That the presentation is uploaded and easy to access for presenters

The Virtual platform is friendlier than our prior platform making it easier for staff to use. We love how professional it looks and that the presentation is uploaded to allow other presenters to quickly advance slides etc.

On24 provides us with an enterprise-grade platform for hosting mass-scale webinars to our audience of prospects, customers and partners. The tight integration with our marketing automation platform, Marketo is great as it allows us to host registration on marketing landing pages but then seamlessly push leads through to On24 experiences and then use the integration to pull attendee data back once an event has occurred. We also love the design capabilities to bring a more custom look and feel to the audience console, way beyond what we are able to achieve with other webinar platforms. There are tonnes of great modules that can be enabled to improve engagement, provide useful resources, and survey the attendees for information that continues to improve our webinars. The On24 team are super helpful and are a great ally in helping to continue driving our webinar strategy and execution forward!
At times in the past the On24 UI has been a bit clunky - but changes in recent years have improved that dramatically! It can be very slow to export recordings of sessions from the archive after they finish, so needs to be factored into follow-up process.
On24 allows us to great awesome events for our customers, prospects and partners with a focus on providing a great user experience. Ultimately this is helping us create greater demand at all levels of the buyer funnel.

Sometimes there can be glitches with syncing the registrants, attendees, and etc. It takes time for the registrants to sync in Marketo.
Different webinar types are available in ON24 so various Marketing people can choose the type of webinar they want. It makes the webinar experience easy and smooth.

The customer service is excellent, but also the user experience is great. The ON24 webinar console provides a really professional and interactive experience for our attendees. They can download additional information, find links quickly and easily, and communicate with us easily before and after the session. Onboarding was also great with On24. Webinars are a big money maker for us, and we were determined to be experts of the system before we started promoting and selling the new webinars. The onboarding team was great and walked us through creating our webinars, promoting them, running them, and answering all of our questions. They are very responsive anytime we have any issues, have introduced a lot of new features to us, and are always quick to schedule calls when we need more information or assistance, or have any problems. From the producer side, On24 is pretty intuitive, and is easy to use and understand once you get the hang of it. There are a lot of options and features that take some time to learn, but it comes with the added bonus of having a lot of features and options in the webinar itself. It allows for so much flexibility and customization which is great.
They are on the cutting edge of tech for the most part, but we have had a few requests for webinar streaming tech that they're not doing yet. We're a unique digital media company though, so it's understandable. They have been good to take our suggestions to their product development teams, though. I wish that during the session, it was easier for our panelists to show comments from our attendees in a more aesthetically pleasing way. The chat is visible, but we like to highlight the points made by our audience since they can really positively contribute to the conversations. Sometimes setting up webinars can be a bit complicated because there are SO many options but that really isn't so much of a problem it's just a bit overwhelming sometimes.
They are creating a more interactive webinar session without us having to do all the work. Webinars can be so boring if you're just sitting there watching a zoom call and On24 provides a lot of options to make the sessions more engaging, more visually stimulating, and more interactive. On24 is creating a webinar that is not only interesting and educational to join, but also fun to participate in! Creating an engaging and interactive environment for learning is great for our audience They are also adding a lot of great reporting and interactive reporting to webinar sessions for our clients. We used to have to pull all the numbers and create reports ourselves, but On24 allows link access, so we can send a link to our customers and they can access reports and downloads and information themselves. It gives us a lot of freedom to provide them with the link and then not have to pull all those numbers and manage that ourselves.
Apart from the platform being so great and user-friendly, the ON24 team truly make the experience so great. The product team are willing to work with the client and evolve as needed for clients.
Rectification of support can be long and drawn out if account managers are not involved in the process, which can affect the end-user experience.
The building of bespoke EHUB's has been a huge benefit for us. It has allowed us a complete on brand experience for our users. We offer CPD Certification and the certification widget saves us hours of time and capacity.

I love how we can customize the console, email promos, and pretty much everything. I also really appreciate the Webinerd resources! I have used a variety of webinar platforms, and this one is very user-friendly.
The Webinerd resources aren't shared by customer service or on the website enough; I had to dig around for them. Once I found them, it's been a treasure-trove of info!

ON24 is incredibly easy to use and has many custom features to engage audiences. From different event formats to direct calls to action and engagement tools, ON24 is designed to build and retain audiences.
The integration with unique Salesforce instances is not easy to use or create. It needs a lot of customization and work from a marketing technology expert to ensure webinar data is appropriately passed through to Pardot or Salesforce. How your organization defines a "lead" will directly impact integration processes. Essentially, too much data comes with great responsibility.
ON24 is providing cleaner user interfaces which makes it easier to create and build webcast experiences. They listen to customer feedback, which leads to product releases that provides an easier experience.
The new UX is fantastic and easy to navigate. The ability to customise the console is truly a valuable asset.

This tool automates the online event process by allowing us to seamlessly integrate with our Martech stack and automate registration, follow up and reporting.
Integration and connectivity of On24 with SFDC and other marketing automation tools is really good. Webinar experience is great too.

We like ON24 for multiple reasons. It has reduced the time we used to have to spend editing, timing slides, etc. Now, we can record and publish a webcast all within an hour (or less!). It's easy to use for both the admin and presenters as well. I also like that they are constantly working on new features to help customers achieve their webinar goals.
The main issue that we have is that the platform can be buggy for attendees at times. Polls don't always pop up, and the audio/video feed will cut out. Usually, it's because an attendee doesn't have great bandwidth or isn't using Chrome, so sometimes we can troubleshoot. Also, we tend to get dial-in number requests from attendees so that they can hear the audio, and that isn't an option with this platform.
We have realized significant time savings with ON24. We no longer have to send separate audio files to our video team to time to the presentation slides, and we love having the video recording option as well. It's also allowed multiple members of our global marketing team to manage their own webinars, spreading out the workload. They also recently added a breakout rooms feature, which allows smaller groups of attendees to chat with us via their webcam.
The Best is the Presenter & Producer Studio. It has made our lives very easy. We can edit it anytime, and it's user-friendly too. I can guide anyone, even on the phone how to use it. They Should keep this thing up
Well, I don't think I dislike anything about On24. It's just that sometimes it gets slow while uploading the video. However, It does not have anything to do with ON24. It's the video Bitrate.
Easy to use. We can train anyone over On24. It's a straightforward & Powerful tool.
Using this software, there are multiple windows. Aside from the shared screen and speaker. I can see the profile of the Speaker, Q&A portion, links for other topics, also the various buttons below. I also have an option to resize the window of the screen or the speaker. There is no need to download an application to access the event. Using browser will do.
There is nothing I dislike about this software. For me, it is convenient to use, and tools are beneficial.
Before, I don't know how to use it because of the multiple windows. But later on, I learned those windows and tools are useful and informative.

Video and slides are separate, ability to host resources (Whitepapers, datasheets external links) , polls, easily and professionally. It makes it clear when you are going on air and when you are off air to avoid any mixups. Slides always look great when they are loaded in and voice-over always comes in super clear.

On24 is very user-friendly. I find creating webinars, on-demand videos, or even audio programs in On24 very straight to the point. I'm also able to quickly provide reports of the results of the programs I created here.
While editing consoles, there are times where some pages are loading slow.
Whenever we have webinar events, we create them via ON24. Consoles are very easy to customize based on our brand. The specific links for presenters, producers, and Q&A are vital when conducting a webinar events which is something we always benefit from.
