I like the bnest the layout design and the option to create favorite folders for quick access
that i cannot choose to see all pictures in a folder in one page. When i choose select all, only "all" pictures on the given page are selected.

Oprettelses processen af brugere kræver for mange klik, hvis også der skal oprettes mapper og albums, tilknyttes rettigheder mv. til de enkelte. Burde kunne automatiseres så oprettelse blot kræver indtastning af mailadresse, og resten af de manuelle indtastninger og oprettelser sker helt automatisk. Måske ved et flueben ved siden af indtastningen af mailadresse.
Vores operationelle processer i håndtering, bearbejdning og brug af fotos, samt GDPR hensyn i forbindelse med opbevaring af fotos. Produktet indeholder plugin løsninger til flere andre værktøjer, som gør det nemt at anvende i kontainer i praksis.
I like the right-click function where you can find so many options in a very intuitive way. Sounds lame, but makes a big difference for me.
Sometimes, it's a bit slow at catching updates - not a big issue. But I also know our image bank in Bolia holds extreme amounts of content.
Mainly for me, it's perfect for PR matters - the best way to make press kits to share with journalists - even without compromising on aestetics.
The simple use and the overview from the beginning when you start to work with the system
I have not worked with it for such a long time, and until now, there is nothing to dislike
It is possible to download the specific data the customer is asking for without manual work. The most significant benefit is the time saving compared with the old system
We now have an easy-to-use platform for sharing training documentation and videos. Security is excellent. We can selectively share sensitive data as needed. Clients have been delighted to see our new training offerings, and we didn't have the space or functionality to manage this in-house. Yet it integrates beautifully with our software because we use deep links and connect users via SSO. I like being able to customize folder pics, add logos, adjust color schemes, etc. The albums are very useful. And being able to set group security on specific folders makes user permissions very efficient to maintain. The customer service has been outstanding. It's easy to quickly schedule a help session, and we have one person we work with who knows our account and is highly knowledgeable.
I have no pain points, or complaints, with Kontainer.
We have been able to share one or two training videos with a client in the past. But with this software, we can house hundreds of videos, and make them easily accessible to clients, as well as our own internal newhires. It's a game changer. In the past, we have provided real-time one-on-one training with each person, which slows us down and inhibits progress. And when we hire new staff, the learning curve is very difficult and time-consuming. Having an organized platform to provide internal training is huge for us.

It is easy to use for everybody! It is easy to make it your own so it reflects your brand.
The only thing is the folders, if you don't put a image on them they look empty - this would be different if you could write "on" the folders.
Our customers are happier because they can download content easily and quickly, and we do not receive as many emails about this as before - which is a great advantage for us.

I don't like that the right "window" is locked. I can't adjust the size of the window. Sometimes it takes some time before a thumbnail of the uploaded files is created. I miss that Konainer can display 3D PDF
Makes things easier by sending/ sharing pictures with our customers. we store and share all InDesign and Illustrator design files across the organization. It's simple to manage, share and streamline the flow of various files
The Kontainer asset management platform is easy to use. Content can be added with simple drag-and-drop actions and organized with nested folders, or the creation of key collections by subject, product, or content type. We've created a comprehensive marketing asset library for our 600+ world-wide dealers to search and download when adding new Nightstick products to their websites, or as part of our new dealer onboarding process.
The system's search is very powerful, but it does require an exact match on a proudct SKU (if a SKU contains a hyphen, it must be used in search).
As a manufacturer of professional LED lighting for law enforcement, fire departments and hazardous industrial locations, we needed a portal to host and manage our product photography, product info and branding resources for our growing global dealer network. We could no longer sustain the steady stream of requests by email for these assets on a one-off basis. The Kontainer platform allowed us to build this solution and provide a public link and login-free experience for our dealers.

The platform could have more design elements so that you could have it fit more to your brand. However they are good at helping out as much as they can and adding features that we request.
I can more easily control my content and who has access to what. With the different users we can really easily control what they have access too, offer them different download templates and so on.
Det jeg synes er en stor fordel er KONTAINERs smart folders som er et "spejl" af andre mapper. Det vil sige at mappen hele tiden tilpasses efter de ændringer man foretager i original mappen. Så skal man ikke hele tiden dobbeltchecke at man har husket at lægge alt over i de mapper, som kunderne kan se.
Har ikke rigtigt noget negativt at sige om Kontainer

We needed a common database for all our media files (pictures, pdf, videos, etc.) - as we are two organizations who work together - and we found a very profesisonal and intuitive one with a very nice user interface and useful features.
Some important features can only be used if you upgrade to a more expensive subscription, such as expiration date.
We needed a common place to save out media files, that employees from two different organizations could get access to. We expect to optimize workflows and get a complete overview of all our media files, which can help us save money and spend money on the right content projects.
The platform is very easy and flexible to work in - further strengthened by the excellent service support! Any issues or challenges are always dealt with quickly.
We miss being able to replace existing files without having to delete and re-upload , redo tags and texts etc. We would welcome some form of ad hoc news-type update, so we can see which features are new and which are being worked on. But otherwise we really do think this is a great platform backed up by great service-minded people.
We have been able to place sales and marketing material on a platform - accessed with employee login via our website - which makes it very easy and convenient for our global colleagues always to have the latest and most updated information at hand. This is particularly important to us as a global company with colleagues in all time zones. It is also a great feature that specific folders can be targeted customers - so you can customize content without giving access to the internal part of the platform.
Kontainer is a very user friendly tool with a lot of different functions to easily customize it to one's needs.
I have no complaints or dislikes - Kontainer has been functioning perfectly.

In addition to the user friendly platform, the tech support is really quick to responding & resolving any tech issues. The Kontainer team is super accommodating and always open to understanding our unique needs.
The new Kontainer request process could be more efficient however, the software has been extremely great to find any more dislikes.
We are able host presentations that with Kontainer can be viewed and accessed globally. The software offers a commenting field which allows for presenters to communicate and provide feedback to each other. Before Kontainer we hit major challenges with another DAM software which resulted in us looking for an alternative. After testing several other software, Kontainer was the most efficient and user friendly, with an awesome layout with branding capabilities.
Professional looking and straightforward - we appreciate the ease of use and the flexibility of the platform in general. The tech support team has been responsive and has proven capable of developing custom solutions for our unique use cases.
Site metrics could be more developed - we would like to be able to get more specific information about individual files' views and it's unclear whether this is possible or we just don't use it because it carries an extra charge.
Kontainer has allowed our company to host clients' content in a manner that looks consistent and professional--we build gallery websites for clients to look at virtual content that would otherwise have appeared on our physical product (which we can't really sell at the moment due to the pandemic generally shutting down live events). Even when business returns to normal, I can see us continuing to use Kontainer to host clients' content in a virtual space to supplement our live events.
