Once you get the hang of it, you can add all kinds of effects and modify graphics and photos to meet your needs.

It takes a little bit of time to get used to, especially if you were previously a non-Mac user like me.

We're able to create marketing in-house (therefore saving on costs) and we have the ability to modify images however we want, whenever we want.

I can do just about anything I want in Photoshop. I can create impossible things, make professional advertisements and posters or just make my photos look better. I love the healing and cloning tools and I absolutely love having the ability to take pieces of multiple images and combine them to make a new image. It is especially helpful making concert posters when I need to combine cast members from separate photos.

It is pretty tricky to get the hang of if you don't have a lot of experience doing image editing. I had to pay for some Linda courses to help me learn the program.

I can create my own advertisements. I can create fun things like mashups and impossible scenes. I can piece together beautiful looking graphics and images for just about anything I need, from images for my website to album covers to email campaigns to banner ads to print ads to silly images of my kids riding unicorns.

Unlimited options and ways to approach a solution.

Interface becoming cluttered and fussy. Nested menus have many options that a casual user will not find or know how to use if they do.

Professional-level design and graphic solutions.

I love the versatility of Photoshop. I use it for everything from web design, photo editing, graphic design and just for fun. I love all of the features of Photoshop. I use a ton of layers in my design so I love the way to manage the layers easily. For fun I love to use all the different filters for my photography.

The only think I dislike is the monthly cost. I pay for the Suite and only use a couple of the products in the Suite for I feel like I'm paying for a lot of stuff I don't use.

I use this product daily to create my designs. I wouldn't be able to design without it.

What I like best about Adobe Photoshop is the versatility and the awesome amount of detailed editing you can accomplish. No matter what your role is in the design or creative process of a project, Adobe Photoshop makes the job 100x easier and better.

There's not really anything I dislike about Photoshop. There are so many ways to do one thing on Photoshop that even if one of them doesn't work for you, you are bound to find a tool that is perfect for you.

The business problems I'm solving with Adobe Photoshop is that I can take poorly taken photographs and bring them up to an acceptable level of publication. The benefits of having a clear, high-quality photograph raises the bar for my business.

Photoshop has got so many great tools, things that go beyond just image editing. I've now taken a few Adobe courses (in-person and online) and I'm continually surprised by how many new things I can still learn. And I've been using it for nearly a decade.

My least favorite thing is not exclusive to Photoshop but rather Adobe products.... that they've changed to a cloud-based system with monthly subscription pricing is, for me, the biggest drawback. It's corporate greed at it's finest. But it continues to be one of my favorite programs so I pay for it.

Photoshop has taken our marketing collateral to another level. Being in control of your own design, taking care of design projects in-house, instead of having to work with a freelancer is the greatest benefit!

Photoshop has all the features you need for photo and image editing. Airbrushing photos is a breeze using the software, and even as a relatively inexperienced user I was able to figure it out and do great things with it. There’s a reason it has been #1 for all these years.

I have a 4K monitor and the version of photoshop I use (CS4) has a strange incompatibility issue with my screen where all the menu items are tiny and difficult to see. I have heard that this issue is corrected in the new CC version of photoshop, however.

I have had clients ask me to airbrush their photos to remove wrinkles and other skin imperfections so they could look their best on an album cover, remove water damage markings from one-of-a-kind documents, color correct and resize photos, etc. I’ve also had clients hire me to do green screen removal with Photoshop as well.

No dislikes at this point. The software has everything one would need, maybe it has too many options. and that could be a dislike, but not really.

We use images on our website, we watermark them, plus images received from Vendors sometimes needs editing done. Photoshop helps us in all these scenerios.

I've been using Photoshop for over 15 years now. As the industry standard the whole adobe suite works well together and is easy to flow with Indesign, Illustrator, etc. They all have similar and easy to use controls.

I would say learning the program might come off as a large investment of time. I will say, there are tons of online resources that can help you.

I am a digital illustrator, and I use Adobe Photoshop to create paintings and drawings with life-like textures and vibrant colors. I love the color editing capabilities of PS for both photos and illustrations. I use it for almost everything I do, and it combines really well with Adobe Illustrator.

While I think Photoshop has a range of features, it could benefit by combining some elements of Illustrator (like vector editing).

Creative and professional editing; gives visual projects extra polish. I can edit photos and text, use it to design posters and visual art, etc.

Photoshop is the most powerful software that exists to make any alteration or editing in an image, the only limit when working with the application is your own imagination, capable handling, lighting, textures, 3D modeling, color editing and tools of image retouching that the software already brings are impressive.

In the latest versions I start to notice that the program gets a little slower, this is probably due to the multiple functions that are added to the application with each update. Perhaps a future update focused more on improving performance than adding new features would be fantastic.

In my business it allows me to design graphic pieces for advertising, I really love working with photoshop and looking for resources for this because of the large community of content creators that it has around it. In my personal life I use it a bit doing photomontages for my friends or correcting my own photos, it is a program that at the level of creation or photo retouching has everything.

Creating graphics for marketing materials

Photoshop is an incredible tool for processing single or batch photos, creating animated image sequences, adding effects to photos and a great deal more. You can use just a few of the features and produce web or print ready images in no time, or you can dive into the range of filters and features to create everything from 3D images to touch-up photos to suit any environment.

Like all advanced Adobe Products, Photoshop requires some basic understanding of what is going on under the hood. While it shares many of the same control bar icons as Illustrator and other programs from Adobe, beyond that things tend to get pretty in depth and spending several hours learning how to use it is a great use of your time.

Batch processing of photos can't be beat. If you need to run a folder full of photos with the same sizing and final image file quality/size, then you can run a script and execute it and go have a coffee while 10, 100 or 1000 images or more are processed in the background. You can't beat that. We use Adobe to process all of the images for our online learning site.

You can do almost anything with this software if you know what you're doing. They've added a lot of smart/predictive features over the year to make common workflows faster.

I dislike that filters can't be added as layers.

I edit product photography and logos. We don't have a full photo studio, so the lighting tools and brush features are critical to getting professional looking product pictures.

Although the free alternatives have gotten better, there is still nothing that compares to Photoshop when it comes to editing photos. It is a very versatile piece of software. You are able to do anything from removing red eyes to creating a website layout.

I hope in future versions of Photoshop there are tools included for vector graphics. I think combining Photoshop with Adobe Illustrator could be a great thing. It is a burden to switch between two pieces of software.

I'm able to edit photos and create product mockups with the powerful visual editor that Photoshop provides. At times, I also use it to create website layouts.

This product is very good. Many tools that can manipulate images. Like, change our background photo. Changing one's face. And many more tools that are very cool.

Very little if you want to talk about the shortcomings of this product. This product is very good but there is little that I do not like about the size of this product. It will take up a lot of memory space on our computer. So if you want to run this application must provide enough memory space. However, this will not be a big problem.

In each of my design projects, I always use this product. And as a result, my client is very happy. And not only that, he has made my finances and my family safe.

I love photoshoots extensive range of options to create your product. It allows you to do pretty much anything. The layer system also makes it easy to keep track of your work and avoid mistakes.

I dislike the UI. It is not the most user friendly at all. It's also sometimes a little too simple and reminds me of older products such as paint. Obviously it can do much more than paint but it does have that feel.

I have used Photoshop to design tshirts for work as well as business cards, slide designs, etc for presentations and projects.

I've been using Photoshop since the early days. Over the years, Adobe has done an excellent job with updates and improvements. If you are a creative professional, I don't of any other image editor that comes close. It gives you incredible flexibility for creating and editing images, yet is easy to use.

It would be nice if they still offered a one-time purchase because not everyone who wants to use it – especially hobbyists – can afford the subscription model over the long term.

What I like best about photoshop is how versatile it is when it comes to images. You can paint a digital masterpiece, add graphic design elements to a photo, put together sales documentation, adjust photos so they look more professional and engaging, and you can even edit video and create animations. There is a Youtube video or tutorial online for anything you'd want to do as well, so you do not need to be an expert.

There is a huge learning curve for Photoshop in terms of knowing all the hotkeys and knowing what the different settings and attributes do in the tool bar.

It helped with editing photos so they look like professional quality. You can easily save images as other file types. I have created full sales sheets with eye catching graphic design elements on them.

The ease of transposing the images by layers is one of the most versatile ways that Adobe Photoshop has that without including the amount of effects that the software has

Everything I like about software for beginners can be a bit cumbersome to use or application.One of the important things to take into account for the execution of Photoshop is that it requires a minimum of memory requirements and to be able to unwrap properly I advise a minimum of 4 GB of RAM is enough to handle it well
