The virtual cards are great. It's nice to to expense out of pocket.
The platform is somewhat difficult to navigate. Especially when you have multiple reimbursements and virtual cards.
No out-of-pocket paying. You don't have to use your own credit card for company expenses.
The layout of the website just makes it so easy to use. I love how easy it is to log payments I've made and quickly get a reimbursement from my place of work. It was just a really good experience!
It was really hard to find something I dislike. Connecting my bank account was easy but the initial bank I tried to connect wasn't on PLAID so that was a bummer.
Well I've never had to use a reimbursement software before so the ease in which I'm able to navigate around this one is super cool and convenient. It makes the whole process of requesting a reimbursement a lot easier!
Airbase is easy and straightforward. I like that I get email updates when my requests are approved and when the reimbursement is complete. I also love that there is an app!

By using Airbase our reimbursements are all located in an easy-to-navigate platform. It saves time and organizes info for the team.
It is extremely easy to use from the first time you sign up. It makes a messy process of getting expenses approved seamlessly. The visibility of all of your expenses is very clean, and being able to communicate with management for any reason is easier than ever.
To be completely honest, I would not change anything, 10/10! Everything has worked better than I could have asked in my time using Airbase.
I am able to request funds for job-related expenses easily, then receive the money and pay for whatever I need in a timely fashion. Once approved, it is extremely easy as I get the temporary payment method and go ahead with my purchase. From what I hear, it is also very easy on the management side to view requests and approve or inquire.
I recently started using AirBase with my new employer and it is really an easy system to use and seems easy to manage on an admin level.

I like the dashboards that show my spending and total amounts + the automation that goes with it makes a big difference when submitting travel requests for approval. Overall, this is a really easy platform to navigate and use, and would highly recommend it to companies that require employees/staff to travel.
I can't really think of anything at the top of my head right now, which I think is a good thing! That means Airbase is making my life easier when booking flights as an employee through my company
Problems I am solving with Airbase is ease of use, time management, spend management and automation that helps streamline these sometimes tedious processes of booking travel for work.
Airbase makes it extremely easy to request reimbursements. It takes all of the hassle out of expensing work items, especially when remote work makes communication a bit difficult. I am at ease using Airbase because I know that I will be fairly reimbursed for work related purchases. I also love how easy it is to store and view past receipts/ requests. Amazing platform!

Using Airbase makes it easy for me to request reimbursements without shying away. In the past, I have opted to not request reimbursements due to the inconvenience. This is not the case anymore!

I really like that we can track spending for all the categories of software and solutions we use, we can create individual cards for employees in the company (like Education Budgets) or set up general tools for all the extra sales services we have. On top of that, managers can easily approve or deny request for more spending which allows us to make sure we're on budget.
I feel like the dashboard could use some more information, but not sure if I have specific recommendations.

I like how the UI/UX is very clear and clean. It makes it obvious what is and what is not required to submit a sufficient expense report.
I wish I received more updates on the process of my expense submission, such as the dates I'd be paid out.
The business purpose of Airbase is to submit, track, approve/deny, and review expenses. Yes, I am more productive because it's very clear.

There hasn't been anything that I personally don't like about Airbase.
I've used other programs where I just ended up paying for something because it was more difficult to expense it. That is no longer an issue and saves me money.
