I don't think it is as usable as Zoom, but I can't really explain why I feel that way - it might just be that I use Zoom more so its "feel" seems more likable. However, the "feel" isn't as big a setback when safety and security are most important.

Overall, Webex is really good and there is not much to dislike about it, still there are some ocassional glitches like the microphone glitch and the freezing of the screen.

The major reason I use Webex is because it is very simple, user-friendly software for conducting seminars and attending theorganizational meetings. It contains helpful features that other applications don't seem to have, such the ability to remove background noise. Additionally, the video quality is outstanding.

Every piece of software has its own peculiarities and problems. The timing of meeting available in free version can be enhanced. The Paid version is a bit expensive.

Its a fastest connecting app through which I can meet anybody, whether they are a member of my organisation or not, and I can do it with just one click. I can also easily link my agenda with the resources, record sessions, and exchange information.

The video conferencing works well, and scheduling meetings is quite simple. It was one of the first video conferencing services I used in my life, and at the time it was awesome because all the competition only gave a few capabilities in the free tier. But the thing I appreciate best about Webex is that it consistently offers a tonne of functionality in the free plan.

I believe that glitches occasionally occur because of network problems and unavailable websites. However, after the site has been refreshed, everything will function normally.

I highly recommend it as it really helped me a lot

if you are using the free version, then you are missing a lot of features in this software. it is not expensive though.

I have used this interface many times to perform live meetings, trainings, and presentations. The interface is easy to use and is not overly complicated. I would recommend this platform for new users. The integration with Outlook is the best feature for me, as I can use the add-in tool to organise meetings and host WebEx conferences easily

I don’t remember seeing a recording option. There may have been one but I don’t recall. If it’s not available, I would like to see this as an option.

Ability to invite more attendees to the web meetings. Some competitors have higher availability of attendees available.

It has great, helpful advanced features for hosting webinars. It is easy to setup without any advanced IT expertise. It has Q&A, polls, and many more features.

Maybe the whole Webex platform may be confusing, but the UI is a bit hard to use for beginners, but you'll learn more by time. Also another thing that I think that it's overpriced in my point of view, at least for individuals.

It helps me easily host webinars, it's easy to communicate with others with the translation feature, so imagine you got audience from all around the world, while a normal webinar you are limited to audience that speak your language.
