I like being able to track all of my purchases easily and the ability to quickly upload receipts
The time stamps of the transactions not showing makes it challenging to track individual purchases made through the same vendor for the same amount

Airbase handles all incoming & outgoing expense & vendor payments for my company. Having a fully realized product to track expenses is a big time saver when it comes to reviewing & approving.
Visibility -- I work with customers who sometimes have expenses on behalf of our company and I'm able to quickly understand the status of their reimbursements. Airbase is a hub for these important expenses and having dashboards and visuals with an intuitive UI makes all the difference in terms of collaboration with my AP team. I can answer many questions myself and we're more productive during conversations and check-ins as a result.
No dislikes of the platform just yet! I will say that while the delegate function is great, it is a little confusing to use at first and is a bit more limited than I would like in terms of team collaboration.
Airbase means fewer headaches for me overall! I'm able to work more quickly because there is an efficient and streamlined process for internal spending and I have the visibility I need to keep customers informed and happy.
It is incredibly easy to use and I am so grateful that when I joined my current company it didn't take me long to learn how to use it. I love not reading directions, so when I could login and simply do what I needed quickly, I was surprised.
To be honest, not sure I have anything I dislike about it. If anything, it's more of a user/company error that we have different addresses for different people when it comes to billing. I would think it would be the same for every person, though.
Airbase is allowing me and other employees to spend wisely with our customers. My role is to deepen relationships with customers, and to take them to lunch or sending them swag helps! I'm allowed to charge that to my Airbase card and not worry about making sure I get reimbursed for this and that - it just makes things easy.

The interface could use some upgrading; some of it is not as intuitive and require a few times through it to get really familiar with the process. Investing an a UI/UX researcher could payoff!

User interface is simple to use. Easy access to change information if any mistakes are made. Ability to add comments and the ability to email invoices to self to upload.
Some places require a physical card, and most do not have access to one. If you have the invoice ready, you cannot upload it until the card gets processed. If the card is expired a return cannot be processed.
Quick and straightforward payments to many dealers and online retailers. Maintains privacy so we do not have 1 card number, each transaction is recorded and easy to find.

As a submitter of POs and requests, I don't always know when my requests have been processed. This may be lack of configuration or integration to Slack for updates but if that was possible for me to know when each one is approved, that would be great.
