The new site builder tool has been a huge improvement for us and has enabled us to present our content and develop our user experience to a really high standard. They seem to be very committed to continually developing the service offering with new product updates that enable us to provide a better service. They are also really helpful from a customer service perspective.
Sometimes the timescales provided for new product features and developments slips. This makes it hard to plan our campaigns specifically around things like the app launch. It would also be great to see some developments to the eBook function to improve usability where there is a lot of video content to display.
We have been able to put information in the hands of our audience that not only provides them with a great training programme but also educates them about how to get their most from their calisthenics training. We believe that we are now providing world-leading calisthenics coaching and support with the help of LearnWorlds.
The whole system and interface is amazing!

It is designed to be an easy experience for the end-user, to easily upload new courses and manage an eLearning business. LearnWorld is very responsive and constantly updating and improving their functionality.
The site editor is a little challenging at times, but they are constantly making improvements and updates. It could also use a few more tools for live access courses since the trends are live and elearning experience combined. LearnWorld is not designed to be a learning management system for all cases, but is highly effective at being an eLearning platform for commercial purposes.
We started an eLearning Academy to compliment our live course and education business. It has helped us to grow our brand and add monthly subscription memberships to our education business.
The possibilities are nearly infinite. We have two courses online and we are still discovering functionalities. Our experience first with the commercial staff and now with the support have been beyond excellent. Some support tickets receive an answer within a few hours. Because of the possibilities of the platform and the constantly improved functionalities, the support is necessary and doing a great job. The coupon system is fantastic and works very well. Still waiting to discover the blog and affiliation areas !
If your main language is not English (French in our case), you'll have a big job translating many things. Apparently this is becoming better and better. There are still bugs here and there, some more annoying than others but we have had no major hiccup so far. It's not always easy to find good information in the support library which makes the great support team even more appreciated.
The possibilities of the page builder are amazing. Your website will end up looking excellent... Putting the course online is a straight forward process and the integration with Stripe is extremely easy to implement. Once again, the coupons management is excellent.

The best feature is that it has great tools for international communication as well. It makes marketing the courses and creating them very easy and charges a very reasonable price for it. It works well on mobile and other operating systems as well, and helps convert your LMS entirely to be adaptable to the system.
Honestly, I have greatly enjoyed using it and the only change I would recommend is to have some of the courses available online for free as well.
It has made hosting online classes so easy by allowing us to create diverse platforms for students. It has also made those lectures fun, and easily accessible to everyone! Overall, it has helped us greatly.
New features are released routinely offering updates to the feature set of the platform as well as quality of life updates
Not much to dislike. If i were to point out one thing, it would be nice have the ability to channel communication to learners through a communication platform of choice, instead of being limited to platforms that they partner with. If this could be done through webhooks that would be awesome. and if it was possible to parse the information you have in Learnworlds like linking to a certain course or similar.

I love the interface, and the user facing final product. Really seamless, intuitive and simple.
I don't love that I can't hop on a call or a zoom with customer support. HOWEVER, There are lots of available resources, AND I just received a custom Loom video walking me through the specific piece of my project I needed help with.

My external hard drive broke irreparably, I asked learnwords if I could download the videos I had uploaded to the site. They helped me through this disaster and I deeply thank them. Whenever I asked for help, they always gave it to me
I don't like the bar at the bottom of the videos I upload, it's too big and cuts off a good part of the video
As I have already said, it gives me the possibility to recover all the videos I have uploaded to the site, and this has been a great gift for me

It's intuitive site building process. We also loved the ability to build in engagment opportunities for students including interactive quizzess, responses, and short answer options.
The system (site building) has changed multiple times while we have been a subscriber. It has caused us to have to to create or re-do a lot of work to transition courses over to the new site-building platform.
LearnWorlds was a critical piece to how we served our community during the Covid-19 school shutdowns. It provided a go-to place for our programs as a non-profit organization that works directly with schools.

The customizable pages are great if not the best currently available on the market. The support is also outstanding and I love the possibility to create customer feedback and marketing forms.
Course lectures are hard to edit if one wants to add more than a single piece of content. If you want to add several videos to a lecture, it's really tedious. Also, there is no reseller payment model.
Learnworlds provides me with a platform where I can host and sell my courses, educate my customers, interact with them (the integrated community is great) and receive feedback from them.
The customer service is fast, thorough and helpful. I am a Wordpress person but not a guru and having basic things automated like my mailchimp account connected for my customer journey, my Zoom connected for my Live workshops, Q&As, Coaching Sessions, and then having those sessions accessible to members was great. They also have a ton of resources in support, and I think running my membership from here will be much easier than I expected. I am really glad that I stuck with it instead of shifting to something that needed more wordpress and programming experience. I also like that the courses accessible by the members will be much better than the very basic videos that can be easily mounted to membership hosting sites because Learnworlds has dedicated a lot of time to making courses interactive. That was why I joined in the first place. So now I can offer quality courses and a great membership experience. It is easier than I expected. I don't have to hire someone else to ensure a great customer experience but it looks like I did!
Learnwolds straddles the line between super super easy and non-customizable like Teachable and highly customizable like sites made to mount to wordpress. Because of this, there are still learning curves involved, but I don't think they can make it any easier. There were moments of frustration when I tried to do certain things, but customer service was pretty attentitive (response within 6-8 hours) and very thorough. Right now, I really can't complain and am really happy that I followed my gut and stayed with Learnworlds because they offer things that my business will need as it grows. I will not have to change platforms and that is a relief. But because it is so comprehensie and customizable, I have to choose my battles as a, currently, small business owner.
I came to LearnWorlds to make more interactive courses that were still beautiful. I loved the beauty of Teachable but found it very limited for all that I wanted to do with my courses and my business. I stayed with LearnWorlds when I started my Membership because it lets me do a lot with a beautiful interface and keeps the tech stuff easy. I also like that, when I need to, I can bring in a Techpro and access the html. As I stress, Learnworlds devoted itself to having things that I didn't know my business would need later. So I came for the excellent interactive courses, but I stayed because it seems programmable for memberships: creator-friendly and user-friendly.
LearnWorlds has everything you need to start your own online school. It is super easy to use. It offers everything for course authoring, website building etc. The support team is super responsive and reacts even on weekends! We opted for the additional mobile app, which is super helpful in reaching more learners. Another huge plus is that you can customize everything and localize everything to any language.
Nothing so far. I fear that the system reacts slowly and has disadvantages for SEO. But so far, no complaints.
We were looking for an LMS system that we could use for online and offline seminars. The difficulty is finding a GDRP-compliant tool that allows the integration of payment providers also to start selling online courses.
Their turnaround time to respond to a logged ticket issue. I think they are generally fast to responding which I appreciate
Some of the templates still need some work. For example, the forms or engagement pieces, quizzes etc. We usually upload SCORM files because it's easier to have it packaged the way want to.

Learnworlds allows you to use website technology when developing your (or your client's) online school. Creating a program is easy and flexible.
The navigation can be a little confusing if you don't spend much time in your school. But it is totally learnable.
I created a program for my clients that requires dripped content that looks appealing and is easy to navigate. I like the ability to copy a program for the next cohort.
A lot of possibilities to create e-learning modules and promotion web pages. A lot of functionalities to market those modules and manage learners A fast and flexible development environment, faster and more flexible than many comparable tools that I tested. Good support, friendly and reactive :)
The 2 things I miss for the moment (maybe possible in the future?) 1. Possibility to manage a multi-language Learnworls web site with one only abonnement 2. More sophisticated question templates for the quiz and certification exam
