Mailjet is one of my favorite transactional email service because of their API and plugins. If you are not a API player Mailjet has more then 100 plugins for almost all CMS, CRM, ecommerce platform. Sending email not only a wish anymore, you can send email using Mailjet plugins and API. Domain validation and white labeling also another feature I will admire. Correctly signed email header help to reach more inbox. Mailjet also has list management, campaign management feature. Upload, manage you list, upload or design your email template and send direct from Mailjet website. Their tracking system let you track individual activities on every single email. Open rate, click rate, spam, bounce, unsubscriber you can get everything on a single panel. Mailjet also provide API and SMTP access to their system.
All over Mailjet is very classic transactional email service, well documented and easy to implement. It will be great if they provide some SDK for iOS or Android.
Transactional email service for system and user activity notification.
Mailjet's ability to segment a list based on certain criteria has been the perfect solution for sending our users emails based on very specific criteria (favorite musical preferences). These emails are our product, so being able to rely on Mailjet's deliverability and stats has been huge. Their team -- especially in the U.S. -- has been tremendously helpful in helping guide our email strategy as well. I also enjoy keeping up with email and marketing trends via their blog.
There's really not much to dislike. I had a little bit of trouble with STMP setup, butI believe it was on the domain side of things, and the Mailjet team were kind enough to walk me through it.
I wasn't so much solving a problem, as much as I was looking for a vehicle to deliver our product (daily targeted emails to a subscriber base).
Mailjet provide a really cool dashboard to manage email with a lot of useful stats
Mailjet kind of a big investment for a student like me event if they have low cost plan for liitle use
I'm a student web developer, mailjet helped me to start emailing
Very easy to use and to integrate in many kind of environments
Maybe the 200 mails / day limitation for the free package
We use Mailjet for send weekly newsletters, so we can forget our 'homemade' solution with all bulk mailing problematics !
Mailjet is a well-established email marketing solutions service, which means that customers can easily find hundreds of options to integrate with their existing toolchain.
The takeover of Mailjet by its competitor Mailgun and later Sinch, and the implications on EU data protection, should have been much better communicated. Given the strict European data protection legislation (GDPR), customers need a notice well in advance when a European company is taken over by a Non-European entity.
We use Mailjet for both transactional and newsletter-like email campaigns. We use transactional emails for authentication purposes or as a automated response to a users action like signing up to our services. Email campaigns are used to activate users via call-to-actions embedded in the promotional emails they receive.
Easy to integrate, unlimited test and quick domain validation
User interface is not as intuitive as some of the other competitor in the market
We are sending email campaign every month and Mailjet have been helping us to deliver these emails effectively and efficiently.
Their free plan is better when compared to similar service providers and also the delivery rate is far better than the competitors for SMTP usage on the WordPress website.
The service can be improved in two segments mainly for the support requests and removing the per-day limits on the free plan we might send 1000 emails in one day and then not use the rest emails for some weeks.
Mailjet makes it easy to send emails from our WordPress website through their SMTP service and the delivery rate is good. Our forms were not able to send emails with the WP built mail functions.
I am using it as an SMTP for sending mails from WordPress. It works flawlessly, robust insights, a lot of data, and very stragihtforward setup. A really generous free plan coupled with a lot of really cool features. It also provides marketing realted tools as well, including ability to create campaigns. I personally use it for transactional mails only, but it is a really great tool for a majority of use cases.
Not much to dislike about it. However, the inability to view an already sent email is a bummer for me. As someone who sends 1000+ monthly emails, I dont always remember what I wrote in a particular mail. There should be proper capability to view any sent transactional mail
I am able to use Mailjet to replace WordPress' default poorly built mailing system. Mailjet provides a lot of data-driven insights, reduces server load, and overall streamlines by marketing experience. Really love it. It's API is straightforward and easy to configure. The generous free plan is ideal for majority of users.
Very useful for sending marketing emails.
It has some complex functionalities which makes it cumbersome to use.
It has some great features as compared to other mail delivery applications which has been useful for me.
The number of features Mailjet allows you to use in the free version, teach you how to plan, build and launch a well email marketing campaign. Due you can trank want exactly what your customers click, and how many times they did, and with that data, if you’re doing test A/B, you can take decisions to improve your template.
Well, first the guys from Mailjet are doing a great job, but when I was scheduling my first campings to try to understand how to use their tool, they got a limit of 200 emails per day, and I mean that’s not bad, but why not 300. If they allow 300 mails per day, that really can help to plan better Campaigns, because the user might have more data and feedback.
As a said before, Mailjet is a great choice, but the thing that blows my mind when I was exploring their website, is MJML. As a developer, the idea that a company creates a new free markup language, and it’s so simple to use, it’s amazing. Also, the documentation got a lot of examples and cases of use and templates that benefit you, to make emails more easy and fast.
The email management is very good. Business emails are managed easily with a user-friendly dashboard. The software offers a free plan as well which provides a trial version so performance is tested. We are using it for business emails. We have organized folders. Our emails are secure from spam.
The software does not provide images through a library due to which image upload is difficult. The customer support team does not know the queries their responses are pathetic. Response time is very long and they do not provide a helpful response.
Emails are sent with secure software due to which we do not need to bother about our company data. The software is very helpful in organizing emails and saving them for a long. We are very comfortable with the layout. The email verification feature makes it more secure than other software.
Mailjet helped us to identify and trackdown our mailing system. Best thing Is that we can tryout the default e-mail templates and Marketing techniques within free version, also it is very easy to edit mails you can easily view your email templates on cross-devices directly. having a premium is always a best thing because it gives extra power like ab testing, data filtering to use the tool more comfortly.
If you explore few more similar tools Mailjet looks bit overpriced still it can compete because of their features. And customer service is not upto mark follow-ups are very slow no on-time replies have to wait for days to get a update.
With Mailjet We were focused on email marketing which can drastically help us to reach more users without being sent in junk/spam mails. We are happy with results we get to see activity from old email database(user's) as well, the progress was seen compared to previous one which we were using.
Suoer easy to get started and also easy to integrate with WordPress for transactional email.
I dont like the fact that the sending limit is limited per day
The biggest task Mailjet is solving for me is the sending of transactional emails, especially for my woocommerce stores.
I like the Email Template designer very much. It's very intuitive and easy to use.
The price for international text is costly.
Email notifications to users for login and events in the application.
the plans that offer has many alteratives, and for it, best accomplish what its promised
nothing at all, pleased with the platform
deliverability, I now can set automatic campaigns
It's cheap and easy to use. The dashboard is simple and you can easily manage your email campaigns.
It would be nice to see feature updates more frequently.
This is my main email marketing tool and works pretty well for my tasks.
I like that you can save templates, not only of full emails, but also of specific sections. I also like that is easy to use
I have found that sometimes I have to redo steps when implementing emails. For example, when I add a link, the font formatting is lost and I have to select the font again. Also, sometimes the platform becomes a little crazy, showing spaces that I cannot edit (this is solved by saving, leaving the template and return to edit it later. Both of these issues mean using more time to get the campaigns ready
We use mailjet in order to do marketing communications with our students and potential new clients. Our main goal is selling, but we also use the platform for important communications
Mailjet is a tool with a low cost and that is what I like the most. It is possible to easily integrate it with WordPress to synchronize subscribers and create lists. Another feature I like is that it allows me to see how many people have opened the emails I have sent, as well as how many people have clicked on the ads.
It is necessary to make an additional cost in hiring a person with programming knowledge to implement Mailjet on the website, because they provide the API in different programming languages.
Before implementing Mailjet on our WordPress website, we were not taking advantage of the data of people who have made purchases in our ecommerce. This software allowed us to create lists from the people who are subscribed to our website. Also, it has allowed us to increase sales considerably from the last few months.
I like mostly everything Maijlet has all the features you need for email campaigns. Of course, the reason I decided to implement Mailjet in our company is because cost, so far I have seen Mailjet is one of the cheaper Mailing platforms out there, they charge you for email sent no like other services that try to charge you per contact, for a company that has more than 100,000 users lets say that pay for customers is just not fair if you just sent emails to certain segments. Mailjet also has pretty much standard features as any other tool out there, you can add your contacts or make Html widgets to obtain them, it also has a template editor with all the essential tools to make a nice email probably is advanced as mailchimp or active campaign but you just need a designer or Canva to pimp up your mails. Last but not less the automation emails are basic automation tools like those in Active campaign where you can send a sequence of mail. For all of this, I'm more than happy to use Mailjet in our company.
Probably the thing that I most dislike now days is the editor. I mean is a pretty straight forward and basic editor but as I said you just need to make a nice design and nobody will notice. But recently while you are editing it hangs down, like if you were doing changes and it seems is working fine but once that you go out of the editor and come back is when you realize that changes weren't saved at all and you have to rework again. This problem is happening from 4 months to now in different computers and with different explorers like Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Safari. So I hope Mailjet can read this review and fix the issue.
We are solving all the emailing communication with the customer, we currently have more than 130K registered users, more than 30K active users in the last 45 days and around 12K Engaged users in the last 30 days. Before we were using tools like Active Campaign mainly for automation and mailing communication. But since Active Campaign business model is based in contacts it exponentially increments the cost when you have more than 60K users and our main issue is that we use to segment our users in different contact list so we basically have strong communication with engaged users and active users that are no more than 40K so Active Campaign cost makes no sense for use while Mailjet only charges per email sent at a very low fee and still has some basic automation tools that when combining with Zapier you can basically everything you do in Active Campaign.
Its emails display correctly (if designed and coded properly), it's VERY affordable, it has good integration tools for websites.
This was recommended for a client and their employees aren't big fans of the email design tool. I found the tool to be very good and it's strongest feature is that the emails it delivers display correctly (if properly designed and coded). It's also difficult to manually add or delete contacts.
My client is using this to build mailing lists for newsletters and product promotion.
