It handles almost like a CRM, allowing you to ensure no candidates are falling through the cracks. The stages at the top of the screen give you an overall snapshot of each role's progression, which is super helpful from a recruiting standpoint when you're handling multiple reqs. Last but not least, all contributors can see necessary information based on their access level without contacting a team member for an update (referral status, req approval stage, candidate pipeline, interview feedback, etc.)
Overall it's an amazing ATS, but my biggest qualms are the candidate profile merging feature and the insights/reporting feature. You have the ability to merge candidate profiles (to avoid dupes) if they've applied for multiple opportunities, but you can't merge them within the same opportunity. This becomes an issue because candidates often apply after they're referred or apply twice to fix a resue error. This is minor, but still an issue that comes up daily. The reporting/insights feature has a lot of potential and I love the visuals, but I think lever is still working out a few kinks here. After those are resolved, I think this will be super beneficial to my team.
We used to have a fairly manual process across multiple platforms, but now we only have to use lever because it includes all of the features of the multiple platforms we used prior.
Lever makes the full recruiting process easy and collaborative for recruiters, hiring managers and other key stakeholders. This is a major step up from using hacky workarounds to track applicants. I love the email integration and ability to have templates for emails.
I often have to re-authenticate my email (seems to be a daily occurance) or my emails to not sync with Lever. I would love it if email integration didn't expire so quickly.
Lever's use of feedback and notes helps foster the much-needed collaboration between the various stakeholders throughout the recruiting process. This is very beneficial for my team and I because we are all remote.
streamline their hiring process.provides a range of features to simplify recruitment, including job posting, candidate management, interview scheduling, and analytics. user friendly interface
nothing as such now but sometime its lags but great product
solve the problem of candidate management and interview scheduling
You can track your applications without having to use a referral on an application it's easy to use through the links. You can track referrals way easier and it's an easy process.
I just get confused about the process a little bit it doesn't explain what archive is with social referrals
It just helps when you were trying to get someone to apply they just click on the link and it's linked to you instead of having them put you down as a referral on the application.
I love how user-friendly Lever is and feel confident referring people to the site to apply for job openings.
There really isn't anything that I dislike about Lever!
Lever makes it easy for open positions to be posted with clear information regarding the position. It also is very easy to send referrals through Lever.
Tracking, Workflow and also the different buckets that can be tracked. I like the security feature that within the same case/candidate, you can control visibility based on a role within the same case/candidate.
Duplicate profile tagging to different roles adds a lot of admin cleanup activity. There should be a filter mechanism or aggregation mechanism to reduce the admin efforts.
As the hiring manager, I like the platform a lot, and it benefits in 3 significant things 1. Tracking the JDs and Role Roles, and pipelines 2. Candidate tagging and overall workflow 3. Scheduling and initiating meeting invites and tracking notes on the particular profile.
I liked how easy it was to search open job positions and that I could choose more than one to refer.
I did not like that I couldn't see the job description when searching for multiple jobs.
Ensuring employee referals take place.
The platform, how we can track the applicants, and the opportunities in one place.
It lags a little sometimes. It does not update the status as and when edited by the administrator.
It helps us to see the opportunities open at the organisation and we can refer the candidates on lever. This way it becomes a single platform where we can see the status of the applicant and the open positions.
Lever is extremely intuitive to use, and gives the opportunity to refer candidates and comment on their relationship to you as well as how they would fit in with the firm.
Within Lever, it seems as if I have only referred one candidate, when in reality I have referred two. Both candidates have also received and accepted offers with my company. It would be great to see how candidates are progressing from each interview to the offer acceptance.
Lever is helping keep track of candidate referrals as well as highlight their competencies to the recruiting team at my company. It is great to have a formal process for doing so.
Lever helps us keep track of everything we do on the daily. Our team likes to call it the "one source of truth", because we can go back and refer to where our candidates are at, and move them seamlessly in the interview stages.
I do think that sometimes Lever glitches here and there. Multiple people have had some problems in the past, but the customer success people were able to help us resolve those cases.
Lever keeps track of who responded, the reasoning, and the interview stages that the candidates are in. It helps our team keep track of everything and keep things organized/
Very simplified and intuitive. Lever makes it easy to organize and apply for multiple jobs and not spend a lot of time writing information that's already in your resume.
It can be further simplified by having the feature to pull information from the resume.
Keeping it easy to apply for a multitude of different jobs, across different fields, and having a familiar platform
The automated workflows, the customization that you can create in the process, feedback feature and integration with slack.
Nothing! I would have love an easier way to reach support on the phone but it's still quick and easy via chat or email.
Streamlining the application process, adding custom workflows and building automation into the process.
It's very easy to use; we use it to refer other candidates to our company. They can use a link that is very simple and easy to access for both the candidates and ourselves.
Everything so far has been straightforward to use, i have no complaints as of yet. The way in which we can maneuver the site is constructive and easy to understand.
It is very simple to refer candidates to our company and be able to keep track of their progress within the hiring process. We get an incentive for new hires and we are able to easliy see how they are moving along in the process.
I love that employees can see the referrals that they've entered and what status they're in.
The amount of statuses is subpar. I would like to see more detail there.
Lever allows us as employees to share a custom link that is tied to us.
It is a very user friendly website when looking for open positions inside your company and for applying.
Nothing, keep up the good work, it's a great place to start looking for internal job postings.
I'm able to see what positions are open in my workplace and apply, all in one place.
Lever keeps the UI clean and easy to understand where to navigate depending on what you are trying to achieve both from the perspective of a hiring manager and someone who is just trying to refer a candidate.
Nothing to dislike. I wish my admin would give me more visibility into who is interviewing!
Lever is helping us organize our candidate funnel while also improving the overall process in how we process each candidate that is a good fit. I can't imagine going back to other solutions that I've used in the past.
Love using Lever to share candidate feedback with other teammates. It's great to be able to customize the questions by interview and the fact that Lever auto-saves my comments as soon as I type them, in case I need to come back to them later.
There's no way to attach links/photos to the interview instructions section
Lever is helping us move candidates on the pipeline and get all the different interviewees feedback
Easy scheduling communication between candidates as it is easy for us to communicate with each prospect. We have a good pool of data and profile management within the tool
It provides us with limited notes and context with easy candidates. Access limitations
Easier pool candidates and access to their profile and global candidates
All of Lever's Integrations! The integrations help boost our efficiency, streamline our processes, and minimize the platforms that we need to use. It's fantastic!
The initial set-up tasks took much longer than expected. Building offer templates was also confusing initially, but our Lever Rep, Sabrina, was very helpful in walking us through and answering any questions.
Streamlining our recruiting/hiring/onboarding process. The calendar integrations with EasyBook links, the variety of templates, and the internal noting + communication system are extremely beneficial!
I have been working in the HR world on an international scale for big companies. Lever has been one of the top HR tools that recruiters and hiring managers have used for several years now. It is very practical, neat and concise. Nothing gets lost and it gets updated easily. I've enjoyed using this user-friendly platform for any HR related matters.
Nothing I can thing of. The platform works just fine. I have never really experienced a problem with Lever.
The user interface and layouts make it very easy to use, it saves a lot of my time because working in HR is usually a fast-paced environment and the updates need to be quick.
