The relationship we are provided with a Vendasta Partner. I've experienced other companies to "leave me to it" and I have to be on hold for many hours just to speak to a person. At Vendasta you are connected with a Partner (Development Manager) that will support and guide you as needed for what you want to accomplish and that is so rad!
The price hahaha! If you are not using Vendasta to its utmost capabilities (or finding out how you can use well) in can come out to be very costly. Now, that said, Vendasta can be incredibly cost effective (especially for website building and SEO) if you are using it well and are clear on what you would like to accomplish.
We are providing websites for our clients as well as building campaigns for more. It can take some guiding and repitition to create what works for your business and that's what the Partner is there for.
Vendasta is easy to use, and if you are a small startup, you can grow with it step by step. A full pallet of products is available from day one, and the sales & marketing tools are first class.
You need to spend some time to find all the functionalities, so not 100 % fit for starters.
We offer a lot more solutions to our prospects with Vendasta. The snapshot report is the ideal tool to start a conversation with a potential client.
Two things really impress me. The first is the service; everyone at Vendasta is friendly, helpful and ready to serve. They are truly happy to work with us agencies, and you can tell they enjoy the work they are doing. Second is the breadth of offering they have. You can choose what works for your business, and you can package it in a way that works for you. This truly is an amazing back end provider.
That is really hard to say, but I guess I would like to see some flexibility to merge my services and products with some of their offerings.
I am getting the back end services I need to service my clients fully, I am also getting amazing support and training. Finally I am getting a platform to sell and distribute products and services effectively!

I imagine most agency owner's paths to success are different. I was and still am pretty much a one-man band and before Vendasta had little success in marketing and questioned my career choice. I got my spark going with Vendasta which is a great feeling. It gave me a lot of confidence that I was providing value to people. Also, another big one, I felt like I had someone to talk to about this stuff. I think I became a better marketer in 6 months than I did in 3 years of freelancing websites and SEO. I bought all the courses and was just stuck. Shout out to Logan Ochitwa and Rafael Pavlovic, my Vendasta Partners. They're a direct result of the success I've had this past year.
I had some bumps and bruises with all the teams but I still trust everybody. There were communication issues and projects did fall between the cracks. There were some tense moments but nothing I'm too distraught about. I know they're continually working on stuff. I'd like help getting salespeople trained on the platform and account managers so I can grow without going crazy. International Transaction fees. I know it's on my side (US) but I get hit with the transaction fees and then international transaction fees. I'm going to eventually go to Canada just so I can open a bank account. I need more CRM training. I don't know how to use it for email marketing. I didn't like the course with Dennis that much only because it starts at a weird place. It's like watching a series and starting at episode 3. I know it's good info in there but I haven't looked at it since.
I'm solving issues of validity, fulfillment, and invoicing. I've realized I got a long way to go but I'm killing it.

Nothing yet. It is a bit much to get your head around all the products and services they offer. But that is also what is great about Vendasta.

To top it all off, the people that support it all are all experts in their fields and are always available to lend a hand when you need it. Can't say enough good things about these guys!
The only thing I can really say that might be something I dislike, is the response time for issues and problems can take a little longer than I'd like. I understand that as a growing company that this is to be expected. It's really the only issue that I have. The software itself though, works as advertised. There are some features that are limited, but hopefully this can be addressed in the future as this team does listen to customer feedback.

The multitude of marketing services all from one dashboard. Also, the flexibility and willingness of Vendasta to work with small agencies like mine. It has been a great experience working with Justin Babiy, SR Business Development Representative.
The only thing that hasn't worked for me so far is the CRM/Task Manager. I have not found it to be that helpful yet. Maybe that will change as I get more educated on the system.
I was able to bring together three services from three different vendors into one dashboard with one company Vendasta. Listing Services, Reputation Management and Reviews and Social Marketing. In Addition, I now have many more marketing solutions to offer my clients.
The service and support is wonderful! I never go without an answer from Vendasta between my Rep Cody, Alayna and the support team.
I’d wish for a Zapier integration for me and my clients. That’s about it.

The Community is awesome and the resources and training are well thought out and easy to access. Their Friday community calls are a great resource for individual agency owners. It's easy to meet others if you want and find encouragement and guidance in the community. Overall, they've done it RIGHT!! I also like the support I get from the many individuals who are always willing to engage, answer questions and help my business in any way they can. I don't know it first hand, but their culture seems to show through their employees. Everyone I've encountered is FOR us and our business. It's a good feeling to know they've got my back.
The platform is comprehensive but complex. Once you get the navigation down, it becomes much easier, but it can be a steep curve early on. They are making continuous upgrades and additions.
The benefits are endless if you take advantage of all their support and resources. I've closed a bunch of business with the help of their tools and it's only getting better. We are now planning an upgrade to utilize more of the Vendasta services.

I had been "thinking about it" for quite some time and finally decided to resell Vendasta after looking at so many other platforms. Wide Variety of services and the SnapShot report were the deciding factors for me.
There is just so much, it is hard to determine where to start
None problems, the Snapshot report has been a nice addition.
The portal dashboard is organized and easy to follow the flow without training.
Snapshot reports should be unlimited for free accounts. It takes time to build from zero to full time.
Have an important way to open doors in the business community that show your money value to owners. This benefit is mutual.
The upsides of it are: 1. Vendasta provides great sales and marketing support, and a lot more making it the go-to platform for sales engagement and tracking. 2. It also includes a website builder which cane be used to create a website for your business and enhance your online presence. 3. It also has a billing software as well as marketing automation that is really helpful for a medium-scale enterprise like mine.
Its downsides are: 1. The customization options available in it are not as great as other platforms. 2. There is no availability of a mobile app, making it unable to access anytime. 3. The third-party app integration is very limited, making it hectic for me to connect to different platforms at a time.
Vendasta is one of the best business enhancement platform available out there. It lets businesses stabilize and maintain their online presence. As an offline business in the first, it helped in getting our business online and do automation tasks in an easier and great manner.
All of thier support comes from real people. If I have a question I know exactly who to go to ask & recieve a reply almost immeditatly.
Its my understanding that their Partnerships/products are commision based, so when I meet with my support rep, while the products available on the martketplace are all useful- I am almost always sold some new tool I can start selling my customers. I wish it was a bit more stategical.
Vendasta allows me to sell tools & services to my customers that really impact thier business, but I get to be hands off.
The options for digital services covers almost everything we could need. The support team has been great whether it be the helpdesk, Amanda, Myron, or anyone we've dealt with A lot of benefits to the platform including CRM and project management
Sometimes the platform acts up and doesn't load correctly While theres a lot of offerings, it's hard to determine which is the best for our needs at times. The platform could be more user friendly Billing and invoices have been an issue but are getting better
Vendasta has an excellent website service. We have been very happy with that aspect of the business. We are slowly training the sales team to use the snapshot reports and CRM system. We have mostly been using vendasta to improve our clients digital footprint and listings/reviews.
