Best thing I like are the METADATA tags you can add and filter on in every view. I really like the task overview so you can show progress in KANBAN board, or GANT Chart or Task List whatever your audience prefer (most of the time I need all 3) By being able to chop-down all tasks in smaller activities and facilitating the conversation we get things done. I love the IOS app and also make use of the Desk and Spaces product to capture other request and be able to turn these into tasks later. The spaces area I use for documenting the end result of the project and how we got there. And at the end have a long list of SOP available so the new users know how to operate the new project just delivered.
In the beginning it can give you email notification on EVERYTHING -> I turn that off immediately not to overload my new users on the project.
I manage in an easy way team meetings, capture future requests by creating a clear PARKINGLOT. so all are aware that we captured the request but will happen later.
Every update comes with the most remarkable new features, it is speedy, and the configuration for projects, templates, and more do your work to run the easy way.
Maybe just a few shortcuts or buttons that including them will make the best project management tool, for example, to go back to the task list.

I like the ease of setting up templates and creating Projects from the templates. I can then create a visual dashboard (Grid View) with tags that allows anyone with access to know very quickly where the Project is at any given moment. I also like being able to track emails and other messages as part of the Project. This has help on numerous occasions when files were automatically added to the Project. The reporting is also a valuable way for me to share Project updates with other team members. The daily emails with my task list help me setup my day efficiently. I like the new changes to the Grid View - very easy to tell the stage of a Project.
I would also like to be able to add messages to archived projects without having to make them active.
Communication and awareness of where Projects are in the process. Tracking of essential information related to Projects has been automatic and easy for everyone to find.
we can create a task list and track the time according to time effort. The best thing I like about creating a task is we can add attachments or link them to google drive documents and shift to gantt chat or kanban view in a one go which helps in tracking stages of various tasks and projects.
I have been using it for 4 years and I don't see any pitfalls.
The Gantt chart helped us in tracking if two tasks are colliding with each other. The Kanban helped us to move the tasks from one status to another status.
The overall architecture of the system is very useful. Its ability to divide a project into multiple small parts and monitoring the progress of all parts are very handy for project management. The system is very efficient for monitoring the activity of all team members involved in a project be it an in-house resource or a freelancer/ dedicated resource hired from agency.
The version I have used was lack only one thing that I feel and that is there was no option of capturing the desktop recording.

it's easy to use and doesn't take extra time out of my day to stay organized on my projects, logging time, tasks, etc. It also makes it really easy to see what my team has been working on, what they will be doing from day to day, and who's productive vs. who's not. Reporting is really clean and easy to filter too. It's also easy to bring in independent contractors and manage their work and communication. The mobile app is great and the chrome extension is a must! Cloning projects makes it really straightforward to get new clients set up.
You really need to customize your notifications settings (they're pretty granular) to make sure you don't get inundated with emails/push notifications. Templates are also a bit clunky and not customizable in the ways that I thought they would be. I wish there was an easier way to export projects to a calendar so that clients could add it to their calendars, but maybe that feature is coming soon.
We're now easily tracking what team members are working on, how productive they are, and what they're going to be doing in the coming days/weeks. Project planning is great and GANTT exports and time tracking reports make it quick to show our agency's clients what they care about. Profitability is something we're able to see now also because we know how much time we're spending on certain projects and where certain team members are spending too much or not enough time.

It is effortless to set timelines and assign tasks to your team. we are using this specifically for creating task, assignments, projects. Then we can monitor all of those via a teamwork platform and achieve all of them within time. We can also set some priorities, and teamwork helps us to follow them all. At the end of each month, we can easily extract reports where we can see how many tasks are completed by whom; the manager can easily see the work of their team member.
