What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

OnePageCRM is simply superb in making you focus on the next action needed to close a sale or manage a client. It works from the premise that if there is no action for the next contact, even if its 12 months down the road, the contact may as well not be in your list. The UI is also first class, presenting you with one-click access to the options you need next. 100%

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?

I love it, period. I have read a couple of >5 reviews - the most cited drawback is that it is for a SME only. I don't see this as a drawback, as it unashamedly is focused on progressing sales, with focus on SME. Sales Force and Tiger etc are fine tools, but come with a lot of irrelevant clutter for micros and SMEs. This tool is excellent.

What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

It gives me a 100% relevant to do list each day, which keeps me focused. I have had better contact with my clients and prospects and masks that I have a tendency to be scatty!

What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

OnePageCRM has a great visual pipeline that makes it easy to see where you stand with each deal.

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?

I wish there was a "next action" feature within deals rather than just contacts. Sometimes I've had a deal with several contacts connected.

What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

OnePageCRM keeps my contacts organized. I've never lost track of a communication with the two-way email function.

What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

We like its ease of use and how Onepage easily allows us to manage our sales opportunities and reach out to clients! I would a hundred percent recommend all businesses to use OnePage as their CRM system

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?

Would be nice if there was some kind of function to use that you can create sales campaigns like mailchimp but apparently this is something that is being looked into

It helps us manage our opportunities and sales in an easy manageable way! It reminds us to follow up on opportunities too to make sure we are closing as much business as possible

What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

This is the perfect software for people in sales, easily keep track of the whole process, managers can see whats happening at any point, admin can update contacts easily, everyone is on the same page and sales will follow

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?

I havent found a downside, other than this is a SALES tool and doesn't pretend to be anything else.

What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I will have a remote staff doing cold calling, and they will add the 'warm' leads into the system for the sales staff to follow up on. The callers get a piece of the sales activity, and with OnePageCRM, they can track the progress of the sales cycle and be in the loop as their commissions are built into the system

"Best CRM I've ever come across"
What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

Intuitive, easy to use, keeps you actively pursuing leads and customers, keeps a full record of deals, great support... I can't recommend this enough! As a self-employed salesman, having a funnel that is so simple, makes my day-to-day infinitely easier. With no exaggeration, I would say OnePage has increased my sales by 25%.

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?

Nothing! As said above, this is the best CRM I've used and I have so far not found a flaw.

What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

OnePage keeps me actively pursuing targets whilst simultaneously reminding me to keep on contact with current customers.

What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

I love how I can see exactly which leads need follow up at any one time. The time line and organization of follow up calls/emails is really helpful.

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?

The only downside is that it doesn't mesh with my existing customer / billing / support system, which is made specifically for the web hosting industry.

What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

OnePageCRM helps me determine where to spend my time as to which leads are most likely to come through, and nobody falls through the cracks.

What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

I love how logical the workflow is. Everything is focused on answering the question, "what is next for this prospect or client?" And it's easy to do once you get going and learn a few things.

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?

Would really like to see the ability to directly integrate with Ring Central, so that when I click on a phone number, it dials that number in Ring Central.

What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I always feared not being able to easily find the information & history for each of my prospects. OnePage CRM has provided the solution for that.

One Page is simple and customizable. It nudges you to take action and prevents things falling through the cracks.

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?

You cannot schedule annual recurring actions and it does not integrate with my (or any?) appointment booking software.

What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

OnePage ensures I don't forget about the million tasks I juggle, and reminds me of the mission critical deal flows in a Kanban style table which I like.

Simple format Great API/Webhook Google phone apps working both for a salesstaff at the office and on the go. Design is OK We tried four different systemet before landing om OnePageCRM

What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

I have used many CRM systems and was recommended OnePageCRM by a trusted colleague. Following some investigation I was hooked and purchased OnePageCRM straight away. The action based process, along with the customisation and training and it is perfect for my services business. Value for money and for scaling it is the best! Also importantly, I use it on my phone and desktop, and it reliable.

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?

The training sessions are in Dublin time. A little more communication on how to access and engage the training and system would be good

The management of thousands of contacts being leads, clients and referrer of business and effectively communicating with them as I action my marketing plan via OnePageCRM

It's a straightforward tool designed to make record sales deals & prospects Gives an estimate of expected revenue with clear charts & deal expectancy Can store all of your contacts

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?

Removing duplicates or joining them still makes duplicate files. If you add one or more email address or phone for a client, you need to manually ensure that you combine all of these in one record. Need to have more integrated partners for email service

What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helps with organising & following up with deals. Specially you can start mass mails to all your prospects when you have product updates to announce. Save so much of time.

What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

We have been using One Page for about 7 years now and it is very easy to use, integrates where we need it to and is robust enough without weighing us down with features. We don't use the sales funnel features but that isn't cumbersome or anything.

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?

Honestly, they are ever evolving and if we have some feedback to make things easier and they are always really responsive and helpful. No complaints.

What problems is OnePageCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were using an Excel spread sheet to keep our customer and contact records and now we have One Page (for 7 years). We now have over 20,000 contacts so we are able to easily categorize and sort all of these different kinds of prospects (many are just interested in general and follow along). I consider a good CRM system an absolutely vital component in a business of any size and One Page is a very good system.

What do you like best about OnePageCRM?

Productivity is key for every business. One Page CRM helps me to stay productive and focused on the connections and clients I have. As a Productivity Coach I recommend One Page CRM to my client because it's easy to use. Where other CRM's have a huge learning curve, One Page CRM is simple to use yet robust to help me track sales. Based on the GTD (Getting Things Done) model having the next action with every person makes follow-up simple. They have excellent tech support to help when I've needed it. This saves me time as I don't have to fumble around trying to figure it out myself.

What do you dislike about OnePageCRM?

I've used One Page CRM for years. They are continually working to make the product better and I've seen improvements that help me track connections and sales.

In networking events and meetings, I meet so many people in a week. One Page CRM allows me to pull information from LinkedIn and skip manually entering in contact information. It helps me track all the information I need to make my connections meaningful.
