Super easy to use and onboard for international employees and contractors. Support has been fast, and it's relieving to be on a platform where necessary paperwork is easily handled for international hires.
The help knowledge base could be better, but it hasn't been a major issue since contacting an actual person has been easy if I need help.

Oyster is very easy to use. We had an employee move to another country, and we wanted to retain her as an employee without having to incorporate there. The sales and onboarding team there was very helpful and easy to work with, and made sure that I was clear on all aspects of the process. Given that we only have one person there, it is nice to have experts.
I haven't encountered anything I dislike yet.
Incorporating in another country, especially for only one person, was cost prohibitive for us. Using Oyster allowed us to retain a high performing employee while also allowing them to live where they want to live.
Oyster has always been professional in working with setting up our international employees. Working with them has shown me this is not a commodity service. The technology piece of the platform is very easy and intuitive to use.
There were a couple of bumps in the onboarding, however, they were always on top of things and quickly corrected course.

I was receiving payments from my Employer through Oyster EOR platform, it was easy and reliable to have all payment information available to me and the payments we always on time.

It is impossible to know all the requirements in every country. It is so nice to have a partner that manages all that for me.
The most helpfull thing about Oyster is the speed in which everything is done.
I used to have problems with consistency of the date in which my payment arrived. This no longer is a problem.

Oyster helps you with every single thing that you can think of, even if you have trouble with the platform and contact your account manager or your CS manager they'll help besides their job title and besides their skills. And if they don't know how to solve it or how to help you with that they'll tell and they'll find the correct department or person.
They don't provide financial advise, regarding relocations, but that's the only problem that I can find
I can hire a lot of people where I don't have an entity, I can do it through Oyster (either where they have an entity, or they hire a 3rd party to be in the arrangement).
It's simple and easy to work with, and I can easily report my expenses.
