Such a user-friendly and efficient system.
I have not experienced any problems using Airbase, so nothing to disclose as far as dislikes at the moment.
I haven't experienced any problems with Airbase. The benefits are user-friendly, sleek look, functionality and reporting.
I love how easy it is to navigate & tag to specific projects.
I don't love using the app. I wish it was a little more user-friendly.
Accounting mostly. Helps us keep track of finances through the course of a project, some ranging up to 6 months of billable expenses. On the day-to-day, it's really helpful to request approval and set boundaries on spending limits.
My favorite thing about Airbase is how easy it is to submit receipts for reimbursements. Our employees submit a receipt that can be instantly approved and reimbursed on their next paycheck. They even have an app for your phone, making reimbursement requests even simpler not to forget.
I can not think of anything I do not like about airbase so far.
It allows employees to submit reimbursement requests, track them, and see what has already been paid out. It also allows them to request virtual credit cards for larger purchases such as flights for company trips.
Easy to use and has an app that I use daily. Also uploads for receipts have never been easier.
I do get messages about uploading receipts when they have already been uploaded. Other than that, nothing!
Tracking purchases and staying on top of expenses.
Simplicity of the web app, along with the easy controls to give my employees the info they need and we can get the info we need for accounting. Virtual Cards are one of the top resources.
The web brower app wont launch on my ipad or iphone. Limited functionality for admin work when im not able to be on my computer. Creating virtual cards on the phone would be great too.
We were all american express before and theyre system just kept changing and it was hard to enforce corprate rules, or receipt managment across the board. The virtual cards have been a game changer for our team. + the accesabiltiy for certain access for more team memebers
The User friendly nature of the UI allows for intuitive workflow.
Often times the system will lag or time out with an error.
AP Automation, and Reimbursrment module which takes away guess work when issuing cash payments to either vendors or employees.
Aiebase has a straight forward UI that makes it both easy to request budget, as well as easy to approve budget requests from the team. Simplicity with visibility
Not on Airbase, but approvals can take a while, but Airbase makes "poking" easy
Airbase gets vendors paid quickly qithout losing track of where budget is coming from and where it is being spent
Expenses are seemless. The auto populator saves me tons of time filling out details of my expenses. I like the transparency in knowing the status of my expenses and who's hand they are in. My most preferred useage is actually the pre-paid cards that I use as my own payment method so I don't have to worry about using my own funds for work travel.
Honestly it sounds cheesy but I love it.
Easy, fast and efficient expense reports.
Super easy to input receipts and get mobile notifications after using card.
Not all aspects of the app are mobile-friendly.
Helping me keep within my budgets, track my receipts, and attribute which brands which of my spends are going towards.
Airbase has been great for our company as we've been able to add new controls around Credit Card spend and monitor expenses more efficiently.
The only thing we've had a difficult time with is trying to get custom reports set up.
We now are able to create expense reports for individuals with company cards, added controls surrounding credit card spend with Airbase, and accelerated employee reimbursements
Expenses may be submitted via web, app, or portal
I haven't been able to figure out how to submit multiple receipts for the same expense category
submitting and receiving reimbursements
I love the virtual card for monthly billing and the ease of processing expenses for my team, functionality, work flow improvements, real-time expense management, per diem
I don't have any issues with this software,it's very functional, easy to use and efficient for my team .
Monthly utilities, easy processing of expenses, mileage reimbursement, virtual card , per diem , budget , cost of goods , monthly tracking , chart of accounts and travel
The most helpful thing about Airbase is that there is an app that is easily downloadable which makes it easy to upload receipts, manage reimbursements, and keep up to date with current status.
The only downside I've seen with Airbase is slight glitches with approvals. Other than that, I love Airbase!
Airbase streamlines the reimbursement process without your business staff having to go through countless emails and approvals. I appreciate that it gives me the independence to manage my own reimbursements.
Airbase makes it extremely easy to upload receipts and get reimbursements from your company. It's the most accessible tool I've used thus far in my career for getting reimbursed, and I would suggest everyone utilize it. I can quickly move a receipt to the tool to be input - it grabs who the vendor was, the total and all the information needed to submit easily.
The only thing I have disliked so far about Airbase is that it flags duplicates when it isn't truly a duplicate charge. This is confusing to those approving the expenses but something manageable for employees and managers.
Airbase allows employees and employers to save time by quickly uploading and reimbursing employees. It takes me less than 1 minute to input a receipt, I get more time back in my day to do my job.
The transition to Airbase from our other siloed separate AP, virtual card, and exense reimbursement systems was flawless. We now have everything that we need in a 1 stop shop. Also, their customer service for the rare issue that occurs is very punctual in getting back to us
I'd like to see them connect with more credit cards but that's probably something that happens as they grow. Also, their time to pay vendors is a day or 2 slower than our old system, so we have to estimate vendor payments a tad early. They provide an estimate in their system for the vendor received by date, so it's not that big of an issue.
Before Airbase our spend management was disjointed and in separate systems. This involved having staff log into different systems and having different systems reporting into our ERP with their own limitations.
The visibility of the approval process. And the clear hierarchy structure in the system.
So far, I am pretty happy with the system.
Airbase helps me to manage my vendors and invoice management. Also, when I do my reimbursement, Airbase provides visibility of the process.
I like the smooth and fast process when requesting money and reimbursements.
I don't see anything i don't like at the moment.
It's solving a quick, streamlined process to request money and reimbursement.
The ease and quickness of my expenses and ability to track my reports.
I don't find anything that I dislike when using Airbase.
I haven't run into any problems when using Airbase for my needs
It's reliable, efficient, and great operations to run your bills and manage reports.
A downside for our team is there are too many options to receive notifications.
Being able to use virtual cards & monthly or several is a brilliant & secure form of paying invoices.
I appreciate how Airbase consolidates all of spend management in a single easy-to-use application. This gives budget owners real-time visibility into spend across their team, enhancing transparency and accountability within the organization. The simple and intuitive design translates to quick onboarding and effective usage across the organization.
There is nothing I dislike about Airbase, but I do hope that they continue to build out stronger reporting functionality.
Airbase helps my small team effectively manage our spend, which needs to be monitored on a granular basis (as a startup, every dollar counts!)
