The user interface is straightforward and straightforward. We can track running projects and all of the subtasks associated with the project. The team also has quick access to their work space from anywhere in the world. It has numerous capabilities that provide peace of mind and increased project delivery efficiency. I am confident that it will be the number one task management software. The price is exceptional, and there are no concerns about cost rises. I mostly loved the METADATA tags filter on in every view.
This software did not have any significant flaws, in my opinion, although the live chat feature should be improved. On the other hand, the audio quality of this software is excellent.

Sometimes people complain that they did not receive communication that goes out from Teamwork, so it would be nice to have an email delivery tool to verify it.
I manage IT projects, so it is easy to track each employee's time for billable hours.
It's simple to get new people (staff and clients) up and running. The feature set, like project templates and time tracking, make it fast for us to get projects rolling, and to get them wrapped. Teamwork is also very open to suggestions and makes regular updates to the product.
Our team still uses other software to track overall what team members are working on to make scheduling easier... if Teamwork had a gantt view that showed what each person is working on, that would be very helpful.
We have been using teamwork for nearly 10 years and find that it keeps our projects running smoothly. It's very easy to see a project's status, easy to set deadlines, easy to monitor budgets which helps us remain profitable.
Easy to use, you can track the status of each task and manage many tasks as a Project Manager. It also allows attaching files, links, and even photos when commenting on a task.
It has many features, some of which are unknown to me as a project manager. It also takes time to train each user on using every component of the software.
The problem is assigning each of my team tasks to do every day or every week. Benefits realized is, it requires no email writing everyday to assign tasks or any follow up.
I personally like the great task management software which supports access controls, 1. best for workflow management, 2. document storage, 3. mobile access, and many more.

Timelines are generated automatically since I have created the project, its activities, deadlines, etc. It is helpful and easy to adjust. Notifications systems; very flexible and complete it is possible to set key activities and follow them to receive automated notifications about their changes. It is very adaptable to set permissions per project. Teamwork for being an effective team prioritization and collaboration tool. I loved working with this because it works perfectly from anywhere. Any device provides a complete service with flexible features, a visually pleasing interface, end-to-end security, speed, and organization. It has a free version that can accommodate limited needs, and of course, you can test it for free before subscribing to a paid version
Although I did not find any difficulty in the software, yeah, I can suggest a few things to improve, and that would be customer support, especially on emails.
It is available on mobile and a computer; it's very user-friendly everyone can understand. It requires very few resources for its operations. I do not need an excellent computer to carry out a good work process, and it has increased team performance due to the ability to streamline people's processes is by team projects. Its 360-degree visibility into tasks, milestones, deadlines and other projects components made the work excellent—automatic triggers for streaming workflows and updating various fields on the projects board.
The mobile app keeps my remote team connected internationally. Many of my team members are freelance and work their own schedules across various time zones. Having quick access to key Teamwork features on the go has a ton of value for us and helps keep initiatives moving for our customers.
Nothing, it's fantastic and I've tried a lot of project management systems costing a lot more money.
Keeping client accounts organized on the Agency side and also tasks visible and organized on the client side. We're also able to keep track of time and export to Harvest which saves time. Also the time tracking feature is great for measuring where you spend your unbillable time...that's key for us.

There is no immediate connectivity with my project. And there is no chat option available because of which we need to switch to diff app. charts are not very good. Overall the app is excellent to use.

Teamwork has soo many functions and I love them all it just makes managing projects soo easy, helps you meet timelines. With Teamwork, you assign supervise all tasks with very little effort. Everyday I get an email reminding me of tasks that are due and really helps stay on the ball. one thing that I love is that you can create a task directly from the chat, which is very helpful. You can also classify messages by projects so no need to be going through a thousand emails looking for information or files
The only thing I dislike so far is that sometimes it just keeps reloading, doesn't do it for a long time and it never really interrupted my workflow, but it just makes me wonder "what if it gets worse one day?"
I am more efficient at project managing, I manage more than 180 projects altogether and about 8 projects intensively at any given time, It was hard to manage before but with Teamwork its been a lot more efficient and productive.
As a management consultants I have found this product to be indispensable to my practice in managing my consulting projects. I have used this product since 2011 (9 years). The product is continually enhanced and the support from the people at Teamwork has been excellent. I use the notebook feature the most as well as tasks and the project report. I provide some of my clients access.
There really aren't any features that I don't dislike. My major complaint is that many of the newer features are for the higher end subscriptions and the software is now priced per user rather than based on the number of projects.

I like that all my projects can be viewed in different ways. I like boards but my colleagues prefer lists. Bonus points: I can also view my projects as a Gantt chart
Everything in the UI is the same color. It's all just white and grey. Other project management software like Trello or Asana are colorful and also for customization of the way things look.
I'm managing the migration of our CRM software. Lots of moving parts need to all be in place before we press go, and this way team members can see the bigger role they play.

I don't particularly like that it doesn't have a dark theme. The light theme is not ugly, but I would prefer it if there were one with darker overall colors so my eyes wouldn't be as tired.
