SurveySparrow makes it really easy to create great surveys. The flows are really intuitive and they cover almost every possible functionality. The best part I like about the surveys is that they are highly interactive and delivers a very humane experience, unlike any other survey platform I have used.

There is hardly anything to dislike, I don't think I would move back to any other survey tool for a long time. There is just just one thing that it's not the cheapest one available but again SurveySparrow delivers more than value for money.

SurveySparrow is a fun and fresh survey platform. It has a sleek and modern look to its surveys, so when you send them out, your survey-takers feel like they're actually having a conversation with you instead of just giving you data. It keeps them interested in the survey process. It's also very simple and intuitive to set up a survey. There are pre-filled common survey types (and even some uncommon types that inspired me to create some new types of surveys!). If you want to create a totally custom survey, it's simple to do that as well.

It's a newer entrant to the survey market, so it may take you a few minutes to figure out the way it works best for you and your company. Also, you'll have to teach it to others on your team who may already come to the table with experience with other survey systems.

Does Not work without Javascript enabled. There are people who live on mobile data and such people don't prefer sites with JS.

I love the way you can make a survey interactive and engaging. One of the reason I don't like taking surveys myself is b/c most are just boring. Survey Sparrow takes the boring out of survey creation.

The learning curve is bit high at first. Since it is an advanced survey builder it will take a little getting use to at first.

The main problem is the one already mentioned and that's taking a boring survey and making it interactive and engaging.

None as of now. The logic building part is yet rudimentary. A visual flow diagram can come in handy.
