I love that this is an all-in-one solution to marketing, website integration, emails, customer journeys, surveys, plus so much more! It really connects all the dots between the Zoho apps used in marketing to fully nurture leads. It opened up a whole new world for me and my team so we can automate more, and keep us focused on the bigger tasks we deal with day-to-day.
This app has a lot of layers and integrations giving it a big learning curve. It took me a while to figure out and manage, but thankfully the Zoho team has been helpful with one-on-one sessions and their webinar series.
I'm now able to have an intelligent customer journey that is fully automated with text messaging, emails, CRM talkback, tagging and really just opening up a whole new world for how we communicate to our leads and buyers. Smart Pop-ups for my website is a problem solved. I like that the embedded code from Marketing Hub on my website keeps things very easy so I don't have to utilize third-party plugins from Wordpress. Make changes in Hub and refresh my website and boom! it's live. Tying in all of the apps and features solved my biggest dilemma since starting with Zoho. As a small team of employees, this allows us to operate as if we were a massively large scaled company. You would think we were a team of 100+ people. :-)
Incredibly extensive toolset for creating and managing leads but more importantly for outlining, documenting, and tracking the entire process from lead generation to sales follow-ups, all packaged in a well-designed user-friendly package. This is Zoho's newest product, I believe, and easily its most mature. This can be seen most prominently by allowing easy integration with already existing enterprise web apps.
There's some duplication of setup, particularly in syncing services. A clear onboarding process would be helpful, despite the clean and accessible dashboard. No integration with Zoho's own forms app? Or am I missing something?
Up till now, I'd yet to discover a marketing hub with bleeding-edge ability to integrate with existing web apps and to bring all the possible tools together in one dashboard. A seemingly impossible task Zoho has done with aplomb.

We are benifitting from using Survey forms in Zoho.
Its a user friendly tool and it allows to generate multiple invoice simultaneously. It helps in generating invoice notifications automatically. It also allows yo generate required reports within the tool.
The learning material is not much for beginners. support services can be improved. I observed sometimes tool gets stuck and it needs to be ended from task manager.

Zoho Marketing Automation integrates extremely well with the whole Zoho suite which we use. It has a very useful visual drag-and-drop interface for building out automation flows (journeys) with a number of configurable actions and triggers. You can trigger actions based on actions on a contact in Zoho CRM, from a webhook, a custom set of tags, set time delays for messaging, add customers to list based on actions and many more variables. Customers can be assigned to move to another journey, or they can exit the journey once they have completed the journey. It's feature set is more advanced than other email marketing software I have previously used.
The learning curve for Zoho Marketing Automation is a little higher than other tools, but once you get the hang of it, it is extremely powerful. The email WYSIWYG builder has some limitations and is not as user friendly as the drag and drop interface that some other email marketing tools offer.
We are actively marketing to customers who have purchased a certain product from us. When the customer is moved to a certain status within Zoho CRM, that triggers them to enter a list. The entrance to a list starts the customer in the marketing automation journey. This means we are able to better retain customers to come back to purchase other products from us after their initial purchase. For example, we have emails in the journey that say something like "congratulations on the purchase of your X product, you will find that you also need YY product to help you get the best out of your X product.

A little bit heavy in size and sometimes I feel like the sync takes time for previous work, apart from this, Zoho is a good tool. Zoho should change the logo and chat system with users and tickets.

Since our product is service based and new in market we were trying to figure out some good tools which can help us with marketing and converting leads. Zoho marketing automation has complete set of package for every business we can customise it with our requirements which is best thing to do. The landing pages creation & the email contents creation is the one that I like the most, landing pages creation feature is new and innovative and I am able to do this without any issue and on the other hand, I can create HTML and plain text email contents (Templetetles) using this platform easily, hence this is the one that I like the most, on the other hand, I also like the customer report feature, I can create and fetch any reports according to my needs, this report helps me to understand the actual performance of my email marketing campaigns and I also like the overall user interface off this platform which is really robust and seamless.
I constantly have some issues while manually importing the list of subscribers into this platform. Sometimes, I even have duplicate contacts, even though the record is unique; these are the minor issues I am having, and I don't enjoy this.

Leads can be imported easily from PC (as Csv file) and can be generated easily using signup forms, integrating it with Eventbrite, tracking webinar registration using GoToWebinar. Additionally, provide a funnel builder under "Journeys" tab. So, there is no need to spend extra dollars on other software, such as clickfunnel.com.
The signup form templates are not good enough. No free software version is provided like other competitor software such as HubSpot.
I spent a lot on Facebook ads but did not have any funnel to create a gerney for my customers. Zoho marketing not only provides me with easy software to create a funnel but also helps me save extra dollars I think to spend on different software.
