I'm not a linear thinker, meaning my brain and desk are full of to-do lists that constantly get lost or misplaced. Monday.com, and the app, give me access to an organized way to find what I need 100% of the time - making it easy to add or manage my business quickly and easily.
Honestly, the only thing I'd say if I HAD TO is that it's so robust that it can be overwhelming when you first get going. But it's easy to find what you need through the Monday.com knowledge base, and their customer support is second to none.
Organization and task management are a beast in my business. Monday.com helps me stay accountable to myself, and my co-founder, and prioritize what needs to happen, and when.
Very user-friendly. I like that instructional videos were provided and I was able to build out every department within Monday fairly quickly. Easy to keep tabs on multiple departments at once and collaborate.
The Monday formula columns are lacking some key features that would make financials much easier to work with. I had to create some work arounds that weren't ideal.
Monday.com was able to solve the disconnect our company had by using way too many google docs that didn't communicate with once another. It also keeps employees connected and on track for projects and daily workflows.
I like that graphics and the design of the app let you follow up on your work and each member of your team and your team´s performance, work hours and effort

Its solving the work load of a team of 8 architects and about 32 projects going on for about 4 years, making us more productive and focused in getting things done

It does take time to get used to it and to learn. Like all software you get out what you put in.

Sometimes it loads slowly or does not remove items after you "resolve" them. The site is great, it just has loading problems here and there. Also, it would help to
Keeping track of payments for the business, like declined payments or bank wires. Easy to document damaged products, find the cost for each, and see how much money we are losing. Makes sure all departments are departments are able to work together even if someone is off. Looking at the monday boards ensures even if someone is off, everyone else can pick up where that person left off and finish the job.
Love the automated processes we have in place, when one item is completed it's moved to the next person in line. Having email notifications and really helps everyone stay on top of their task set.
I'd like the functionality of being able to email clients within monday to be better, we export to Mailchimp and use this, but would be great to have nicely designed emails coming directly from monday.
We have a central place to record our timings on any projects, which has resulted in us tracking all work and therefore increasing revenue, which we've noted has increased this year, largely down the processes we now have in place on Monday
-> very intuitive -> perfect color coding -> nice graphical presentation -> linking diffrent boards -> perfect overview -> boards can be designed very individually
-> a free version with more options woulb be nice -> maybe intigrate chat function -> it should be possible, to change the table header within a bord -> more colors for personalization

The collaboration and transparent streamlining that monday.com offers my company has been revolutionary. The ease of use and the way in that I have been able to onboard my internal clients (Departments) and the incredible buy-in from them due to the ease of use has been incredible - from a company that has consultants ranging from 18 years old to 65+ .. all of the consultants love this program.
I find that alot of the time I have to think out of the box in order to accomplish some automations as opposed to have pre-built templates that would guide me in order to achieve that I want the system to do. I believe if monday.com released more standard templates to be used it would be great.
Monday.com has enabled my company to successfully support our clients through form submissions globally - we are currently serving close to 8 different countries in Africa all through one form - and the customizations in terms of email content has been incredible.
I like that I can color coordinate the titles and add multiple status types as well as custom notifications and public links to boards. I like that I can make boards private to some team members and each team member's dashboard is different and created with their tasks in mind.
I wish it started at a lower price point for starting out but for the automation I am running the price is fair.
We use monday.com as a task management tool as well as a way for clients to submit requests and see what the status is on different tasks. This way they have a dashboard available to them 24/7.
Monday.com helps me with all the financial structure of the company, and also all the projects. Because you have the flexibility to build your work platform it makes your structural program easier.
I would say that I don't like this program, just when it updates, it makes you dedicate some of your time to restructuring your tool. But in general, I don't have any points that could interfere with my work.
Monday.com helped solve my problem with tracking billings and with visibility of future projects and how much the company would be profiting during the year and the points we should seek from customers.

I wish the automation were a bit more intelligent and I could do more complex actions with them. Sometimes my default view will not save which is a bit annoying.

Monday has created an amzing software that is highy customizable giving the opportunity to customers to create all different kinds of management tables in order to aid their company's organization and management. The mobile application is very smooth and easy to use making all the information accessible on the go. Their support is fast and helpful as well.
The mobile application could be better since it is very strict on how much you can control and edit in the administration side. Meaning, you can not easily modify settings of specific tables etc.
By thinking ouside the box, we have managed to make monday cover almost all our company needs. All the way from accounting and handling taxes, invoices and payments to managing our client data, projects and storing informaiton, to also having all our position documentations on the app in order for everyone to access and solve any company related issues someone might face.
I've been using Monday.com for a few months now, and I have to say it's been a game-changer for my team's productivity. The platform is incredibly easy to use, and the interface is clean and simple. The ability to customize the workflow has allowed us to tailor the tool to our specific project management needs, which has saved us a lot of time and headaches.
I was excited to try Monday.com as a project management tool for my team, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. The customization options, while extensive, felt overwhelming and challenging to navigate.
It's not integrated with other communication tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams.

It's not cheap. Some features are limited. Forms could have features as automatic detection of the country IP.
We also use it as CRM to share contacts among our team.
It's easy to create new projects and forms.
It's expensive, it would be better if the per user cost was lower. I would also like the ability to add free users so my customers can view the boards. Sometime the customers are only temp users.
