I don't have anything I truly dislike about Captivate IQ but I do wish it would give a more detailed breakdown of the leads I closed for the month.

Captivate is a relatively expensive commission management platform, particularly for small businesses. While the platform does offer advanced features, the cost may be prohibitive for some companies.
Captivate helps me solve the problem of accurately tracking and managing my commissions. It automates the commission calculation process, eliminating the need for manual spreadsheets and reducing the risk of errors (thank god). Captivate also provides transparency into how commissions are calculated, so I can quickly see how much I've earned and what factors are contributing to my payout. Additionally, CIQ saves me time to focus on selling by eliminating the need for manual calculations and disputes with management over commissions. Overall, this lets me stay motivated and focused on driving sales by providing a clear, accurate, automated commission management process. JM

Captivate IQ is robust and comprehensive but also easy to navigate so I can quickly get the information I need. Our entire sales team started using this about 2 months ago and it's was very easy to implement. I use it frequently send messages within the platform and check commissions real-time. Everything is very streamlined and accurate. I would definitely recommend this to other businesses.
I would like there to be an easier to find button for "creating a task".

This tool is user friendly and gives you the bigger picture of your financial goals. It allows you to share info amongst several departments and it very easy to gain access. The intergration to my company system was very easy to complete. Customer support is always available to help with anything needed. Captivate IQ also sends you emails to notify you of updates which keeps us active in the tool for frequent use.
It's not the best when you download data but with a couple of manual adjustments it is good to go.

The UI is user friendly, easy to view and search all of the opportunites closed won, and find comission percentage and excellerators as I do not have them memorized. Easy to create a ticker and raise a concern in captivate iq if there is anything off on the numbers
No integration with SSO that I'm aware of to keep your data secure.

I like the transparancy into the deals that are being counted, customization of the fields, and overall insight into what I'm expected to be paid out.

It's very easy to use, and has a good overview of each company that is pending to pay to company, so in the end you have the clarity of how much you are going to receive and why.
The User Interface could be better, more modern and not only a static website.
The main problem I see is the control over how much money I will be receiving in terms of commissions.

Sales Compensation payout - as an AE, using CaptivateIQ makes it easy to follow and not have to manually correct commission payouts
It let's me easily see my commission and how it was calculated so I know exactly how much I'm being paid on my next commission check.
Only thing I dislike is that it doesn't total my base salary + my commission.
We used to use an Excel spreadsheet to calculate commissions and it took forever to receive forecasts for how much we'd be paid on our next commission paycheck. Plus, sometimes there were errors which took more time. Now, it's all automated so right after a month is over I can see what I'll be getting paid on my commission check that month.
It's really cool to have transparency with commissions, assets and new transactions with CIQ.
