This program is like having your own CPA. It manages everything for you and offers countless report options for whatever you nee.

We run the program on 2 computers here at work, and they have to communicate with each other in order for the program to be up to date on each of the computers when you log on. Sometimes like whenever you get or install new software on your computer it affects the connection, and unfortunately we have struggled to get back connected. But it's all good now!

Anytime I need to look up anything dealing with our books, it saves time and is very convenient.

It is an all in one, ready to control your entire business, software. You can do everything from the software fast and accurately. There is every report you could possibly think of. There are many extensions that you can connect to QuickBooks to communicate to your other software. It's the best.

As much as I love all of the stuff that it can do, it is a lot of stuff to learn and go through. There are too many things to control if you are only using QuickBooks for one or two things. They should have a lite version or specific versions for the one thing you need it to do.

We do invoices mainly from QuickBooks. We have all of our customer accounts and vendors set-up. I can look-up anything quickly and have what I am needing within seconds.

I have used QuickBooks for multiple companies for many years. It is very easy to setup and a great intitial accounting software.

I don’t like that they make a new version every year and try to get you to upgrade and spend more.

Feature wise its a really good accounting software, i wish it has more tools regarding customer scheduling with employees for a spa environment.

Quickbooks is easy to use and correct. It's like doing my accounting in pencil, I can make corrections if I make a mistake.

Payroll is expensive and had to be renewed every year.

The reporting is easy to generate and read. I can easily print or email invoice for my clients.

Quickbooks makes payroll, reports and taxes a breeze! Compare Year-to-Year with the click of a button, and easily see overdue invoices, upcoming bills, etc. Super easy to use even if you're not an accountant.

I'm thinking of switching to cloud-based Quickbooks so that I can take my work with me more easily. The main thing stopping me from doing that is security concerns, which aren't a reflection on Intuit, just internet security in general.

As the ED of a mid-size nonprofit, I wear a lot of hats. I'm good with numbers, but not an accountant. Quickbooks allows me to handle tasks that we would otherwise pay an accountant thousands of dollars a year to perform.

I happen to be an accountant by trade, however I feel quickbooks offers ease of use to everyone,even non-accounting professionals.

Would prefer better reports such as cash dispursements journal and cash rec journal

Overall, it is a well-rounded softwares. I have used Peachtree as well, and found QB to better overall

Quickbooks is very easy to use. We have been using QuickBooks 2011 for the last 7 years. It works great for our needs and no reason to upgrade or purchase the current year.

For the minimum that we use QuickBooks - Writing checks, working up quotes/invoices QuickBooks is great. We are a small custom home building company. There is nothing that I currently dislike for our needs.

I can categorize each of my jobs so I know where I stand every step of the way in relation to costs associated with that particular job/home

I like how everything is all in one place. I can look up almost anything about a current or previous customer.

I don't like how long it can take to learn this system. It could be a little more user friendly.

There are sometimes when all of the information for a customer is not included in other programs we use. It is nice to be able to refer to QuickBooks to find all of the information.

I think what I love the most about Quickbooks is the fact that it is compatible with other tools that you might use in your business. For example, where I work, we have a website that we track donor information and donations because we are a non-profit, and there is an application that I can download on my desktop that flows the information through from the donor database to Quickbooks very easily. It makes keeping the financial reports organized very easy, as well as weekly bank deposits.

The only thing I dislike about Quickbooks is when you void a check, it automatically puts in an adjusted journal entry to balance out the void, which can sometimes create an issue with the reconciliation each month, especially if you have a CPA or someone else coming in to reconcile your book.

We are a non profit organization, so Quickbooks is allowing us to keep track of our budget and finances in a very organized way. It has helped us tremendously when it comes time to plan our budget for the next fiscal year, because you can create and edit accounts very easily. It has allowed us to send out weekly budget reports to board members and directors, so that they can easily see where we are at as far as profit and loss for the month goes, and what we are at against the budget. We have definitely realized that we are staying on budget a lot better since pulling weekly budget reports

I like that I am able to do everything from inventory, purchasing, sales, Invoices, etc. all in this software

Sometimes there are issues with the software, so we need to do an upgrade all the time

It's easy to input products, track inventory, expenses, and income. All in one place.

Nothing. It's pretty all inclusive and user friendly.

It's an easy program that allows for people with or without administrative experience to account for all products and money.

I use this for my families bakery to keep track of how much money is coming in and how much is owed and how often these transactions take place. It's the easiest software I've been able to use for this purpose.

What I dislike about Quickbooks is that its so straight to the point. That's great, but there's no room for customization. What if I wanted a flower border, or a letter heading? It's too straight to the point and boring. But it does what I NEED it to do the BEST.

It saves me a ton of brain power and pen ink! Ot helps me stay organized which is wonderful for a business.

I like that it is easy to use and navigate! Really a great product!

I haven't found anything i don't like about it yet. It is really a great software.

My boss likes it because he doesn't have to do paper ledger anymore. So that's one problem solved. Lol. It has so many benefits. Outs so easy to use. Easy to operate for anyone!

I really appreciate that this software does so many things for me daily at my job.It makes me work so efficiently and I love quickbooks for that.

Sometimes it can be tough to navigate. I took the quickbooks course and I still find myself referring back to the manual.

It is much easier to keep our finances in order. It is nice to have an electronic checkbook instead of having to balance a paper check book.

It took a long time to upload every receipt, but now that I have it's as easy as a snapshot to upload it.
