I like that Melio is extremely easy to navigate and use for AP.

I do not like having to reach out to the support team to void a payment or a check.

It wasn't as easy to bulk pay bills in our other payment portal as it is while using Melio - that is the best part.

Let's be honest: As owner of a small company, life can be hectic and challenging and traditional banks don't necessarily have your back. Depending on who you are banking with, Melio is an excellent value add on and provides functionalities most regular bank or won't. In a nutshell: you can finally schedule ACH payments for free. Secondly, you can assign "collaborators", being Admin, Accountant or Contributor with varying permissions. Meaning, you can delegate payments to someone in your organization, without them having access to everything and set security thresholds for transfers, etc.

There is a little trick to make payments go out faster that is not well explained: If you add a "bank account", outgoing payments will take a few business days. If you find the "add debit card" under "add bank account" (instead of under "add credit card" where you instinctively might think it is), then payments go out the same or the next business day if scheduled before the cut-off time of 12pm EST. This could be explained a little better. You have to kinda stumble on it to find out.

Melio is an excellent Payment solution that allows scheduling of payments at future dates. My regular bank is a little backwards and doesn't provide that feature.

Very easy set-up for paying contractors and vendors with no additional cost!

Save time from mailing checks

Melio allows us to pay our contract workers without mailing a check. We were having so much trouble with the mail and this goes straight to their bank account.

The only downside to using Melio is that it takes a few days to hit the checking account of the person you are paying. However, they have the option to get it right away if they want to pay a small percentage.

Melio means that we don't have to depend on the postal service! Our contractors are getting paid quicker.

Melio is easy to use, functional, quick to work out the kinks & free

As a new solution, there can be some quirks as the connection with QBO is established but most of those get fixed quickly

Getting the bills paid & free in the process - that in and of itself is huge

I love how easy it is to enter a new supplier's invoice info and set up an ACH Payment. If transfer time is less important, no fee is charged for transfer.

If not using a fee based transfer, the payment take a little longer.

I love how easy it is to send money direct deposit. And there are no fees! It's absolutely incredible, and very easy to use, and I really love Melio. And that's the truth.

Melio is the easiest form of an app to make any payments or send checks for your bills. It is a free app to do payments or receive payments. It's convenient to send payments from one business to another.

Melio processing payment from bank to bank takes 3 business days it can be improved to 1 business day if all the information is correct. Also, it needs an app presentation more attractive.

I have set up all my office rent payments through Melio which is very easy and beneficial. I just go into the app every 1st of the month and make the payments for all my offices.

I love that I can so easily pay subcontractors with Melio and it takes me only a few moments. It is so much easier than writing checks. Plus it also integrates with QuickBooks which is pretty amazing as well. I've talked about the service with multiple colleagues and they also love it and are using it! To me it's like being able to venmo or Paypal easily and legally for my business.

It is free, has a user friendly format for entering invoices and submitting payments. It keeps you notified with payments that are being processed and/or need to be accepted. I am yet to sync it to Quickbooks but happy to know you can also have it auto enter invoices and payments -Quickbooks invoices don't even do that efficiently!

It is sometimes difficult to find a vendor even if they are set up on Melio. Sometimes you have to enter all their information for them to be notified via email, rather than just looking them up.

Melio added the entire beer, wine and liquor distributors directory onto my list of vendors which has helped with finding Melio vendors.

It has an intuitive interface and easy-to-navigate features.

Not much to dislike! Like I said, it is very easy to use and navigate.

It allows us to have multiple signers for various vendors.

My AP process went from an hour to 15 minutes because of Melio. The sync is phenomenal with QB and I have yet to have an issue. Payments happen when they say they will and there's even a chance to rush payment, crucial! I can't imagine not having this forever!

The only issue I've come across is not being able to change the link we send vendors to make payments. We have to remove our banking and then add it again if we do want to change and that just seems too tedious.

AP no longer needs to be a parttime job. It's quick and easy and anybody can use it!

Melio is my firm's preferred app to manage payments for our clients. It's simple interface, and secure transactions, streamline our AP workflows and improves the vendor experience. We would recommend Melio without hesitation.

The response time and personal touch that comes with the client support team.

My first transaction exceeded a threshold for a first-time transaction with Melio, and it required additional verification & processing time. At the time, I didn't notice any publically available guidelines, but thankfully, the security team and the client support team were timely in answering my questions to validate the transaction.

The platform provides the most intuitive interface for paying my B2B clients and vendor invoices with my credit cards. It enables me to build my credit card spending power, manage cash flow, and do so with a responsive client support team when needed.

I've used several payment services and by far Melio provides the most responsive customer service.

I appreciate the convenience of Melio but am not a fan of the credit card fees

No-fee ACH, the platform is very helpful in generating clear links for my clients to pay.

Connection with Quickbooks isn't as great as I hoped. Invoices updated after initial creation don't get updated. It's also strange that certain Quickbooks plans don't work

They should be more transparent. I got paid by Melio and got an email that I can get paid quicker by debit card. But the fee was not disclosed only after the fact.
