big one is the simulive feature - it has the live feel, but can be recorded in advance. We use this for most of our webinars. And it has been a major value-add for us.
ON24 is great, and as a whole we don't have issues, but we do struggle with some of the reporting features. It's all there, just sometimes not the easiest to get everything we need in one place. But all of our support teams are eager to help us get the support we need with reports.
One of the big ones is how many people we actually need. Using WebEx, we needed one person to present and someone else behind the scenes to answer Q&A. Now that 1 person can easily play both parts because of simulive. We've also found great benefit in target pages because we can link to a Target page on our server for our clients, and we can manage the content instead of having to wait for a systems update.

On24 Webcast Elite is a super user friendly platform to get branded webinars up and running quickly, efficiently and provides great marketing metrics integration. The platform provides a very friendly audience experience.
