Honestly not a end-user of Zoho; but after using its applications I have changed my mind. Zoho Survey is very easy to use. Its user-friendly templates are worth a try. I am impressed by its performance in result analyzation. The process of publishing the survey is an ease of a task. My personal favor feature of Zoho Survey is "Survey Scoring".
I personally dont witness any downside. This tool is so useful. One of the best products of Zoho Inc. There are some minute issues that I noticed while Customizing; I hope the build team works on it.

I like the Google drive functionality, which allows you to store data from the Zoho questionnaire on the device, making it easy to download for reuse anywhere in the future.

We use Zoho for all our enterprise services, and the integrations Zoho offers with the rest of their environment (i.e. CRM) is a big plus for us. Additionally, the service offers good analytics as well as a broad range of options (more elaborate than for example Google Surveys).
All options and integrations come at a cost of increased complexity. While setting up basic surveys is easy, more advanced integrated and conditional surveys are harder, and require experience with the form builder. Not any one of our employees can just start building integrated surveys.

Zoho survey is an easy way to conduct easy and fast surveys among our both clients and customers. It is intuitive both on the business side and on the customer side.
Zoho Survey has limited template layouts. Also you can't send out reminders, you can't customize the look very much as per your need as it has limited number of templates, the customer reporting feature is also lacking. So I personally think that they should add more features to the product which will make this software more productive.
