What we like the most is how easy it is to set up a new chat bot, the instructions are clear and the functionality is impeccably good.
So far we have not found behaviors that have disappointed us.
We have a high volume of repeated inquiries, access problems, requests for information about our services, requests for data changes, etc. We have integrated it with Caspio, through Zapier and we are very satisfied.
It has many functionalities to explore that respond to your specific needs.
Test the bot requires going over the entire flow. You cannot test only a portion.

I like that building on Landbot is visual. It's easy to see how everything is connected and structured. I also like the fact that I can add personality to my chatbot through things like GIFs and appearance customisation. I also like the responsiveness of their support team. They're very friendly and helped me when I was struggling with a problem!
The learning curve can be a little steep at the beginning but once you understand how to create the flows between steps or questions, it becomes straightforward.
Landbot allows me to create a chatbot without having the technical coding knowledge that was stopping me from making my first chatbot. I can focus on the content and the usability of my chatbot rather than worry about coding jargon.

It has allowed us to configure in a fairly simple, easy and fast way the answers that the bot should issue to the most common questions asked by customers on our website, the ease of use is surprising, you can do everything the first I try since from the installation to the ideal configuration it is very intuitive, and assuming that you have any questions, the customer service team will respond as soon as possible, so that you can solve your problem quickly, the interface is very striking and easy to use, the precision with which it understands the client's requirements is admirable, it is enough for the user of the page to enter a few words and the software automatically detects what he is asking, I highly recommend it.
The only thing I could complain about is the price, I found it somewhat expensive compared to other options, I really made the decision to buy the product based on the recommendations of my friends
Creating conversations of trivial questions that my clients had was a common denominator on my website, so most of the time my technical service workers were answering these questions instead of meeting the necessary requirements, which we resulted in a greater number of people waiting than if they really had a problem that required the assistance of an operator, now with Landbot we were able to configure the answers to trivial problems in such a way that the bot would be responsible for answering and clarifying those doubts and thus leaving the operators free to resolve doubts that really require the attention of an operator.
Their user interface to build chatbots is the best and most intuitive I've used. The have introduced a lot of high value features and continue to innovate. Other favorite features are Google Sheets integration, conditional login and set variables. Their reporting is better than most in Google Analytics as well as in application.
Several important attributes such as url targeting and some styling require you to update the script placed in html rather than adjusting in application. Rather than updating your targeted pages, or even turning the chatbot off within the admin tools, it is necessary to update script and submit to developer to install on designated pages. Standard styling options are limited. The standard chatbot window look and feel is a bit clunky. Their customer support is responsive but not immediate.
Landbot is very easy to learn and quick to implement and is a good user experience for online customers. Our sites have had very solid engagement in the chatbot. We were able to reduce incoming calls by providing valuable information about the World Poker Tour Cruise to those who had booked. Also the chatbot was a tool in increasing bookings as it was more interesting, friendly and entertaining that going through website pages. The analytics makes it very easy to review conversations and learn what people are most interested in.
Drag/drop and test interface was key. As a no-coding solution this couldn't have been easier. Love the Zapier integrations.
You can't change the preemptive message without redeploying code on your site. Their chat interface is pretty basic, but it's not really being billed as as replacement for a chat service. Wish they added Zendesk integration so I wouldn't have to pay Zapier too.
We are using Landbot to cut down on our customer service basic questions. The bot (with our youtube instructional videos) solves a lot of issues before they make it to our helpdesk.
Landbot is very easy to use. Also they are constantly improving the tool. A lot of integrations are possible. Landbot can be used with Facebook and Whatsapp to automate conversations and they are introducing AI-like structures. The Customer Service is good and quick to help you with any additional questions or problems you might have and will come back with adjusted code to do things that are not yet possible through the normal interface.
Downside is that not all features are there yet and sometimes they are still limited in what you can do with them, but that is part of being a start-up. Also at the moment the analytics side of the tool is limited, but since all data is available, you can do all the analytics yourself as well through external programs like google sheets.

It is so easy to set up a beginner or moderate chat bot flow, the UI/UX is very good, just about 30 minutes of testing and you're good to go.
1.Customer Support can be a bit faster. 2.No flexible to switch between human support & livechat, you cannot use 3rd party livechat software to integrate to the flow. 3. No drop down option, no bulk input button option, no quick setup for conditional logic in case of asking Country/State/City.... 4. No easy custom validation for entries (phone, naming diacritics...)

The ease of use to build the bot is certainly the best thing about the application.
Some core features are missing or restricted to their most premium plans, the jump in pricing really does not make any sense to me.
We have an automated maintenance form, it allows tenants to tell us about maintenance issues in their house. It also then can diagnose simple issues so we're not dealing with basic issues from tenants.
The design of the tool is very intuitive. Colors help to orientate and in app information guide you through the process of builidng a chatbot. Very extensive academy and FAQ pages, where you find detailed answers for many questions. Even without coding knowledge you get to create great chatbots, because there are step by step guides that show how to code certain things.
Some of the available functions aren't named, when being used. But due to the visual presentation of the flow one can still navigate and orientate oneself.
