How easy is creating the emails and that the platform is telling how many sales is generating each email.

The Color and UX need a serious review. My eyes pain while working long on this platform. Not sure who suggested and who approved the faded light color. It appears whitewashed.
While working on many client accounts, I realized that solopreneurs expect to have the initial Email Campaign works be completed quickly. So that they can do the rest of the work on their own, thereby saving subsequent costs. This app fits best.
I really love the interface because it's super easy to use and very user-friendly. From creating campaigns to generating automated report updates, they do it all so well!
We had some issues with our payment for one month, but the customer service team was very helpful and helped us in every way they could.
Email and push notification marketing has become seamless. Omnisend helps us identify and target customers using their automated reports to maximise our revenue from this channel.

I find it an amazing application, the interface is very friendly, comfortable and easy to understand. It also has a very ergonomic design with a menu that makes it easy to find all the tools it has. I like the integration it has with Shopify, I consider it important because I use Shopify for almost any transaction in my company. I like the way of segmentation that the platform applies, I find it quite useful. And something that I can not fail to mention is the tool that comes integrated for attracting potential customers, for my company it is crucial to know our customers to meet their needs and their tools are great for that topic, also facilitate our work greatly. Finally, the system it has for the dissemination of emails seems to me the coolest, it is efficient and almost no platform provides a service like this, and the fact that the platform will guide you through everything you have to do tutorial type and without having to look for how to do it on the internet.
I have been using it for a while and honestly I only think it has one detail and that is the fact that you have to be very aware of the email list, because when a customer buys one of our products, thanks to the system is automatically added to the list, the big problem is that on our page there is a place where customers point their email because they decide to receive our emails and sometimes their mail is duplicated and the time to send the email it bounces and you have to clean the list of duplicate address and that is complicated.
All in all, I love the great service that this platform offers, thanks to Omnisend my job is much easier.
I reviewed a lot of options before recommending Omnisend to my client as our email platform for their ecom fitness brand. Because it's designed so well for ecom, the workflows and automation have been incredibly intuitive and easy to set up. The designs are gorgeous, modern and accessible. The customer service has been outstanding! They give really thorough answers when I get stuck, and take on suggestions too. I know I can move past any hurdles in safe hands.
One thing I didn't favor was the template discrepancies. I dived in early and selected some but found elements were not interchangeable. It's possible I missed tutorials on this - But I wish had that information from the start because it made it harder later to make our emails fully uniform.
Really easy to tag and set up flows. Good, clear reporting so far.
Marketing automation workflow is easy to use

cheaper to set up marketing automation workflow. The benefits are the ease of use of connecting woocommerce to Omnisend and utilizing cart abandonment template to automatically pull in products that were left in the cart.
The email automation setup is easy & simple to use but has so much potential to help amazing create workflows.
I wish that the SMS/Text packages could be purchased in smaller increments/batches. This would help for a new store that has a tight budget & requires less SMS/Text messages.
Omnisend has helped me build automation into my website, from customer onboarding with forms, saving me time with email automation and helping with generating sales. Furthermore, it's been great for segmenting customers.
The ease of designing for popups and landing pages. The customization is so easy for email automation. Also it was so easy to have up and running with shopify.
Nothing major till now, but I would recommend to have whatsapp integration also.

Omnisend offers us the ability to upload a large quantity of contacts to our account and create in-depth automation workflows at a low cost. For our business, having the ability to retargeting job seekers via email on a consistent basis has been a game changer for our team.
Some of the workflow features aren't as in-depth as I hoped. For example, we do a daily contact upload and there is not an option to enroll individuals in a workflow based on what they call tags. Individuals can only be enrolled via segments. This causes us to have to recreate our automation on a daily basis. Outside of this, the platform is great.
We are able to quickly and easily target our partial complete applicants on our application and have seen an increased conversion of people applying since having moved to the Omnisend platform.

I have to create my own segments, maybe the best is to make an automatic segmentation application. I don't like at all the charge sms prices. I would like to be free to send sms without charging, and pay after I send my sms.
For the moment it is too soon to know it cause I started one month ago.
Analytics & Live View. I love seeing how each campaign performed and the charts which show a clear visual of store purchases that were the result of our newsletter clicks.
I wish there were more font options available, or the ability to customize/upload fonts.

it is a mass mailing tool, that helps marketing automation. Key benefit is that you can set up your campaign in few moments.
I like that the automation features are really easy to setup. Even a complete beginner like me can set up an automated workflow in minutes. I like that I can easily set up my brand image through the logo and footer settings.
Sometimes I find the site a little difficult to navigate through in order to get the information I'm looking for. I would like an analytics screens that's a little friendlier to look at. Also would like if I got an email at the end of the day letting me know how many people subscribed to the newsletter everyday. That would be helpful.
I needed a way to send automated emails for things like cart recovery and up sell so this worked perfectly for that. Haven't had a lot of sales yet so it's hard to speak on the benefits realized.
We're just starting to use the full plan of omnisend so we're still exploring a lot of these features. It seems like a great app to schedule marketing emails.

What we like best with omnisend is the UX design and the consistency in the delivery to all our emial subscribers. Finding a company that has been consistent in delivery to all our subscribers is very important to us and something that we have struggled with. Omnisend has yet to let us down and for that we are super thankful. I really like the ease of inserting pictures and i love that they store a bank of pictures that we can reuse anytime we want That has been very helpful to bring up old graphics and information that we have told our customers.
What we dislike with omnisend is the lack of available templates to use when crafting an email. We would like more options to choose from. I think stats could be a little better because the stats that omnisend sends us is not consistent to what our shopify store tells us.
The problems that we are solving is reaching our customers with informative information and sales. The benefits we have realized is sales and consistent delivery which has been awesome. The other problems that we are solving are insights and feedback from our customers. Our customers like to hear from us more than just sales so omnisend lets us connect with our customers on a more personal level. This allows us to understand our customer base better and better cater our sales, products and service to them to bring them the highest quality product we can.
