I love the Zoho One Integration which ties many apps into a single dashboard.
Zoho Support leaves some to be desired. Many of the apps are missing crucial components you would assume is necessary for many products.
Conference call lines. Webinar is also very helpful.
It's very easy to setup meetings with clients or potential clients
For the software to work I had to install a plugin, which is not convenient as we need access from the IT team to install things

Though the features that are being provided by Zoho Meeting is available in all the cloud meeting systems, it has an edge in all ways. The main advantage is that, this app is connected to their Office Suite.
Nothing worth mentioning. Perhaps they could extend more time for trial with more participants.
Able to connect to remote teams in a quick & seamless way. Even new participants are able to connect quickly.
The ease of use. Its simple to set up unlike a SalesForce. We also use the traffic app that notifies us each time visits our website.
The User Interface feels a bit out of date.
Sales process and promote new features
Support has always been great in finding a solution for any issues or educating us on how to properly use their applications.
At times depending on what customer service representative you get, it can be difficult to understand due to the accent, since their call center is in India.
We needed a Webinar feature and trying out Zoho for this tool.

Algunas veces el sonido no trabaja bien, no todos pueden hablar, pero salir de la reunión y volver a ingresar lo puede resolver. El chat no puede visualizarse mientras se comparte la pantalla, debería tener una ventana emergente.
Podemos estudiar juntos sin importar el lugar geográfico en el que nos encontremos.
I liked the ease of connectivity & clarity while using Zoho meeting. Better tabs for easy access & flow to understand the application.
Not able to view all participants together in comparison to other tools which show all participants in the single window.

Like in Zoho, many translations are to be reviewed
With Zoho, the sales team can now with 24/7 access, from any device, to the company's data. The information base is thus constantly updated
Deep integration with Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns
A bit cumbersome to set up the first few times.
I'm able to set up automated email workflows and manage registrants as lead thanks to the seamless integration Zoho Meeting offers with all the other Zoho modules.
