LiquidPlanner has assisted us with dealing with our responsibility, methodology, and exercises for more than fifty clients and inward requirements. Our techniques and expectations are all painstakingly recorded. It's easy to begin another client, undertaking, or battle and guarantee we've considered every contingency. Moreover, it permits me to monitor practically everything that is presently in process, focus on it, and feel effective when I complete a task. LiquidPlanner gives expanded process adaptability, custom formats, and computerization while remaining easy to utilize and open to all laborers.
With so many portable positions in our group and clients, dealing with the number of exercises might be a challenge on occasion. We have a few controls to help with this, and LiquidPlanner nonstop redesigns and new highlights make it shockingly better. But be that as it may, because LiquidPlanner has so many applications, it very well may be overwhelming for new clients, requiring the organization of an inside champion to streamline framework settings and guarantee consistent onboarding, etc.
At LiquidPlanner we have a functional greatness program set up, it involves dealing with a far-off labor force consistently, utilizing exact techniques and guidelines. Without LiquidPlanner the program would have been difficult to maintain; presently, we see that the program gives consistent improvement and, at last, expanded productivity. Our tasks are all illustrated in LiquidPlanner. Our clients, activities, and undertakings are all noticeable to us. We can see what's famous, where regions are overburdened, where work is becoming old, and where we're doing it. Utilizing standard data and techniques, we can rapidly archive work and send it to and fro across people. It expands our efficiency and the nature of our work.
What I like best about LiquidPlanner is its emphasis on dynamic scheduling. Unlike traditional project management tools that rely on rigid timelines, LiquidPlanner employs an intelligent scheduling engine that takes into account uncertainties, dependencies, and resource availability. This enables us to create more realistic project plans that adapt to changes in real-time. The ability to set priority-based estimates rather than fixed deadlines has been a game-changer for our team, allowing us to navigate unexpected shifts without compromising the quality of our work.
Another standout feature is the comprehensive resource management functionality. LiquidPlanner provides a clear overview of resource allocation, ensuring that workloads are balanced and team members are not overburdened. This has helped us optimize our resource utilization and prevent burnout among team members. The collaboration features, such as task assignments, comments, and file sharing, have also improved communication within the team and reduced the need for constant email exchanges. However, no software is without its drawbacks. One aspect that I find slightly challenging is the learning curve for new users. While LiquidPlanner's approach is innovative, it might take some time for team members who are accustomed to traditional project management tools to fully grasp its methodology. The interface, although well-designed, could be more intuitive in certain areas to streamline the initial onboarding process.
One of the significant problems LiquidPlanner is solving for us is the issue of rigid project timelines. In many projects, especially those with uncertainties and changing requirements, sticking to fixed deadlines often leads to compromised quality or missed targets. LiquidPlanner's dynamic scheduling allows us to set priority-based estimates, which are more reflective of the reality of project execution. This approach empowers us to adapt to unexpected changes without disrupting the entire project plan, resulting in more accurate and achievable project outcomes. Resource allocation and workload management are also areas where LiquidPlanner provides substantial benefits. Balancing workloads across team members and avoiding overburdening individuals can be challenging. LiquidPlanner's resource management features enable us to visualize and distribute workloads effectively, preventing burnout and ensuring that everyone's skills are utilized optimally. This has led to increased team satisfaction, improved productivity, and better project outcomes overall. Additionally, LiquidPlanner's collaborative tools have enhanced communication within our team. Assigning tasks, sharing files, and leaving comments directly within the platform streamline communication and reduce the need for constant email exchanges. This has not only saved time but also improved clarity and accountability among team members. Furthermore, the platform's real-time visibility into project progress and resource utilization enables us to make informed decisions promptly. We can identify potential bottlenecks, allocate resources where they are needed most, and make adjustments on the fly to keep projects on track. This level of agility is essential for meeting client expectations and maintaining a competitive edge in a fast-paced business environment.
The best feature and amazing thing about this software is that it operates on a cloud based system, it becomes easier for all the teams to access the data easily from any place at any time by simply logging onto the web of this software. The task distribution and division feature is amazing, which helps in assigning or saving the project data in multiple folders and making it sorted and easier to understand the project purpose and implement according to it. You can also edit your project data and report on this platform, there is a direct feature available. One another best feature is tracking your employees and team members work status and even you can view which of your team mates is free to accept the project so that you can assign them work. In this you can make schedule the work and tasks, which helps in arranging and managing your time in completing the work on time. The software is provided with numerous amazing tools and features, which are very helpful in keeping your DB and datasets organised and helps you to plan your projects.
There are also some issue under this application, like it has some issue in operating larger sized data sets which contains larger sized of information due to which the processing speed is affected many a times which even results in signing off automatically from the account. Even due to low server issue the screen black out issue has also been experienced many a times.
Platform is helping us a lot in completing our project work on or before the deadline. Making it easier for us for managing the multiple portfolios and managing and handling multiple number of clients easily. The collaboration process with the systems and application has become so easier with this, easy to communicate and navigate with the data and servers.
The Features that I like best about LiquidPlanner are that: 1. Dynamic Scheduling 2. Time Tracking report 3. Mobile Accessibility 4. Integration and customization
Well there is nothing much to dislike about it as it provides an immense amount of features as comparison any other project management system but I think the complexity to understand this system is a big issue.
I think the biggest problem i was facing while using any different management system was that I was not getting options of dynamic scheduling and mobile accessibility but this system really help me a lot through these features.
offers a variety of features that make it an excellent project management tool, such as An intuitive and easy-to-use interface that allows users to easily navigate through projects and activities, and An advanced resource system that allows users to Manage the human and material resources assigned to a project.
no disliked features at the moment because it provides us with an advanced resource system that allows users to manage the human and material resources assigned to a project, a task tracking tool that allows users to track the progress of tasks assigned activities.
has helped us to manage, plan and monitor projects effectively, teams can improve collaboration, planning and tracking in real time, which allows them to meet deadlines and established budgets, In addition, teams can improve productivity and communication by monitoring project progress and getting detailed reports at any time.
Can help dynamically plan and level resources
I have not migrated to the new UI, so that may improve the experience beyond what I know.
Faster to plan projects
I love how a glance I can easily see which team member has logged time to a task, how much project time is remaining compared with our targets, and whether it has been invoiced.
The sorting and filtering is my least favorite part. If I'm trying to dig up an old project, it can be a nuisance to find it. Then you've got to remember to clear filters to find what you are looking for.
It is easy to set up a new projects, based on previous project settings. And once a project has been created, assigning tasks to team members cuts down on back-and-forth email communication.
Ease of usability. Integrates with other existing online tools. Being lightweight software. Flexible to all devices.
My organization and I have nothing to like least since it meets all.
Agile project management. Online proofing and tasks scheduling. Events organization. Budgeting for project. Prioritizing most urgent projects. Employees scheduling . Workflow management.
The best part of Liquid Planner is the ability to create folders and to assign different task to different folders while keeping projects organized in their own package. There are so may levels of organization that you can create and put projects into that it make it very easy for our team to track what needs to be done on a project and who needs to do it! I love how easy it is to create a project and assign tasks out to different members of my team. LiquidPlanner is also fairly user intuitive and easy to learn. After a few projects have been set up it is really quick to navigate and work through the different tasks, packages, folders, and users!
My biggest frustration with LiquidPlanner is that links added in tasks, when clicked on automatically take you away from LiquidPlanner in the same browser tab so you have to hit the back arrow and it does not always take you back to the same place. I wish it would automatically open a new tab and keep your place in the project.
We are saving so much time and cutting out so much confusion by using LiquidPlanner. It has been a relief to know all of our projects are being tracked and worked on in Liquid planner. Since we have started using this software we have noticed a huge increase in our ability to get projects done faster and more efficiently!
Liquid Planner has great customer service with determined support and services. They help us a lot in the management of our workload and pressure. All the methods and reports are carefully recorded by their great staff so that we can use them when needed. It is very simple and easy to start a new project or any customer support service with their great features as they endure that all the aspects are covered. They allow us everything that is in process or needs accomplishment. They provide us with increased process flexibility.
Sometimes managing the number of teams and activities is very challenging. Liquid Planner is that their search function is not much developed and efficient. Sometimes it is overwhelming for the new users and colleagues.
It helps us to organize everything on one platform. They have elegant Gantt Charts. Based on our project's priorities we can easily create a schedule for us so that we can accomplish the task on time. They have powerful tools and functions oriented to task management and team collaboration.
LiquidPlanner has helped us manage our workload, procedures, and activities for more than fifty clients and internal needs, all of our methods and deliverables are carefully recorded. It's simple to start a new customer, project, or campaign and ensure we've covered all the bases. Furthermore, it allows me to keep track of all the work that is currently in process, prioritize, and feel successful when I complete a job. LiquidPlanner provides increased process flexibility, custom templates, and automation while staying simple to use and accessible to all workers.
With so many mobile jobs on our team and clients, managing the number of activities may be challenging at times. We have several controls to assist with this, and LiquidPlanner continuous upgrades and new features make it even better. However, because LiquidPlanner has so many apps, it might be daunting for new users, necessitating the deployment of an internal champion to optimize system settings and assure seamless onboarding, and so on.
At LiquidPlanner we have an operational excellence program in place, it entails managing a remote workforce on a daily basis, employing precise procedures and standards. Without LiquidPlanner the program would have been hard to sustain; now, we see that the program provides constant improvement and, eventually, increased profitability. All of our projects are outlined in LiquidPlanner. All of our clients, projects, and tasks are visible to us. We can see what's popular, where areas are overburdened, where work is becoming stale, and where we're doing it. Using standard information and methods, we can quickly document work and send it back and forth across individuals. It increases our productivity and the quality of our job.
The amount of detail that we are able to
Build into our teams workspace and resources is fantastic. We have granular information without the visually overwhelming interface offered by some competitors.
We are able to project and review workload in real world terms which allows my department to make strong arguments for headcount or other resources and get what we need!
LP is very customizable, which helps a lot when making it fit into what your company needs. The time-tracking feature / time reporting is also a good tool that I find very rare to find amongst other similar tools. Honestly, LP is so complete, I have been using it for years and I still haven't used all it has to offer.
Definitely the lack of mobile support. There is an app for phones but it isn't good at all. In today's world being a slave to a computer to do what you need is not very good. With the advent of the new liquid planner, the company seems less worried about fixing the several bugs that can be found in the old version.
Organization and time tracking. It is also very good for generating reports. The resource management is a bit clunky and time-consuming to do, but if you really put your heart into it, it helps a lot.
The UI of Liquidplanner allows for a great deal of customisation, making it easier to collaborate with numerous internal teams and share information across departments. We can follow several projects with Liquidplanner statistics. We may view the requested projects, allocate them to the appropriate individual, and adhere to the timeframe to ensure that all tasks are done.
It is not always user pleasant, and it can be difficult for novice users to manage the procedure. There is no nested list option on the input form, only a dropdown. Some features suggested by users and in support forums never appear on the product roadmap or take a long time to implement.
We use Liquidplanner to manage several project requests across the firm. This tool enables us to stay in touch with the project request, track which groups are seeking work, and provide reports. I'm unifying reporting and streamlining task management for a number of projects and efforts, Liquidplanner also helps us better manage and allocate company resources.
The simplicity with which we may share information with members of our project team. The easiness with which all users may make their own changes and track their progress. I enjoy the potential to establish coherent automated processes for the management of sustainable activities that produce organizational priorities by adding strong management figures in accordance with access to instruments that value the order in which their methods are previously built. meant to encourage the transparency of project management plans
Depending on your project, it would be nice to be able to track the percentage by the number of tasks over time. Processing multiple tasks at the same time can be a daunting task, as the program's processing is unreliable and sometimes absolutely useful information is lost. The software has a slight learning curve because the device has some complex points of processing. I don't have a clear understanding of their function. The control powers performed by LiquidPlanner programming are compromised by flawed phase change planning, focusing on the provisions of the execution of segment strategies for management performance classification and normatively assigning responsibility for implementing requirements in a timely manner. There is a flaw in authority. Successful implementation A method with theoretical impulses.
I oversee global finance transformation initiatives that necessitate project team members from all over the world. Everyone may simply collaborate on project ideas and send real-time updates to top management. The software allows us to keep track of all of our plans and assists us in creating thorough plans and analyzing all of our assets, allowing us to solve all of our problems. LiquidPlanner has the capability of evaluating the usefulness of predictable workload adaptation processes, where this program's system could have the required multiple organizational routine improvement to enable the enterprise to use verifiable articulated new functionality in equal proportion and workload required.
LiquidPlanner is an easy tool to learn how to use, it is the main communication and project planning tool, its integration with Slack is incredible.
LiquidPlanner is our team's primary project planning and communication tool. It's really easy to implement and we use it for projects like app modernization.
LiquidPlanner is our team's primary project planning and communication tool. It's really easy to implement and we use it for projects like app modernization.
On a daily meeting calendar, I value the opportunity to modify the priority of work. This strategy has become the foundation of our weekly schedule. I appreciate how adaptable LiquidPlanner's applications are. We can share data, contact with clients, and keep track of jobs that are open and closed.
I want the portal visitor customers' expertise with technical terms to be more in line with that of administrators, so that we can more easily educate consumers on navigation and provide them with greater navigation freedom. The capacity to monitor our work does not reach the level we desire, which means we must devote more time to accomplishing our goals.
LiquidPlanner provides a central repository for everyone in the office to see what jobs are in the queue, pending jobs, and what everyone is working on. It is invaluable, especially if someone is absent or ill and someone else is doing one or two jobs. We can provide our clients with accurate reports of where they have spent their time and how much they have left to do. The morning meeting was shortened from an hour and a half to 15 minutes. We all take notes of what we did that day at night and everyone knows what's going on and where the project is heading. The morning meeting focuses on what you are doing that day, not what has happened so far and where you are going.
When utilized as intended, the app performs an excellent job of giving the required information on the project's status. The program clearly lives up to its name, since it is very easy to modify the project's aims and objectives, and its effect is virtually immediate. It is simple to categorize activities and projects for all of our company's departments. I enjoy how a task may be planned to be passed from team to team until the project is finished.
The software needs some training to get the most out of it; for example, it's difficult to identify a finished job if you don't know EXACTLY how to search for it; it doesn't provide comparable results in the search box, just exact matches, which may be annoying.
It's simple and easy to use, so we can assist a large number of employees in adhering to project timelines at work. For the ephemeral aspects of task management. LiquidPlanner assists our organization in keeping track of hundreds of assignments from hundreds of clients and categorizing them as important deadlines or putting them on hold until we need them again.
The LiquidPlanner project management tool allows me and my work team to monitor the status of our goals at a high level, keeping us informed about the progress of projects, since it offers certain management capabilities that make collaboration in projects more efficient and precise.
Extremely positive experience, LiquidPlanner does it right.
It brings many benefits, it offers centralized tools to manage the requirements and objectives of each project, as well as the management of deliveries, monitoring and team management. The tool integrates with Hubstaff and other platforms.
I am a big fan of analyses, reports, and data that can be used to make educated decisions in the best interests of production. It provides highly accurate real-time forecasts of job completion dates. It has assisted in the elimination of needless paperwork and has improved all of our processes to the point where we solely rely on LiquidPlanner for production reasons. LiquidPlanner is precise and shows us where our resources are allocated. When we get a new project, we can assess when it can be completed in a couple of minutes. We were able to combine LiquidPlanner and Zendesk using the API.
Employee and consumer training in their utilization might take a long period. To get the information you need from reports, you must be well-versed in LiquidPlanner. The client portal's side may be improved. It discloses far too much information, therefore we utilize it with our consumers.
We get a fast answer from LiquidPlanner when a given assignment can be completed. We use the deadline function to block a promise date, and then if something occurs to the plan that causes that job to be completed after the promise date, we are aware of the issue and it is easily solved. We have also rendered our paper methods obsolete since LiquidPlanner allows us to measure timeframes, prices, task completion rates, billed efficiencies, and non-billable efficiencies.
