Hard to say. Maybe the whatsapp version is a bit pricy, so we decided against that. But the web version is also sufficient for use and therefore thats allright.
Before we had Landbot, our FAQ page was the only way to automate customer questions. This was rigid and not flexible enough. No we can help in a much more personalized and growing way.

Coming from other chatbots builders I was amazed at the simplicity and usability Landbot offered me. The fact that I can customize the visual part in such small details is very useful. The fact that I can introduce formulas and condition formatting right into the body of the chatbot is another great asset that can make your work a lot easier, not being forced to use a 3rd party tool via a webhook for a small verification. Also, speaking of integrations right into the builder, the Google Sheets is another great tool that you can use for small to very complex calculations. Dynamic data is also a great way of making your integrations easier. It works very well side by side with a multiple-choice button, for example.
I would like to see more options for the social media chatbots, like the gallery for Facebook which is a feature I could find in almost all other chatbot builders out there. Overall the only downsides are a lack of visual implementations for social media. I think other ways of visualizing the chatbots integrations would be great (other than the basic buttons).
I am creating chatbots for different kinds of clients. From online shops to filling forms chatbots. The only issue I'm facing is the visual part when it comes to social media chatbots. I am a bit restricted in Landbot comparing to other chatbots out there ( missing the gallery option for Facebook messenger)

Landbot does not restrict you. If you have an idea, you can almost certainly implement it, and the support team have been excellent in my experience so far. Highly recommended for anyone looking to automate, simplify or create processes for any issue or idea.
There's little to dislike - if the functionality isn't directly included, you can almost certainly find or create a workaround with some critical thinking. The only downside I would say is that for some of these workarounds, you're on your own, so they can be a tad tedious to figure out. With that said, for every issue I've not been able to figure out, the support team have exceeded my expectations.
Landbot is allowing us to reduce our workload simply by creating bots for common issues, allowing us to put our processes into customer-facing automations to provide instant support and assistance both for customers and our team.
